Modern and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and great quiet location. My favorite feature was the switch for the blinds. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Amenities were great as well. Great coffee and breakfast! Bartender was pleasant to talk to as well! Loved our stay would recommend. The lounge on the second floor was very spacious as well.

We really liked the larger studio room. Also the bar bites were great for a late night dinner. There was plenty of grass for our dogs. We really needed a lovely quiet place where dogs were accepted, and this hotel was perfect.

So wonderfully QUIET! No street noise at all … slept straight through the 8 hours. Congenial, professional, helpful staff. All starting with the most cheerful shuttle driver I think I’ve ever met. Gym was great. Had everything I would use at my gym at home. Place seemed state of the art, I felt more at an upscale condo building than a hotel. My first Atwell suites experience. I will definitely be looking for the brand in future travels.

This was a nice clean hotel. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is due to breakfast options, the bar choices, and the fact you have to go across the street to get in the pool. Other than that, yes this place was great. Super clean, friendly staff, nice gym and shuttle options.

They even had evening snacks or something but I missed both nights. Hotel has everything from free parking, coffee, tea, breakfast and internet. No don't charge extras like other hotels. Even allowed late checkout with availability of course. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff also extremely professional and friendly too. Only con was one of my provided towels wasn't cleaned very well (that kinda grossed me out but it happens). Otherwise fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Excellent hotel if need to be near Airport too.

The day shift manager was most engaging & exceptionally helpful. Transportation to/from the KCI Airport was great & being able to park our vehicles at the hotel for the duration of our trip was awesome.

This hotel from what the front desk said has only been around for 5 months and i say its still in great shape. Very beautiful layout the room had a king bed a pull out couch and a butlers sink. The bathroom was a great size. My down side is the breakfast was very small and could for sure use more options and my room had a smell that i masked with a bath and body works candle.

The best hotel room I’ve ever booked! The quality of the furniture and fixtures was the likes of a new construction home. The layout is essentially like a luxury studio apartment, large open space with furniture distinguishing the living room area, beds, kitchen and bathroom. The lobby and hallways were very well kept and the employees were exceptional.

This hotel is very new and very clean. Our room had very high ceilings. The rooms were a little bit of echos and not the best sound proof. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The barstool top was a very nice addition to the room. Check in was super easy and Andrew was super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The reviews stated it had a great breakfast and honestly was kinda of disappointed in that. Bagels, cereal, eggs and sausage. Expected a little bit more and better taste for how much people in the reviews said they were great.

My girlfriend and I came into KC from Denver for a concert and stayed here 4/11-4/13. Building is brand new and one of those that were put together real quick and cheap. Bed was eh. To be honest - the only reason I stayed here was for the breakfast. So many reviews claimed it was great and pics looked good so we wanted to stay here to save money on breakfast. Ended up having to go out both mornings because how constant all food kept running out and how bad the staff were. It was the same staff woman each morning (20 - something girl with a crazy sense of entitlement). One morning she sat down at one of the breakfast tables while all food was empty and the area was trashed. She looked at the other staff person and said “we should get housekeeping down to clean” and went back on her phone. I asked about more food and all she said was “it’s coming”. I went back up the room, showered and came down with my gf 25 minutes later (835am), Breakfast area didn’t change a bit. Was overall very disappointed by the arrogant staff and lack of breakfast, especially when so many reviews had great breakfast comments and this hotel highlights a free hot breakfast as part of its “amenities”. There’s a dozen other hotels around this one. Stay at one of those instead.

The property, hotel and room were great, but unfortunately their shuttle to the airport was down. My family and I scheduled our shuttle to the airport when we checked in. We got up the next morning, got ready and went downstairs to check out and wait for the shuttle and they informed us the shuttle was down and we had to make other arrangements. Since we have a family of 5, and it was like 430 in the morning we didnt have time to wait for the uber or we would have missed our flight. So we had to drive our personal vehicle to the aiport and ended up paying over $300 in parking after our trip. Very disappointing that the front desk didnt notify us of the shuttle being down until we were down there checking out and waiting. They should have called our room or something so we would have had plenty of time to make other arrangements.

The whole reason we booked this hotel was because we had an early, international flight the next morning and figured taking the shuttle would make it easier. Shuttle was supposed to come at 5:20. Came down to the lobby at 5:22 and gal at the front desk implied that we missed it but it will be back in 15 min. No big deal. 20 min passes, then 25. Eventually at 5:52, we ask her (when she finally reappears from the back) if the shuttle is coming. She says “oh, he hasn’t come yet? I know he got the van last night”. Aka, she did not see him this morning and had doubts he was even driving right now. She called him and we scrambled to get all our stuff together to drive ourselves to the airport in a mad rush. I heard her say with a giggle “well, there’s people here waiting.” We raced to the airport and had to park in the closer parking which cost us $28/night. Literally got to our gate with around 12 min to spare. Will NEVER stay there again and will never recommend this “convenient service” to our friends.

Went for animeverse. The hotel and staff were amazing and very friendly. Very comfy environment. If you have noisy guest above you (like we did), you will hear every single thing. That was pretty annoying to deal with for 3 days but that's not the hotel's fault. Not much around the hotel, so had to drive about 20 minutes for food and other entertainment, but nothing too bad.

Overall pretty good stay hotel room its self was great big spacious and clean we needed extra pillows, blankets, and towels they were right on it. Bathroom was clean and a good size was out of hand soap but once again they replaced it immediately. The only thing I would complain about in the 3 nights we stayed is the breakfast. It was pitifully and most of it was just cold coffee was weak and just overall not much to choose from fix your breakfast by the next time we come up for comic con and 5 stars is yours!!! P.S. Phoenix is an amazing worker and person!

The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. The breakfast was not what we expected. It wasn't the best. Food wasn't restocked, and had to ask for plates, milk, etc. Tables weren't cleaned off in the dining areas - people left their cups, plates at tables instead of putting them in the area designed for this, but 3 staff members just stood at the front desk and did not clean this up so there were places to sit.
