The room and view were beautiful, but we had some trouble checking in (key didn’t open room) then the next day we tried to make a dinner reservation, eventually the concierge said that we were in the wrong room (we were in the room on our check in papers), this issue stayed with us until we checked out. Not really bad, just odd.

The room has new furniture which was nice but the resort itself needs a ton of updates. The tiles on the walls, the roofing, the cement - everything had cracks and needed some TLC.

Room needed significant upgrades, especially in the shower. 3 of the restaurants were at the sister resort next door, which allowed kids, so only half the restaurants were actually adults only.
