The overall experience was good except that their lobby cafe did not take any orders for lunch except for sandwiches and drinks and one will have to pre- book the meal via internet and be served there. However, the Revolving Restaurant on the 41st floor was excellent.

Nice big suite room with beautiful city view. Very convenient location for eating, shopping and transportation. Executive club on the 40th floor offers different types of desserts , fruits , coffee and tea . Amazing resolving restaurant on the 41st floor ( high quality and tasty foods , beautiful views ).

The hotel has not been refurbished for long time but general condition was good and staff were friendly. It was more like a 4 stars hotel but the price was quite good for value. The pool and spa area were clean and nice. Staff were helpful. Good location with mero line 13 just cross the road. Many restaurants nearby. Recently renovated restaurant on the 41th floor has amazing city views that you can enjoy with lunch and dinner. Surrounding was a safe area that was traditionally a good place for shopping and living. I liked it.

設備には古さが目立つ。毎日の清掃は良いが、タイルの目地など細かい清掃がされていなくて、清潔感が無いように見えた。冷蔵庫が壊れていて、翌日交換となった。4泊してバスローブを交換して欲しいため、バスタオルと共に床に置いたら、清掃後ベッドに畳まれていて(笑)、2回試したが同様で結局新しいものは補充されなかった。一番残念なのは朝食レストラン。混雑時間帯は相席、席の取り合いとなる。ナイフ、フォーク、ナプキンの補充が追いついていなく、欲しいと言ったらあそこにあるから自分で取れとジェスチャーされた。料理補充しに行ったらもう別の人が座っていて、料理を手にまた座席確保からやりなおし。

I’ve stayed here for 10 days. The facility is a bit dated but well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk at check in was very nice. Location is superb, right across from subway line 13. Walkable to Huihai and West Nanjing roads. Surrounding has many dining options. I would stay here again next time I a, in Shanghai.

I have been travelling in China on business for many years and Jin Jiang Tower is definitely the best choice of stay in Shanghai for business and pleasure, the excellent location in the downtown area with easy excess to the famous landmarks and plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. The staff is nice, courteous and helpful and room spacious, clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay in the center of Shanghai. For sure to stay in the next visits to Shanghai.

I stayed here for 5 consecutive nights and had a very comfortable stay. The surroundings, building, facilities and hospitality of this hotel are excellent. Unfortunately there were two disappointments. The first one was that the side dishes from the breakfast buffet were not good, especially the Western-style dishes. The second is that there is no power outlet at the bedside.

Over is ok for the price. Service was just ok. When we arrived to our room there was mildew smell. Housekeeping came and sprayer freshener and was fine. Fixtures are dated and old. They have a revolving restaurant. Food is expensive. Views are spectacular! Service its not up to standard for the prices they want to charge. There are other options out there.
