This hotel is outstanding. I stay in top hotels around the world and this hotel is at the top. Great room, service, ambience. I highly recommend it- When I am back in Queenstown this is where I will stay. Kudos to Carolyn and the rest of the staff - made us feel so welcome. Thank you

We had a very enjoyable vacation at the hotel. The hotel environment is elegant and the location is very convenient. You can walk to any place in the town. Jessica's service is particularly good! Every time we return to the hotel, we receive her warm greetings and assistance
