Check in guy was asking maid if she was done. Her reply was no you don't know what a mess that room was. We got to our room and one of the bed pillows was on the foot of the bed and the blanket was rumpled there. As if the maid was on the foot of the bed watching tv after cleaning the room. Bathroom was not vacuumed in the corners. Check in guy was great, room was feeling dirty after the pillow and rumpled comforter. new or newer facility. They need professional housekeeping staff!

We love the spacious room comfortable bed and kitchen. Would prefer they included kitchen utensils (pan, knife spatula) vs charging extra for package. Really need blackout shades/curtains! Locations great with restaurants etc nearby.

Check in was easy and convenient! Room was clean and had easy access to amenities, exit and parking. Staff was courteous and friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and in beautiful area

We booked a room through hotels.com. Received a confirmation number. When we arrived at the hotel, they had no room, no room reservation and no vacancy. We were very disappointed with the hotels.com booking!!!
