Impressive on arrival - very grand courtyard with piano playing and afternoon tea in progress. Service at the front desk was consistently slow - unclear if this was due to lack of staff or inefficiencies in checkin/checkout. But wait times were always 5-10 mins. The most disappointing was the spa. Although it looked like a good spa, the times when children are allowed in are so wide that it is difficult to spend much time in there before it (literally) became less relaxing than our local municipal pool. We stuck it out for 15 mins but far from a relaxing ‘oasis of luxury’ the ambience was quite stress inducing. Due to the times when kids are allowed to use the spa, It seems the only option to avoid kids is to use the spa during breakfast or lunch.

This was rated as a five star property and although very pretty and grand inside service was average. You could not dry hair jn the bathroom, no ug no fan in the bathroom small shower. Pool is only open to 8 pm so we missed it altogether. Room service took a long time food was subpar. Not my fav hotel to be honest I expected far more ftom this property!

Great location to stay for taking underground back to Heathrow express train to airport. Enjoyed the mirror bar and dinner in the winter garden, very relaxing for the end of our journey.

Lovely room, but hard bed didnt sleep properly, found the 3pm check in bit frustrating it meant we had to rush alot of things, leisure facilities like pool sauna and steam room could be better given the price (savoy has menthol steam rooms and much cleaner, shower in room bathroom was not hot enough and it was way to powerful i suffer from acne rosacea and it really aggravated it because it was too strong so had to be quick

We visited the Champagne Lounge yesterday evening at around 21.40hrs. It appeared to be open but there were no staff visible. There were a few people sitting in the lounge but many of the tables had not been cleaned and were covered in glasses. This is the only disappointing part of our stay. We walked around for a minute or two, still no staff so we went to the Mirror Bar.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Landmark, right from the welcome drink at check in. Room was so comfortable and exactly what we needed as a family of four. Meals at the Champagne Bar and the breakfast buffet were all superb. Kids loved the pool. Room service was superb. Cannot fault the stay in the slightest

The main bar was fully booked every night and the other closed at 10:30.pm. I think it was unfriendly and I didn’t feel good about it. When traveling alone it’s important to find a ”safe” place where you live.

The staff are readily available and attentive. Upon check-in (we tried to check in at 3.30pm), we were advised that out room wasn’t ready due to previous occupants being late to vacate. The hotel added free breakfast fir all 3 guests. I am glad they did because breakfast was outstanding. We were able to access our room by 5pm. The hotel is lovely, food and wine selection is excellent. I used the gym which is v small and a disappointing for such a large hotel. The gym seemed to be an afterthought. With 4 people in the gym it is easy to get in each others way! Would recommend for a lovely stay in London.

From the moment we checked in, we had a wonderful experience. Staff were very accomdating for our family of four. The staff provided attention and care when one of our kiddos got sick. We appreciated the size of the family room and the cleanliness of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and loved that it was so close to the tube.

A first class hotel. From the friendly staff waiting to open the door and welcome you through to thw housekeeping team and reception. Rooms were excellent. Well maintained and I have paid a lot more for less space in other hotels. Location couldn't be better whether travelling for business or exploring the city. The whole place is pristine and kept looking fresh and new to high standards. Nothing short of fantastic

After 5-6 hrs of travel, checking in, hotel takes your luggage to deliver to your room, which is only possible after 3 verbal, 2 phone requests. At 9 pm, all of us are asleep, door bell rings twice. I rush to the door, housekeeping; just randomly going into rooms without checking if occupied or not; at night time, while we are sleeping. They apologize but continue to do the same. Wait, there is more.. They don’t change sheets or pillows; dust everywhere.. I understood this building; it has a fancy restaurant, some wedding/conference sections and a hideaway bar and hundreds of rooms. They don’t want the rooms, they want to have nicely dressed people in the restaurant, lined up; instead of me walking around in shorts and slippers. While leaving, they asked for about 150£ instead of 100£.. Donation and service charges are cancelled after rejection..

Elevators are not efficient. When you enter a down elevator it almost always goes up first. Bathroom tile in junior suite 352 need attention. Some are not grouted properly and move when one steps on them. For a hotel of this quality and price point there should be more attention paid to these details. Housekeeping staff is excellent!!! Every detail is attended to!

Booked for our wedding night stay and was very excited but we were massively disappointed and underwhelmed by the entire experience. Hotel is nice but lack of cleaning in main areas like hallways, lifts and even our bedroom let it down. Staff are slow and service is below average. Waited over 45 mins for breakfast and got served severely over brewed tea and had to send it back twice, when food finally arrived, cleaners were hoovering around us. Staff waived the bill but it’s not expected to experience such an ordeal at breakfast and as such we cancelled our dinner reservation at the Winter Garden. We had to call three times to the restaurant and front desk to cancel. We got late check out confirmed until 1:30pm and got disturbed at 1pm being told to check out, again a lack of communication and professionalism and by the time we got back to the room after breakfast, we needed the time to sort out our bits! No apology upon check out for all the issues experienced. Disappointed and won’t be staying again unfortunately.

We spent a lot of money ($1000 USD per night) for an executive room for the extra space and size. This was the end of our month in Europe and wanted a comfortable room to rest in before our journey back to the USA. Our last night accomplished the complete opposite. Our room was directly over a ballroom with a wedding party. The noise was obscene. The base from the music was shaking our bed, the glass in the coffee table, the walls, etc. from 8pm to 1:30 AM. I could not sleep at all. I went down to the front desk 3 times between 9AM and midnight and all they did was placate me - nothing was done - the noise and my inability to sleep while frustratingly lying in bed lasted all night long. Ruined the whole hotel experience. Tip to management - when you have a party event in the hotel, put the guests from the party in the rooms that are most affected by the noise & non party guests as far away as possible!

Unhappy with service at this hotel. Staff not very friendly or helpful. We asked on departure if they could help us with a plastic bag with ice for my ten year old son’s medication on a travel day and they made it seem like a huge deal or something complicated. We ended up having to solve the problem ourselves. Not happy after paying that amount of money. Customer service and friendliness totally lacking.

Flawless service. Fantastic staff. Hotel vibe outs the most chilled out of any of the top London hotels. Mirror bar sells some of the best cocktails in London. Hickory, Smokey Old Fashion is the best I’ve had anywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. The car service they set up for our transportation to and from the airport was exceptional and a wonderful start to our vacation. We only stayed one night and did not have our luggage, due to a layover. The staff quickly sent up toothbrushes for us, which was very helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pub downstairs is a must! The Old Fashions were delicious, the food was great and the service incredible! We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

# Landmark Hotel was great in some respects, we got a nice upgrade, the interior was beautiful and the room service was excellent. It has a certain happiness to it with all the wedding receptions going on. The staff is generally excellent, especially the charming doormen who will run out and grab a cab for you. However, a few matters of concern, one rather serious. One was our first day we had a bad run-in with what appeared to be a homeless person in the ground floor bathroom. That is fine, things happen, we brought it to the attention of security, and they promised to take it seriously, but by the end of our nine day stay we hadn’t heard a word from them about what happened or assurances it wouldn’t happen again, so we avoided the ground floor throughout our stay and limited ourselves to the first floor champagne bar. We also had several staff issues with the bellman, housekeeping and the concierge that we had never experienced in a 5-star hotel before.

Great hotel right next to Marylebone station and a 10 minute walk to Baker Street station opening up many underground options between the two. Marylebone is an easy tube connection to Paddington to pick up Heathrow express. Wonderful hotel with great service and luxury accommodation.

We have stayed at this property many times and love it! However this time when going to breakfast at the Winter Garden, we had to wait to be seated because tables were not cleaned. Once seated it took the waiter almost 20 minutes to take our order and then another 15 minutes for our order to arrive. Pancakes?? It became obvious that they were short staffed. Hope you guys get it together for the Coronation!!

Alert! please do not order food from the room service. i was shocked by their food. it was just horrible experience. they can't even make the easiest spaghettis. we threw out of doors two times and never used their dining room service during our stay. the hair dryer was old and cheapest quality. the coffee machine was out of order. the sink was noisy at the end of use.

My recent stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The hotel itself was visually stunning and the rooms and facilities were impressive. However, I regret to report that my experience at the Winter Garden restaurant was subpar. The service I received was the worst I have encountered during all of my stays at five-star establishments in London. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was found to be dehydrated and the level of service was quite slow, with breakfast taking over 90 minutes to be served.
