Room was pretty quiet, being right above Rue St Jean. Very walkable location! Large room. Nice sauna and pool area with a cold plunge, but during peak times, could not get a chair/spot to set towel and belongings down.

The only issue is the parking. There are 160 rooms in this great hotel but only 61 parkings... you have to park your car at the Hospital parking lot, 1 street away...

Accès à la piscine, et autres services très facilement accessible Hôtel situé à proximité du vieux Québec, aux restaurants, boutiques, ... Seul bémol; - le stationnement qui est situé à 2 rues de là, pas de service de voiturier tel qu'indiqué, donc nous devions marcher avec nos valises dans les rues... A l'entrée pour accéder au lobby, escalier de 20 marches... pas idéal avec des valises.

Difficult access from street to lobby if you have difficulties climbing stairs. Also one of two room elevators is currently out of service and the hall of the elevator is shared by Chez Boulay as are a set lobby bathrooms which creates a cross traffic issues with restaurant staff and patrons crossing the elevator waiting area. Staff was very good and location within Vieux-Québec is good.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great location. only one elevator servicing the entire hotel was a bit frustrating, and finding out that it has been out of service for a long time. surprising that they would not have it fixed for the busy summer season.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was excellent from the parking attendants to the front desk to the housekeeping. A minor drawback was waiting for the one elevator in operation.

Ideal location. Place was clean. Room wasn't ready so they gave us an upgrade. Two negatives are that the room was too warm even with the thermostat at lowest setting and the TV was way too small for the distance to the bed.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable, surprisingly big and nice for the price. Downstairs is a big indoor pool, sauna, and exercise room, all as lovely as the rest of the hotel. The location is perfect to get to the best parts of Québec with an easy walk. There is parking next door. Everyone and everything was wonderful. Note: there are many steps when you enter. If you need help with luggage, just ask.

I loved the heated bathroom floor!! This is an ideal location to stay at to walk from. I just wish we had an option between air conditioner and intense heat. We needed a fan or something for circulation.

Quick walking distance to multiple food options, quick walking distance to chateau frontenac and lots of shopping options! Exactly where you need to be. We would stay here again! Only complaint is the room and bathroom are very small!

Overall, we had a positive stay at the Hotel Manoir Victoria. The room was very clean and spacious and the location is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. Our room was facing the street, which was noisy with festivities past midnight. We requested a room change and they offered a room away from the street, which was very quiet. This made the experience much better for us. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel, for an interior room though, especially if you are travelling with children.

Message left on door on Sunday morning at 8:00 am saying our room would not be cleaned today because we were still in our room. It’s Sunday morning! Next day we left at 8:30 am and came back at 3:30 pm and room was not cleaned. Called desk and they told me I was lucky someone was still available to clean the room.

Hotel Manoir Victoria made my stay in Old Quebec City absolutely memorable. From the moment I walked in, the hotel smelled amazing. At check-in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The older gentleman at the front desk was very informative and recommended dining at the hotel restaurant an excellent suggestion, as the food was outstanding! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I can’t stop talking about the heated bathroom floors such a wonderful touch that made my stay extra cozy. The bed was perfectly made, and I slept like a baby. I give my stay a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning to Hotel Manoir on my next visit!

Hotel room excellent and service excellent. The main entrance does have a lot of steps but was very impressed with porters who collected luggage to/from main entrance and room. Also very pleased with the help given to my wife who has some mobility issues. She was shown to the lift via car park to avoid steps.

We really enjoyed this hotel. My one complaint would be for the adjacent pub on Rue Saint Jean, the outdoor speakers were on until ver y very late at night, disturbing the quiet for people with rooms on that street side.

Gorgeous hotel, clean, friendly staff. Unfortunately there is no way to enter without trekking up a flight of stairs with your luggage. I was told the building is historic and cannot be retrofitted with an escalator or elevator. You apparently can arrange use of a hidden side elevator with staff if you are unable to climb stairs but this is by request only. Just an FYI for the elderly and those with disabilities. My biggest issue was that my room was on the first floor facing Rue Saint-Jean, a ridiculously loud pedestrian street with sidewalk restaurants, bars, shops, and street musicians. I stayed at this hotel before and knew it would be a problem but was told they were full and there was nothing they could do. The street was so loud that I couldn't hear the TV in the room and went on until city ordinance at 11pm. This would have been ok, but in the morning street cleaning and garbage pick-up started at 6am. I left completely exhausted and had a 7-hr drive the next day. Not a place where you can sleep.

Found it a bit noisy with a restaurant patio right outside our window. Also noisy in the morning with garbage trucks and construction beginning shortly after 6am. A little early for that kind of noise. Staff were excellent especially young girl in the Chez Boulay deli...very helpful and knowledgable.

Within the old city walls, Hotel Manoir Victoria is 1 minute from dozens of restaurants and shops in the upper city, and less than 10 minutes from the historic centre. The staff excelled at everything. A great hotel in a great city!

The only negative was the buffet this am. All the hot items offered were warm ( not hot) and some cold, therefore did not enjoy the meal. At $26 each it was a disappointment We went to Boulay for dinner on Sat and it was amazing so was expecting a good buffet.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Pool facilities were under renovation but we had use of the pool at the Frontenac. Spotlessly clean and the staff were teriffic. We didn’t do the buffet breakfast but instead got amazing croissants and pastries from the bake shop attached to the hotel. We also were able to upgrade our room for a reasonable charge. Valet parking is right next door. A memorable and very enjoyable stay. We certainly stay there again.

Wonderful property. Very very clean. Staff is amazing and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered. Simply amazing. The TV options are very very limited though and no room service if those things matter to you. they did for me. Although there are many eating options within a block or two as the location is excellent. Right in the heart of old Quebec. This is a 9/10. Highly recommend

The hotel is centrally located that you could walk to the Xmas Markets everyday. The stag was very helpful and the restaurants in the hotel were very good .
