We had a great time here the room was lovely with great amenities, the pool is very nice, indoor and heated. The reception staff even posted an item we left behind to an onwards hotel. Thank you.

The hotel is charming! In the historic, formerly industrial Westinghouse building built in the 1920s . But hotel is completely modern and luxurious on the inside. It is perfect location to walk to many attractions. 10 minutes to Roger Centre and CN Tower (they are next to each other). another 5 minutes past these to the waterfront. 8 minutes to the closest subway station (St. Andrews). This hotel is in the Entertainment District - 3 theaters on King Street between the hotel and St. Andrews subway station. Starbucks across the street at Hyatt Regency and foodstore/drug store on the corner. Plenty of restaurants around. Hotel provides robes, slippers, fridge, water bottles. At the ice machines there are water refill stations, something I haven't seen before. You can also pair your streaming services to their tv, as long as your streaming service supports that. TV walks you through the process. Staff are attentive and very pleasant. Someone always looked up from the front desk to smile and say hello. We arrived with a car. Only valet available. We never used the car until we left. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Toronto.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay while in Toronto! The location was in the heart of it all, close to Roger's Centre, shopping, dining and theaters. The hotel was immaculate and the service was great, and the incredibly warm pool was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are large when compared with New York City hotels ( whose rooms cost more and are smaller). The front desk staff is very friendly and was helpful in assisting us around Toro to as first time visitors. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the Rogers Centre for a Blue Jays game.
