Stayed one night with family due to very early flight and close proximity to Firenze airport. Modern hotel, easy access from Firenza S.M.N. via taxi. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Lobby vending machines provided access to quick snack and drinks upon late afternoon arrival. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not very good. More like cafeteria food. We should have eaten at the pizzeria down the block. Taxi at 04h30 provided easy trip to airport, since hotel shuttle does not operate at that hour. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had requested connecting rooms, but received rooms across hall from one another, which was acceptable.

Very close to the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel was a wonderful place for dinner. Out Steak, Gnocchi and Bruschetta were great. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, but the hotel is in need of major updating. The air conditioning did not work well and it was about 100F/38C outside while we were there. The shower temperature was hard to control and we could not get cold water to come out. We stayed one night here before an early morning flight, and it was a sleepless night with the heat and inability to make the shower water cold to help cool us down. The elevators are tiny, so we would often have to wait in long lines to get up to our room on the 6th floor. I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and air conditioning so that we wouldn’t be sweaty before our 24 hours of travel home. I would definitely avoid in the summer if air conditioning is important to you. There is also a musty smell in much of the hotel if you have allergy concerns. There was some black mold on the ceiling tiles in the 6th floor hallway.

Convenient and near guidoni tram stop. Direct trams so Firenze Smn and all attractions. Limited food options but bar and restaurant on site was reasonable. Elevator rooting . Dated facility. Hallways had a peculiar smell. AC almost did not work but as a blower .front desk helpful.stow bags on last day to squeeze in a visit if having late trains or flight.

Gammelt og slidt hotel ( maks 1 stjerne ) Det er lidt ligesom at besøge din gamle tipoldemor ( hun kunne også have været død i et par dage ) når du kommer ind i receptionen. The pillows on our bed had dirt stains on them, the shower was clogged and immediately filled up with water, the elevator was in poor condition and seemed as if it could use repair. The staff was very nice and helped the check in go smoothly but we were not impressed with the facility. Would not stay here again.

Worst hotel in the world . Please never book this hotel, not even close to 1star . I don’t know why it says 4star hotel. As soon as you enter in the parking there is a terrible smell and even the reception area is so smelly that you can’t even sit for few min . Carpet everywhere is ripped and dirty ..curtains in the rooms are dirty and ripped washroom doors are broken. Breakfast in the morning was horrible . And worst thing was noise from the other rooms . You can literally hear every time people flush there toilet or take shower in next room .They need to invest some money to renovate the property. But the staff was kind and helpful.

Nice staff and location of hotel is very convenient to airport. Nice breakfast. As soon as you come into hotel though there is a pungent smell that is also noticeable in rooms. Once we were at the airport the next morning, I noticed bed bug bites ( three bites in a row on my arm).

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, but there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom in our room and actually around the hotel. We notified the front desk whom was already aware and receiving complaints, and was trying their best to find the issue. Thought it might be a city issue, but we’re trying to be helpful to remedy the issue. The room was clean, but the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of delicious choices. Shuttle service from the train station was excellent. It was not available for our airport departure, so they set us up with a taxi which was also good and actually less expensive.

The one downfall of the room was the shower. It had only a half glass that was supposed to keep the water from spilling on to the floor. It didn't work. Had water all over the floor. What a mess. This is a terrible design. Also, in our room, the wifi was very weak.

Overall this place was fine. Basic amenities and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a pizza from the bar that was better than expected. Interior was very dated but for the price, it was fine. Area around not great, but I didn’t need to leave once I got there. A bit noisy due to trains running nearby. Cab to the airport cost about e20. Good place to stay if you have an early flight.

After a long trip to Tuscany, we had an early flight out and booked this hotel for our last night given its proximity to the airport. We arrived just prior to 3 large tour groups showing up all at once (well over 100 people) which was somewhat unnerving. Additionally, we were told that due to a computer error (through the booking company), our room was no longer available. With only 2 receptionists to handle well over 100 noisy and anxious arrivals, we were very concerned about an inglorious end to an otherwise wonderful Italian vacation. Fortunately, one of the receptionists remained very calm and was able to arrange a hotel room for our family at a nearby hotel and arranged transportation for us, staring down a rabid and angry tour group while assisting us. Despite our inconvenience, I am very grateful for her calm and professional assistance and we ended up relocating to a much quieter hotel just down the road (free of charge).

It was a fine hotel for one night before leaving on a flight. Close to airport. Very friendly staff. But I had a noise party going on and traffic noise. So needing to get up at 430 am was hard. Plus I am glad I set an alarm because the wake up call never came. I would have missed my flight.

There is no shuttle service provided by them as mentioned on website . Misrepresentation on the website. I was ready to pay but the female staff was very very rude when I ask them about misrepresentation on website about the shuttle service. They don’t even let me talk to manager. And one black lady at front desk refused to hold my bag until my checkin time. Was very very rude. They spoiled my vacation.

I chose Hotel Mirage because it is close to the Florence airport. What really closed the deal was that it has staff at the desk 24 hours a day. We had a 6:00am flight and needed a reliable taxi service. At 4:30am, sure enough, there was a pleasant gentleman who called us a taxi and within minutes the cab was at the door. There is little traffic at 4:30am so we were at the airport in a few minutes. 18 euros. Fantastic!

Ottimo business hotel con tutto ciò che serve ad un rapporto qualità prezzo introvabile a Firenze: vicino all’aeroporto, vicino all’autostrada, a due passi dalla fermata del tram della linea che porta nel centro storico della città. Una buona scelta anche per turisti che non vogliano spendere le cifre folli del centro (tra l’altro nelle città europee questa zona sarebbe considerata centro città). Ottimo anche il ristorante che offre vari piatti con personale molto attento e cordiale. Vista la ottima esperienza ho confermato per altre due notti.

We had to change rooms because we needed two beds and the room we were transferred to had no air conditioning. I went to the desk and was told they were aware of that (if so, why did they put us in that room?!?!) and it would be up and running shortly. We were on our way to dinner and were assured it’d be fixed by the time we returned. Upon return they told us it was fixed but when we got there it was not! To make sure, I went to our other room (we rented two) and theirs was working great. The weather was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit and we had to wake up at 4am for an international flight. Needless to say I did not get a good night sleep which did not bode well for a 10 hour flight! I would like a refund on the one room.

I do not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel unless you just literally want to sleep, have breakfast then leave to travel.. Because there is absolutely NOTHING to do either in the hotel or in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not even any shops nearby or anything. Just a car park infront of the hotel and flats and buildings in the area around it. There is only a pizzeria nearby and pharmacy and that's basically it. No entertainment whatsoever no nothing. I couldn't even watch the TV in the room because it was all Italian and I don't speak Italian. The manager was abrupt and totally unhelpful to me he said I should have gone to another hotel! The room itself was cold, the toilet small and too close to the shower that I had to sit sideways on it because there wasn't any room for my legs to go infront of it. There was no free drinking water, I had to keep buying small bottles of water from the little bar that was in there. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram station then you get the tram to the city centre. This was totally the wrong hotel I chose to stay at. It virtually ruined my enjoyment of my 4 day holiday because of all the hard work for me having to find things and travel around so much and just simply not having anything to do in the evenings at all. The restaurant in the hotel is only open for breakfast which is 6.30am-10am then 2 hours for dinner between 7pm-9pm and that's it but the food was good in there though.
