Lets start with the positive: It was a great location right outside Earls Court station. When we arrived at the hotel to check in it turned out that our room was located 500m away from the hotel. The guy in the reception walked is there. It actually became even better location closer to Earls Court station so it was really great! Now the negative: The room was very dirty, no AC only a fan, two beds, two tiny bed tables and one chair, thats it! When we placed our things on the tiny surfaces and the chair we will hade to place things on the dirty floor. The windows open upward and there was no protection if you would fall out from 4:th floor. We had a 5 year old with us. The hight of the beds was flush with the window so it felt scary. We had to keep windows open since it was 34 degrees outside, no AC and we ware at the top floor the hottest room. There was a shared toilet outside with shower and a tiny sink on top of the toilet. If you lean forward over the toilet you could reach the sink. No surface to place anything and no mirror no hairdryer. Since it was so hot we took many showers in a day. Water only disappeared briefly one time during our stay. The wifi could reach the room if you ware close to the door. Don’t get me wrong, I just want to make an honest review that can help the owner to improve. It was a place to sleep, shower and goto toilet. Mostly we ware outside exploring London. Location was really great!

The hotel can be summed up by the word basic. However having said that the room and the shared bathroom were clean and very well maintained. The location of the hotel is ideal if you need to explore London.

Never shipped bag over a week. Had to travel back to pick up. Collection impossible. Do not trust their yes. Royal Mail collection never happened and then SenMyBag never collected my bag from the reception for two days so I had to fly back to London to collect my bag at the hotel. At checkout he said they will hand over my bag to Royal Mail but said Royal Mail never came. Then he agreed to print the label for SendMyBag and ship it but it never happened. I had to buy travel tickets back to the hotel to collect my bag. They never answer emails. Phone calls are not answered often. Most of the time nobody at reception. Another lady said only two of them are taking turns.
