Very friendly reception and helpful staff. You can see that cleanliness is a top priority. The food was very good as well. They offer a secure, enclosed parking area that is monitored by cameras next to the hotel.

Rooms are Ok, only 5 channels on TV. Parking is on the street

Place was nice, clean and good service. The bartender Nelson was great. Only thing I didn't care for was being charged $12 extra for parking. I don't think there's a need to pay for parking at a hotel.

No cuenta con estacionamiento, los vehículos quedan en la calle

Todo excelente pero en la publicación decia parqueo con cochera y no menciona que este tiene un costo extra adicional. Deberian aclararlo en la pagina.

Es un hotel muy bueno, todo actualizado, con excelente atención, cuidado del ambiente y buena comida. Pudimos acceder a la piscina y servicio de lavandería en el apart hotel de al lado, muy lindo también.

Este hotel es un viejo conocido, bien ubicado, su personal es muy atento, los estacionamientos son pocos, pero el personal de recepción siempre ayuda. El precio es razonable e incluye desayuno. No es un hotel lujoso, pero definitivamente volveré.

No tiene un parqueo formal, hace incómoda la llegada y el tener que dejar las llaves del carro

El cuarto que nos tocó la verdad estaba sucio igual que el baño, no se esfuerzan en limpiar esquinas y ahi es donde mas polvo y hasta cabellos acumulados. Solicité mas almohadas y al inicio no querian darme hasta que llego una colaboradora y le dijo al de recepción que no habia problema en darnos mas almohadas. Las camas, colchones ya seguramente con muchos años de uso y muy incomodos para pasar una noche placentera. El desayyno sin sabor, lo unico que rescato era el gallopinto, el huevo picado parecia sopa y sin sabor, un salchichon pasado de fuego y una papa frita igualmente al salchichon, pasado de frito, pues estaba hasta dura. Ojala puedan mejorar estos puntos pues su ubicacion si es bastante buena para quienes vamos buscando algo tranquilo, aunque debamos pagar extra por usar un parqueo para nuestro vehículo.

The room has unpleasant smell like humidity or old stuff. I tell front desk about it and refused my statement and sent a person with freshener. Bad really bad

El personal en general muy amable, en la habitación fallaba mucho el internet, de hecho me cambiaron de habitación y también falló. La comida del restaurante es cara y de mala calidad. Uno de los días no hicieron bien la limpieza de la habitación, solo extendieron el edredón y hasta dejaron el control de la televisión debajo.

Over all a good place but the first floor rooms near the road were noisy at night and pillows way too hard. The food was amazing spectacular breakfast

Quarto com calefação sem funcionar direito. Passamos MUITO calor a noite, sem conseguir deixar o ambiente mais agradavel, pois o sistema de ar condicionado não refrescava. Foi uma noite dificil devido ao calor. Blackou da cortina tambem nao da conta do sol, acordamos 6am sem possibilidade de voltar a dormir depois disso. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, quarto limpo e aparentemente reformado, porem a tv nao possobilita assistir a nenhim streaming (nao é smart), canais abertos de pessima qualidade. Cafe da manha modesto, mas entrega o que promete. Ambiente seguro, há bebedouro no corredor, mas estacionamento apenas pago. Custo beneficio valido, visto que é um hotel barato. Mas nao voltaria e nem recomendaria a amigos ou familia.

Me gustó mucho las atenciones del personal y las personas del restaurante. Irwing, Bryan y el otro muchacho del barra, súper atentos y agradables. Lo único malo fue el aire acondicionado que no se sentia

Staff was excelent! The only problem i had is that the A/C is not strong enough and can get a little hot. I was down at 2 am since i couldnt sleep and they gave me an electric fan and upgraded me to a suite that could regulate the temperature at will, still the A/C was a little lacking but it was enough for me to get comfortable. The hotel staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and the lunch/dinner options were very tasty. Overall I had a wonderful time at this hotel!

Okay hotel, great staff I just wish the rooms had ac. I’m a little bougie about ac though bc I live in Houston and just get cranky when it’s humid with no ac😂

Hotel ótimo! Pessoal muito educado e prestativo. Voltaria com toda certeza. Nota 10. Fui com minha família em dezembro de 2024, quarto bom, ótimo tamanho, tudo limpinho, o quarto que ficamos não tinha frigobar, vale se atentar a isso caso seja importante na hora da sua reserva, de resto tudo perfeito, pessoal incrível e hotel ótimo.

El hotel es ya bastantes antiguo. Le hace falta remodelación en las habitaciones, y el aire acondicionado de la unidad central. En la habitación que nos toco había un poco de calor. Ya luego en la madrugada es que se sintió un poco mas el aire. El cristal de la bañera esta incompleto a la mitad y se salía un poco el agua al bañarte y En la habitación no había refrigeradora. Por lo demás el personal de el hotel muy amable y. Sobretodo los dos botones tanto el de la mañana, como el de la noche tienen una atención al cliente excelente. El desayuno incluido estilo bufete y continental muy completo y delicioso. Los omelette y jugos naturales tienen un 10 de 10

The property is old and has no amenities. I was never offered any upgrade. Rooms were bare and very outdated. AC unit was incredibly noisy and breakfast staff was not that friendly.

Do not trust this hotel , i pay Expedia for this reservation and the hotel charged my wife for a new reservation, they ask my wife for a credit card for any additional charges and they just make a new reservation, Expedia need to stop using this hotel or solved this matter or i won't uses Expedia again

I always feel welcome and at home when I stay at Hotel Palma Real. Everyone at the hotel is always so nice and attentive. The food is great, and rooms are always clean. Plus, there are nearby buses to go anywhere.

Receptionist give a copy of my key to someone else and they try to enter the room at night

El lugar es cómodo, limpio, seguro y la comida la en verdad muy buena. El desayuno fresco y abundante, rico en general. Las habitaciones agradebles, buena cama y ducha. El precio está bien y acorde al lugar. No hay estacionamiento, el personal nunca me ofreció las opciones vip y cuando las solicité me dijeron que ese día no se podía. Quería abrir cuenta en el hotel, pasamos la tarjeta y se emitió voucher, pero luego el muchacho de la recepción quería anotar además los números y la info se mi tarjeta a lo que no accedí, podría como en todo lado tener el voucher y los últimos 4 números, no toda la info completa y dejarla anotada en un papel, por lo que le dije que mejor anulara todo y que no quería que toda la info de mi tarjeta quedara anotada en un papel el cual varias personas podrían tener acceso. El personal le fsltó un mejor trato. El casino entretenido con hien servicio.

Overall i had a decent experience. The hotel was clean. Room service changed my sheets and stuff everyday although one day i put a do not disturb sign on and they still came in! My room also had no microwave or mini fridge so that sucked. The tv had a decent amount of channels in English. The views out the window of my room were pretty much non existent.(i was on 2nd floor) the shower was cool although it had no way to actually close the glass of the shower. The beds were a bit firm but i slept pretty well. The breakfast was pretty good.. they had a guy making omelet everyday.. 2 fruit options every day and plenty of other things to choose from as well. If u try to bring a guest to your room they will charge you $40. I didnt like that. Nearby the hotel is a huge park called La Sabana.. Its within a 4 minute walk of hotel. I enjoyed walking there after breakfast. On the weekends its hundreds of people there playing sports. Vendors selling drinks and such. KFC and Subway are within 3 minutes of the hotel. And plenty of other places are within a 10 minute walk or less as well. The hotel also has a casino attached but i never went. And wen u get to hotel they give you a voucher for a free drink at the bar. Overall my stay there was pretty good.

Great property close to the Estacio National. Checkin is at 3pm but does have a luggage hold. Walking distance to the stadium with lots of dining options in the area. Walkable part. Breakfast which is included in the room rate was great. Made to order omelettes; beans and rice, potatoes and sausage along with fruit and breads. Good hearty breakfast and great staff. Recommend

Stayed for a quick overnight for an event at the stadium. Quick and easy location to get in and out. Hotel staff was great.

The property is OK and looks way better in pictures than it is. They were doing some construction work in several areas, and they started super early, and the noise was terrible. I stayed here because there were no other options close on a good note its pretty centric so you can walk to different places specially on concerts on national stadium

It was a good location to get around by Uber because it was close to everything. The room was good. They charge you $30 for early check in. There were little options for breakfast.

Tranquilo hotel, cercano al parque y museos. Casino, desayuno incluido.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Leute an der Rezeption. Ruhige Lage. Zentrum in ca 30 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
