This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The property itself is so beautiful and historic. The rooms were so nice and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. We even got to check in early (which when you have taken an overnight flight is a big deal!!) Oh and the spa is incredible. We had the BEST time. Location is perfect. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and want to come back ASAP.

Absolutely seamless stay in a truly 5 star ++ establishment. We made use of the spa, the bar areas and in room dining during our short stay. Every service and facility wow'd us!!! The staff were always attentive and warm greeting us by name. Nothing was every a problem. The upgraded room was warmly welcome. The refurbishment of the rooms takes Claridges into a different league of hotels in the city. Overall, we felt that with the above average prices, the value received was more than fair. Probably the best hotel in the city in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Staff were amazing, friendly but very professional. Spa was okay but not amazing in my opinon, no jacuzzi and separate sauna and steam rooms. We had an internal room room therefore there is zero view from the windows.

We had the most special stay at claridge’s, the room was perfect, glass of champagne on arrival was a lovely welcome & the festive afternoon tea we were treated like royalty & even had Choir boys singing Christmas songs - loved every minute & can’t wait to book again next year!!

Wonderful family stay, couldn’t have been more accommodating for babies. Hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The spa is lovely and great to have in central London as extra treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Claridge's is wonderful, no need for a review of its great points. On the negative side, I did think that the chambermaids failed to keep my room as orderly as I would have expected, failing to remove used glassware and old welcome fruit plate, and failing to refurbish the minibar (this may be intentional, as it seems that at Claridge's there is no charge for using the minibar, which is delightful. All in all, a great stay at a great hotel.

Had to fill out my personal information even though I had stayed there two days earlier and have stayed there hundreds of days before. Staff checked me in and out under wrong name. Sent uto Dante's claiming the foyer was full-it was not. Dante's was more expensive, good and service were rubbish. Toilet and safe in room were broken. I loved Claridges and have always stayed there over the years. I will never stay there again.

Been fortunate to stay at a number of iconic London hotels but Claridges is my favourite. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful but what sets this hotel apart is the wonderful customer service and attention to detail

Really lovely hotel - the warmth of everyone you meet, the understated elegance of the hotel and the quality of the food at the restaurants. Pawlinka at check in was particularly exceptional, helping us with a nice tour of the hotel and getting us checked in early. The rooms do come across as a little small though which isn’t surprising considering it is right smack in the heart of Mayfair. At the final analysis, you probably get more bang for your buck staying at Landmark for half the price. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back.

Such a hugely disappointing experience. Staying at Claridges was something we’d said we’d do for years but never got round to until now, an experience we’d looked forward too for a long long time. I’ll start by saying, we’re a mid 30’s couple from Glasgow with a 10 year old son. We are in London almost monthly for a couple of nights at a time, as we love the shops and restaurants of the greatest city on earth. Around 70% of the time we stay The Ritz, unless we want a spa and we use other hotels such as the Mandarin, the Londoner, Jumeirah etc etc. I was always under the impression Claridges main competitor was the Ritz. I couldn’t have been more wrong, it couldn’t lace the Ritz boots. It falls MILES short of the ritz standards on absolutely everything. Firstly check in, this was one of only two positives, the young Irish girl at check in desk was welcoming and wonderful, can’t fault her. Door staff were fine, nothing special, just fine. Unlike the ritz where you are made to feel a million dollars before you even step inside with the customary “welcome home”. Next up was the room, we had a “Mayfair suite”, not sure what makes it a suite, it was tiny, I’ve stayed in bigger Travelodge rooms. The decor was horrible, wooden everything, multiple different woods that simply don’t match. Only positive was an amazingly stocked minibar. Mattress and pillows were horrible, we both had a terrible sleep. It was also made very clear before the stay at booking originally and at check

As you would probably guess, our 2 day stay was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Claridges. Everything was top notch, our room 521 was stunning, a massive room with a really good size balcony. Unfortunately it did rain alot, so we only managed a glass of wine on both evenings, overlooking 'The Smoke' Breakfast, lunch and dinners were stunning, and really good size food portions. It's not cheap, but, treat yourselves. Life's short. We have already started saving again for another visit. Hopefully it won't rain next time.

Spent a lovely evening at Claridges celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, everything you would expect from a quality hotel. That said being a gluten free evangelist I would have included gluten free biscuits in the room and had proper GF muffins for the eggs benedict at breakfast, for perfection.
