Excellent hotel and outstanding hospitality by Saif and the team.

My choice when in Dubai for over 10 years now, this hotel gets better each time. A really happy staff team who cater to your every need. The place is spotless. The food/snack drink options were varied, tasty, fresh and healthy, and good value. I love that the hotel is close to everything including a metro station, has shuttle services to the beach and major shopping malls, but is in a quieter area, with outdoor ground level pool and recreation areas. You can "escape" the noise and bustle of Dubai as much or as little as you want.

In terms of improvements, the rooms all lack any sound proofing. Sounds from other rooms, outside the windows and from the corridor were very loud and it made it hard to sleep at times. Apart from that the room was extremely clean and the staff were fantastic!

We had a room that could be adjoining so every noise from next door could be heard. There’s no door on the shower so the floor gets saturated. Frosted glass door on the bathroom so limited privacy. That being said the hotel in general is good with good facilities and helpful staff. A few changes would make it excellent
