The room was located on the 5th floor, which wasn’t an issue apart from the lift was being repaired from Monday so we had 3 days of stairs including brining our cases down on the final day. The room itself was brilliant for a family of four with 2 being teenage daughters. Lots of space for everyone to use. Coffee and tea were not replenished during our stay and various items unfortunately broke. Our wine bottle opener broke and when we called down to see if one could possibly bring us one up (baring in mind the lift was not in use) we were told one would be sent; an hour later I went down to request it to be told by the bar staff I had to bring it back as it was the only one. 5 floors back to the room and then 5 floors back to the bar. On the final night, our entire floor had no hot water and this continued into the next morning. Whilst checking out I was told they knew this was an issue and that they would be issuing me a 25% refund on the final night as compensation however this hasn’t yet come through.

A terrible location. They had laundry equipment that either didn't work at all or didn't work properly. The location was horrible. There was no concierge. I tried phoning the hotel and it rang about 50 times before I finally hung up. It was raining and they had no umbrella. I've stayed in many hotels and this was the worst.

The first problem I had was with the parking lot which is behind the hotel on a side street. You call on the ring and it doesn't open while blocking the whole street. You have to call the reception from the phone for someone to come and open it for you. Another problem is when you have to leave and you have to take your car out of the parking lot but you no longer have the card that opens the elevator door to go to the underground parking lot. In the room I had where the heat was supposed to come in there was a hole and so that the air wouldn't blow directly on your head there was a towel placed..... Otherwise the rooms are nice and comfortable and it's close to the center. You can walk about 20-30 min. to the tourist center. But until there you find shops and brasseries everywhere.

The laundry room that they advertise is very uncomfortably in the deep basement of the hotel. It’s a little unnerving especially being down there by myself in the dark. The dryer also took 5 hours to dry 2 very small loads of laundry. So be prepared to have to hang dry a a lot of your clothes.

We were allocated a room in which the bathroom wasn’t functioning properly (stopper in the bath was broken so water wasn’t draining while taking a shower, the next day we had issues with the toilet drainage). On the first night I dropped a bit of ketchup on the duvet and that stayed on the bed for the next two nights as house keeping clearly don’t change the duvet covers and probably not the sheets either they just come in and tidy up the bed. We were then given another room to just use the shower and were given the option to move to that room on the last night. After having used the shower in the morning we stepped out for the day and once again came back to no house keeping having cleared or changes the towels.

Hilton yazıyor ama değil maalesef. Orta sınıf kötü bir otel ama pahalı. Odanın dolabında eskiden kalma yemek artıkları vardı. Yatak rahatsızdı. Hemen 50 Mt aşağıdaki Güzel bir kafede kahve kruvasan 5 euro. Gece otopark 35 euro, kapının önündeki parkyeri gece boyunca sabah 9'a kadar bedava.

Room size was good, comfy bed and good breakfast. Shame the room wasn’t as clean as you would have wanted it to be. Black hair in the shower (easy to spot) and around the toilet area. Also housekeeping didn’t pick it up on the second day and didn’t even empty the bin. Drop marks near the toilet as well. Staff was friendly and location is great. Area around the hotel is fine and didn’t feel unsafe. Mattress was on the firmer side which I prefer. Shame the air vent was right above the bed which meant you had the cold air constantly blowing on your face. This was not for me but had no choice as without the Aircon, the room quickly went to 29C. The most annoying thing however was the bright flashing white LEDs from the smoke sensor. It is as bright as a flash from an iPhone in darkness. Also because it was so hot, would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the fridge but you only saw a sign that you can buy drinks somewhere. Shame as water should be standard in any room especially a Hilton branded hotel.

The room was large and was equipped with a modest kitchen- 2 plate hob and combi micro and grill which I couldn't make work as a grill because the Details had worn off. The dishes and utensils were of good quality and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was good and nice quality. There was a room service menu and a hotel 'shop' with small items biscuits/crisps/drinks but I did not try these. Not many shops or restaurants nearby so I went to touristy area to have wider choice

Hotel was good - we had a lovely well sized room. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The amenities in the room were good, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. A couple of extra coffee sachets, and maybe some milk available, especially when there is a fridge would be a nice touch. Only other comment is that the cups were tiny :) I needed a few before starting my day. I would however happily recommend this hotel, and stay again. There is a very convenient night shop across the street, as well as Dominos. There were a few bars/cafes nearby too.

What's not to like?!? Great location, well kept rooms AND most importantly wonderful, friendly, polite and professional staff... Anis, Jean Pierre, Catherine, the house keeping staff 'Maria' (I think that's her name!) , though methinks, ALL the staff we had the privilege of meeting at Hilton Garden Inn were as a constant to give great hospitality and an excellent experience!! Have stayed in many hotels through the years, though it's the colleagues who makes the best memories of course; the eternal quest for the best is what all travellers want and with Hilton Garden Inn, you are assured of course ☺️ !! Much appreciated nice people !!

Asked the staff for extra blanket 3 times, the male staff said they don't have extra at the first time. The female staffs promised to send me at the second and third time but they didn't do it after all. Total disappointment for a 4 star hotel. This kind of service is unacceptable and completely ruined the reputation of Hilton.

The first impression was not good. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to wait for about an hour with my pregnant wife. During that time, I kept showing evidence that the reservation had been made, including the date, how much I paid, and even contacted Hotels.com for assistance. In the end, they managed to find it on their own, but it caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

On arrival at the hotel, the receptionist gave minimal information about breakfast, WiFi etc. then we went to the room and there was no cot for my baby even though I had confirmed that there would be over the phone a few days earlier. When the receptionist did bring a cot to our room, the mattress was dirty and there was a double sheet folded and put on top of the mattress. This could have been very dangerous if I’d allowed my baby to sleep in it. We ended up with my husband in the single bed and my baby and me in the double. The shower gel was also empty. When we asked for more English breakfast tea, the receptionist said he’d never heard of it. When I told another receptionist about the cot, she told me that they would fix it. They did change the mattress and use a fitted sheet but it was far too soft for safe sleeping for a baby. The duvet cover on the double bed was miles too big for the duvet. And after I complained about it they just replaced the cover with another one that was too big. After travelling all day with a baby, you expect a Hilton to be of a certain standard but this one was not! On check out they didn’t even ask how my stay was.

A very comfortable hotel and well placed. All the places we wanted to visit in Brussels were a walk away but we enjoyed walking around the city in the glorious weather. More inclement weather might mean an Uber or taxi although the tram stops are not far away. Bc Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast option, preferring to use nearby cafes, so can’t comment on food options available.

Pillows were the worst. Zero support. Staff want to do bare minimum to assist. Nobody overly welcoming. Asking for more pillows or firmer ones was like I asked for an arm. Area is extremely sketchy and filthy with crack heads all over. Not a nice place and certainly more like a cheap exonolodge than Hilton. Nothing impressed us. Stay elsewhere.

Beds are so comfy and cosy especially when you’ve been out all day exploring getting into the bed is like clouds. They a dinner menu which we tried for 2 nights, butter chicken curry and rice was amazing and the pulled bbq chicken was beautiful. The staff are all so polite friendly and helpful with any question you have.
