This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. Would recommend it for sure. B&B also has a much more central location.

Hotel muy bonito, muy cerca del metro y autobus. Tiene un desayuno bufette muy bueno por 9.50 euros. Tienen maquina para cafe todo el dia y venden bebidas, galletas y snacks ,ademas de articulos de baño.

Typisch große Hotelkette, am Anfang bestimmt gut, dann wird gespart auf Teufel komm raus. Es fängt an beim komplett demotivierten Empfang an und endet bei der klappernden, stinkenden Klimaanlage im Zimmer, welche dringend eine Wartung benötigt. Die Frage nach einer Parkmöglichkeit wurde mit einem lapidaren „we have no parking“ beantwortet, mit anderen Worten: „mir doch egal, sieh zu wie du klarkommst“ Schlussendlich haben wir uns für ein anderes Hotel entschieden. Florenz ist wunderschön und hat so ein Hotel nicht verdient.

Cama e edredom maravilhosos!!! Fica um pouco distante do centro, mas não muito. Fomos e voltamos à pé todos os dias. Tem restaurantes por perto, pra quem não quiser ir longe à noite. No hall tem mesa, comida congelada e microondas se quiser comer por lá algum dia. Café da manhã é muito bom.

The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip.

Ótimo atendimento. Localização boa, sendo possível caminhar por 20 min até o centro histórico de Florença. Há também ônibus e bondes próximos. Próximo ao Rio onde também há opções de restaurantes e bares. Na recepção há uma máquina de gelo, copos e talheres, sem dúvidas foi um diferencial incrível.

Air conditioning did not work and bathroom was full of black mold that made us sick. Our room was at a constant 90 degrees Fahrenheit for the whole stay. The staff was accommodating but management did not give them the resources or personnel to fix either problem. All they were authorized to provide was a fan and free breakfast.

Excelente estadia. Staff muito gentil, café da manhã espetacular. O hotel está a 15 minutis de caminhada do centro histórico, acomodações amplas, confortáveis e limpas. Uma grata surpresa. Se um dia voltar certamente me hospedo lá.

First, all of the staff was extremely nice and always helpful with whatever we needed. The location is great because it’s easy to walk to and from the hotel, but also easy for a taxi to get there if you need one. Unfortunately, the room was a little dirty, there was a ball of hair by the door and the bathroom had some muck. Liveable, but not exactly what you’d want from a hotel.

I would NEVER plan a stay here again.

Hotel pas mal placé à environ 1,5 km du centre historique de Florence, personnel trés aimable, présence d'un mini frigo dans la chambre et d'un four micro ondes au rez de chaussée. Voila pour les points positifs. Le négatif : isolation phonique et thermique médiocre (simple vitrage, trés rare dans un hotel de nos jours), difficile de se garer à proximité donc si vous êtes en voiture ça n'est clairement pas un bon plan.

Gutes Zimmer mit toller Matratze und Bettwäsche. Sehr ruhig. Großer Balkon mit Blick über Florenz und die Berge. Freundliches und effizientes Personal. Das Hotel liegt abseits des Trubels, aber sehr nah an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Ideal für einen schnellen Ausflug aus der Stadt mit dem Auto, um Chianti oder Siena zu besuchen. Sehr zufrieden.
Gutes Zimmer mit toller Matratze und Bettwäsche. Sehr ruhig. Großer Balkon mit Blick über Florenz und die Berge. Freundliches und effizientes Personal. Das Hotel liegt abseits des Trubels, aber sehr nah an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Ideal für einen schnellen Ausflug aus der Stadt mit dem Auto, um Chianti oder Siena zu besuchen. Sehr zufrieden.

Good area to walk around as it is flat almost everywhere you go. Plenty to see and good eating out as well. Hotel staffed 24 hours and staff are ready to answer any questions in a variety of languages as well.

Staff was always very nice and helpful, I appreciated that; I even got to use one of your adapters free of charge for my entire stay, because mine didn’t work, and all I had to do was return it. Was moved to a new room because of noise from kids, fast and easy. Had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you! Next time, maybe I’ll even get a nicer room, if available, and possible for me!

Front desk staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially we only stopped two nights in Florence from our long journey in cities of Italy. Comparing it to other same grade hotel, the services they provide is the best. We paid more than double in other hotels with poor service. Although it is not a luxury hotel, but consider the price & location, it is unbeatable for travellers. It is our first visit to Florence and we don’t speak Italian, we found this hotel is trustworthy as well, unlike other 3-star / 4-star hotels, keep on increasing price like rocket.

This is outside of where we normally stay (near SMN) but it was excellent. Great staff, you can buy food in the lobby & micro in the main room. We learned to take the bus to wherever we were headed for the day. There’s a killer gelato place at the Piazza Baccaria where we went daily. Easy walk to caffe and dolci because we didn’t want the available hotel breakfast. Good restaurants. A lot less touristy and better prices, yet only 3 blocks from the Arno. Would recommend it for sure. B&B also has a much more central location.

Cama e edredom maravilhosos!!! Fica um pouco distante do centro, mas não muito. Fomos e voltamos à pé todos os dias. Tem restaurantes por perto, pra quem não quiser ir longe à noite. No hall tem mesa, comida congelada e microondas se quiser comer por lá algum dia. Café da manhã é muito bom.

O café da manhã é excelente mas a manutenção do apto deixou a desejar. A cortina estava quebrada, o ralo do box estava meio entupido e isso fazia a água transbordar. Achei a localização ruim, longe do centro.

The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip.

It’s more like an old broken cheap motel. Room is clean enough but when you get out of the shower the shower towel is soaking wet because of water leaking from the shower towel the bathroom floor, the floor feels dirty and bathroom is wet, I wouldn’t dare to walk barefoot. $230 per night for that quality during June, I expect something better. We stayed in Rome for a similar price range, room is 10 times better.

This hotel ended up costing us way more as we had to take taxi everywhere. Not a good location and Florence had very limited taxi. Hotel didn’t have any amenities. Not worth the stay.
