The Hyatt Regency is an elegant, safe, fairly generic option in Mexico City's Polanco neighborhood. The room was quite well set up and the lobby is pretty with a great breakfast buffet. Service was a little uneven but overall good. We had a consistent problem with the room not having enough towels and/or water bottles or the mini-bar not being stocked but they were very responsive any time we put in a request. Loved the gyn, pool and tennis and pickleball courts!

Hyatt hotel was beautiful! From the hotel room, lobby, restaurants, gym, spa. Everything was great. Perfect for someone who doesn’t mind walking because places are quite a distance. Or catch an uber, pretty affordable. I would definitely recommend and definitely would come stay here again in the future.

This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect area of Mexico City, Polanco. It is across the street from the beautiful Chapultepec park. The spa and pool area is beautiful with an outdoor sun bathing area. The breakfast in the main restaurant in the atrium is excellent. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful. Our room had beautiful city views. We loved our stay!

Great location. Good food available in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was included which seemed like a good deal. Spa and gym were great except there were no co-ed spas which was unfortunate for our trip as this was a couple trip. That was the only inconvenience in our whole trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

La habitación un poco en mal estado, me he hospedado aquí otras ocasiones, pero esta vez me tocó sábana manchada de rojo, el baño pareciese que fue una limpieza por encima, los cajones abiertos, el papel de baño estaba por acabarse, y para finalizar creo que no fue limpiada del todo ya que olvidaron su trapo de limpieza en la habitación arriba del escusado

The hotel is in a perfect location that is safe and has a lot of things to do. The room and staff were great. The only issue was a big tower being built next to our room and the noise was loud and also our view totally blocked.

The Hotel was great, one thing that stopped it from being awesome was the fact that the room we stayed in was next to the elevators so all the noise of the elevator prevented us from having a good night sleep.

Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel y siempre ha sido una buena experiencia. Todo el personal de limpieza, bell boys, restaurante y servicio en general es muy cordial y atento, realmente representan la hospitalidad mexicana que es extraordinaria. Sin embargo, el área de front desk ha sido una excepción constante. En dos ocasiones que solicitamos ayuda, la respuesta fue negativa sin buscar alternativas ni mostrar disposición para atendernos. Lo más preocupante no fue el “no se puede”, sino la manera poco cordial en que lo comunicaron. • Una vez pedimos que agregaran nuestro número de socio World of Hyatt a la reserva, como en otras ocasiones anteriores lo han hecho sin problema, pero nos respondieron que “no se podía”, sin más explicación. • En otra ocasión solicitamos que subieran una bolsa al cuarto y simplemente contestaron “eso no es con nosotros, no hacemos eso”. Incluso en el check-out, la actitud fue fría, sin un simple “gracias por hospedarse”, como si nuestra presencia fuera una molestia más que un huésped valorado. Entiendo que no siempre se puede cumplir lo que pedimos, pero la forma de decirlo y el trato hacia el huésped no están alineados con los valores que representa Hyatt Regency. La diferencia con el resto del staff es muy marcada, y sería bueno que la gerencia lo revisara para mantener el estándar de servicio al que representa a Hyatt.

The folks at the front desk were very helpful. Expedia mentioned free self parking which was not the case - but they honored our reservation and were very helpful. We look forward to returning to the Hyatt and will book directly with them from now on!

Overall a great stay!! Was hopeful to be allowed an early check in due to a red eye flight but that never happened. Regardless, the hotel was pretty awesome!! It is not your usual Hyatt. It reminded us of a Vegas hotel. The lobby was grand, included breakfast buffet was amazing, the staff was welcoming, secure keycard elevators, average room was spacious and clean, and hotel location was perfect. There is no ice machine on the floor but a simple phone call to the service department and an ice bucket arrives to your room in 1 minute by super professional and courteous staff. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.

The Hyatt is a large upscale hotel with excellent service for a likewise price point. While all of Mexico City is bustling, it is located in Polanco, with its tree-lined streets, nice houses, and shopping/restaurants. The Metro station is right in front of the hotel and often the better option to go see things as traffic snarls. The rooms are compact but well appointed with great views on the top floors. The Regency Club is intimate and excellent. Staff gets to know you quickly, breakfast is complimentary; as is evening drinks and canapés. Overall, a place to be if you want to be away from the bustle yet close to everything.

The personal in the restaurant. We went to eat like around 9 pm. We ask if they still serving? They respond yes, we sat down, when we order a guy waiter started saying that some girl told him that in the menu some plate weren’t available to order because they have another group and the kitchen was busy taking care of them. This was very annoying and offensive

The location of the property is perfect. The area of Polanco has amazing restaurants, beautiful parks and cafes. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. The staff is always very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet is really good and the service was excellent.24 hour room service. The sushi restaurant is really nice but the sushi is ok.
