Miiro Templeton Garden

Delightful. We had a clean, beautifully designed and fresh feeling room overlooking the pretty garden. The air conditioning worked very well and kept us very comfortable, which we needed as it was a very hot couple of days. We also dined in the hotel for dinner and breakfast and both were exceptional.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel in Earl’s Court, steps to the underground. They have a stunning backyard garden bar and eating area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are terrific. Highly recommend.

A nice gem in Earl’s Court for a a London City break. Great menu and shared garden takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to subway and network of transportation with a plethora of dining options and a block in from the busy street. I’ll stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We stayed in a superior room and was lucky enough to have a small balcony, which was an absolute delight. The coffee at the café was excellent, and the drinks at the bar were fantastic, made even better by the attentive and friendly team. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Earl’s Court station, making it easy to get anywhere in London. It’s also very convenient coming from Heathrow Airport. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Probably our favorite London hotel so far. Great location close to the tube, shops and restaurants, beautiful neighborhood. The hotel itself is like walking into a warm zen garden. It’s incredibly calming and gorgeously decorated. There’s thought and care put into every detail. The outside garden was amazing to have tea and work, and the restaurant was delicious. The icing on top was the impeccable care from the staff. We loved every second and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful hotel with easy tube access. Our room overlooked the garden and it was stunning. AC worked very well and the restaurant and waiters and bartenders were lovely. Make sure to sit and enjoy the garden. Felt like a lush oasis.

Brand new hotel and absolutely gorgeous. Great central location and close to the tube station and you'd have no idea that there was a big beautiful garden area for lounging and dining in the back. The hotel breakfast is delightful and the service was great. shout out to the kindest server Jo who made us feel very welcome and special. Beautiful and well maintained hotel nestled in a lovely and quiet area. The rooms are clean and well lit with good decor. There is a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop (breakfast area) so there are plenty of options inside the hotel. The patio is also nice. This hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the underground station where you can go directly to Heathrow Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is cute, but guests should be careful when booking a Superior room. We chose that category because the website shows bright, spacious rooms with real windows. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos. The only “windows” were small and high near the ceiling, and the ventilation wasn’t working. It was 26°C and felt claustrophobic. Reception first said the hotel was full and couldn’t move us. Later that night, after insisting and showing them the photos, the night manager started offering alternatives. The process was messy: one room was in the basement, and another was mistakenly shown to us even though a guest was already inside. After about 40 minutes, we were finally moved to a proper Superior room on the fifth floor, which matched what we originally booked and had working ventilation. When we got ready for bed, we found hairs on the sheets, but Nina from staff fixed it quickly and was very kind. After that, the stay was fine. Overall, the hotel is charming and well located, but the start was stressful. Be aware that not all “Superior” rooms match the photos, so confirm the room layout if natural light matters to you.

We stayed at Miiro Templeton Gardens for 4 nights, they only cleaned the room once, our last night. Every day we had to ask for towels and jugs of water. The first day we were told that room is cleaned every other day. Really???? But they broke that policy when room was not cleaned again the following day. Wifi was totally down on our 3rd day. Water supplied was carbonated. Telephone to housekeeping not working. Keycard demagnetized and had to be replaced i think they made a mistake thinking we had checked out. Property seems to be under new ownership and trying to set a baseline of the bare minimum service thay can get away with to maximize £££££ profit. Stay away if don’t want to be dissappoined.

I loved this hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, the little touches in the room. I will definitely be coming back!

Me and my daughter felt safe at this hotel. Service at front desk and the restaurant was excellent. The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The interior of the hotel was very cute. We will stay again!

Miiro Templeton Garden was a beautiful boutique hotel. We stayed there for a week in June and enjoyed most of our stay. However, on the last full day and evening of our stay, the AC broke in several rooms (including ours). This made the room unbearably hot especially since it was on the top floor. Furthermore, the service at the cafe was mostly excellent, however, on a few days the cashier was swamped which resulted in missed and/or incorrect orders. While the property is great and the staff are super friendly, a little finesse will help make this spot perfect.

The furnishings are real quality, the bathrooms are first class. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again in a minute!! Very high quality for a reasonable price and a 2 minute walk to Earls Court tube. The Piccadilly line will take you to most places you want to see. To the Templeton Gardens…thank you for a memorable and fantastic stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful central London hotel with lovely common areas and a fantastic garden. Rooms were small but had great bathrooms. Our only negative comment is that we had booked a classic king size room - the bed was 5ft/150cm - a Uk queen size not king. Hotels.com is very consistent in describing beds as king size only when 6ft/180cm. The hotel tried to tell us this was a king size but the charming staff upgraded us to a better room with a proper king size bed as a matter of goodwill when we said this wasn’t our understanding.

Positives: - Modern hotel with beautiful/classic decor - Still feels very much new, I.e very soft carpets, everything in excellent condition - Polite staff - Less than 5 min walk to closest Tube station, which connects to Piccadilly Line - Good check out time - Beautiful garden with nice seating Areas of Improvement: - The rooms are not quiet at all. We could easily hear people shouting, even sneezing from the street throughout the night. A couple in the room next to us were on FaceTime to a family member and we could hear every single word both they and the family member said. This may not have mattered that much if it wasn’t very early in the morning and we needed sleep. - There are no black out curtains, which means in summer in the UK the light starts to shine through from 4 am, which can make it hard to sleep. - Aircon whilst on, is very hard to use (for 26 year old who travels to many places). This meant it was very hot throughout the night. - The area the hotel is situated in, isn’t the best and I wouldn’t feel safe walking here alone. - Small matter of preference…. But the bar could do with serving more of a variety of drinks. Cocktail list doesn’t have any classic cocktails and are quite obscure choices. We wanted to have a nice drink before we left but ended up having a Coke because the menu was pretty poor.

Property has been newly refurbished but lights and AC turn off frequently while in the room. Had to get up several times during the night to turn system back on. Room would get stuffy and warm which would wake us up. After long transatlantic flight that makes for miserable sleeping conditions! Complained to management but they were unable to resolve. Problem may be throughout the hotel.

We enjoyed a delightful 10-day respite in their newly rebranded property in late June 2025. Although the newly hired staff on occasion appeared to know less than we did about the hotel they were all striving to provide the best service possible. The hotel has been refurbished with new furniture, carpeting, lights and artwork. The beds and linens are clean and comfortable, the appliances and fixtures are spotless and the water pressure is great. The property has a lovely green lawn running the full length of the hotel with comfortable chairs and tables. It includes a small and elegant restaurant and a raised terrace that overlooks the garden for lunches and cocktails. The patrons are young and elegant adding a welcome vibe to the common areas where they gather over the course of the day. One of the unexpected bonuses is the proximity of the hotel to the Underground as it’s no more than a three minute walk to the Earl’s Court station making plans to see the city by rapid transit easy. A bike stand operated by LIME, an alternative to subways and taxis is also a mere two minute walk from the hotel. It must be noted that guests should make an effort to travel light if staying here as the rooms are teaspoon size with most without even a closet. In our room there was a single bureau for clothes equipped with a clothes rod that was barely adequate. The hotel was still working out issues of in-room dining and laundry service during our stay. The management is great!

There was a mix up with the breakfast, the app booking said it included free breakfast but that’s not the policy at the hotel. Hotel staff were fantastic and honoured the app booking claim of free breakfast. They would appreciate either contact or an update to the online details.

We booked our stay at Templeton Garden last minute after a flight cancelation. The reception team was lovely and helpful and helped make our stay pleasant despite our frustrations with the changes in our travel plans. The bartenders were phenomenal in their skills, knowledge, and customer service. I would happily return!

my passport was taken from my room !! i lost my other flights !! had to go gto the embassy and get a new emergency passport , we ended up stayng there for almost 1 week and did not give us a refund !! My passport was taking from my room 100 %%

Great hotel. Friendly staff, but can do better with making decisions for themselves. For example, we didn’t get our breakfast, and instead of just deducting the cost from our bill, reception staff had to take it to senior management who weren’t working on the weekend. For a £50 expense..

Lovely refurbishment and interior, rooms very good quality, comfy beds and nice showers. Hotel is fairly faultless, but the staff are suffering from opening niggles and are uncoordinated at times. Tried charging additional £126 on a pre-paid booking and waiters forgot orders during breakfast. Beware the booking does not warn about a deposit of £50 per night required on arrival.

Beautiful hotel in quiet neighborhood. Big garden and terrace which is lovely in the summer months. Relaxed but stylish atmosphere. Earls Court area is maybe not the nicest but it is a few min from tube station with district and Piccadilly line bringing you where you need to be in London
