This is definitely not a 5* hotel. The service is very bad. Rude receptioniste nobody answer switchboard call. Broken items in room. Food in room service bad quality. Ordered a ribeye rare came well done bearnaise was horrible. Really worst christmast hotel stay ever. Won t stay again
