Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was an ice maker. One thing that need addressing. In the bathroom off the workout room there was no hand soap to wash your hands and no paper towels to dry your hands.

brand new hotel. room size was great. you also could tell nobody working there cares about keep up. stair way dog pee was there for 2 solid days also on the main hallway floor. i really did like it was a very secure place. i felt safe. you needed your room key to get into the main hotel. love that never seen that before.

It is very clean. I like the laundry facilities and the gym but missing not having a breakfast.

The laundry area is very conducive for your needs.

Well I was very impressed by the hotel with the exception of the kiosk has it would not put out a key that would open up the front door it would the room door but not to get into the hotel fortunately people opened up the door we were able to get in and we got a key that morning

This hotel will be tough to beat for the price! Very clean, friendly and easy checkin, convenient parking and nice quiet location. Its location allowed easy access to shopping, eating and Nashville.

Stayed here for about 5 weeks in total. I had zero issues, staff was friendly, amenities were clean and well working, never felt unsafe, it’s quiet, there’s a gym and laundry room, the room was spotless, pretty sure everything is brand spanking new. And having a vending machines was really convenient when I was too lazy to walk to 600ft to the store.

Very easy check in process at the kiosk. Very nice staff plus they liked my tattoos 😁 very clean and comfy bed. Nice laundry area too. Rooms have a cooktop ,full size fridge, cutlery and dishes which is a really convenient thing for anyone traveling. They do need more baggage carts though. Quiet and comfy. The water was also luke warm which was weird.

Not the greatest experience...here for a 3 night stay...we're older (early 70s), and had a 3rd floor room-elevator was out of order for 2 of the days. Had a coffee machine in the lobby which was out of order for 1 day-no coffee machine or dinnerware in the room, so had to buy that to cook and eat our meals..

The floors were dirty, towels and bed sheets were dirty. The elevator floor was dirty our whole time there.

The room was very clean and well equipped.

Staff was nice and the manager on duty was very friendly and helpful. Can’t give it a 5 star because the first room they gave me it was dirty. Used towels stains on the comforter “the stains you don’t want to see or touch”. They did let go the cleaning crew right when I checked in. Just because they were very helpful and didn’t hesitate to get me a room instead of just changing the comforter and new towels. I gave them a 3 star but the 2nd room was clean.

Very quiet and clean.

Room was half cleaned. Microwave and kitchenette top was dirty with food particles. Hair on bathroom walls. Floor had not been swept. No remote control nor light bulb in the lamp. No blanket in the room aa usual. Place is a fairly new property however, staff is coming across as peraa

Bed and pillows were great, plenty of safe parking. Property is brand new but is not finished, they are still finishing rooms,walls are paperthin, cleanliness was horrible, pubes all over floor bathroom toilit and tub. Dusty even though its new. And elevator malfunctioned even though its a very new property.

There was no TV changer in our room and when we called the front desk the gal said that she noticed that earlier when she was up in our room. she said that we could walk down and borrow the front desk changer & never offered to have the kid that was hanging around her bring it up. If she knew it was missing why didn't she replace it?

The A/C and shower were great. The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The blankets were super thin, so you’ll need to bring something else to stay warm if you like the A/C on. And there’s only cable TV, so don’t worry about Netflix, etc logins!

After driving almost 5000 miles, living on cold sandwiches and takeout, we were excited to stay in a place where we could actually cook something... only to discover that all kitchen items were only available FOR PURCHASE, like everyone travels with pots and pans. They could have been more clear about that in the description. Pretty disappointing.

The shower pressure wasn’t good. Black out curtains would be nice since the light pole was shining through the blinds at night. Wasn’t a fan of the sheets or bed. Other than that it was good. It was clean, quiet, and nice. Felt like a safe location.

Someone stuff in room did not work example microwave and the thermostat

This facility is located in a busy, commercial area of Smyrna. Access to I-24 was key in my decision to stay here. Prices are good. The king room is fairly small with a kitchenette, separate bath, cable tv. The mattress left me with a knot in my upper back. There is a microwave, and a full size fridge. No plates, cups or kitchen accessories. That comes with a fee. The area is full of restaurants, gas stations, fast food, and Publix! Water pressure in bathroom was adequate. The walls are nearly sound-proof. The clientele seem like folks who are in-between situations. I saw two couples who looked like they were there to attend the CMA's in Nashville. Otherwise, I was on the elevator with a couple--the male was wearing an ankle cuff from law enforcement. There was lots of garbage stacked up in a bin near the smoking area. Another couple sat on the side walk and she looked like she was removing a tick from the man's head. Folks are definitely in-between life situations. It's still a decent place to stay if you're on business and busy from a.m. to p.m.

Flooring and room layout was excellent. In room amenities were lacking. No coffee maker, iron, or blow dryer. Hot water in shower was inconsistent even at various times of the day. I was surprised given the low occupancy rate that it was difficult to get hot water to the shower. Pet friendly and very secure. Would stay here again.

Clean room, good customer service

Staff was rude and there was a lot of confusion if the room was ready or not.

Friendly staff, my ac went off and Lacy was so quick and prompt to resolve the issue.

My stay was nice. The only issue I had was having to wait for someone to come to the desk for a long period of time just to check in AND check out. I would stand there waiting for longer than 5 minutes, just for someone to come to the desk while people piled into the lobby waiting as well. When I checked in, there was a number left at the front for immediate assistance, but when you called, there was no answer from anyone.

We stayed here for one night to get some sleep on a recent road trip. When I attempted to check in at the stupid kiosk (no live agent, for YOUR convenience!), I was unable to. Multiple phone calls to the number listed on the screen when I was unable to activate a room key were left unanswered and nobody ever called me back after leaving a voicemail. Luckily, earlier in the day a front desk agent had called to confirm our reservation so I tried that number. The one person on staff at night answered the phone without a greeting, asked what I needed, and when I told her, she said “I’m not sure I’ll be able to get it to work either.” And hung up on me. I waited a couple minutes and called back because she never said she was going to try to fix it, make me a key, come talk to me, etc. She snapped at me and said she was coming out. She finally got the room key printed and then scolded me for not coming at 3:00 PM which is when check in time is. Even though a sign on the wall states “Checking in between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, call this number for service.” The hotel itself is BRAND new. Very nice spacious room with a full kitchen. Only downside is there are no dishes, silverware, pans, cooking utensils, etc included. You have to rent those or buy them at the front desk. For the same price, you can stay at a Home2Suites and get better service and all the plates and utensils and pans are included.

First they gave the same room to two different families. Then we had to wait around 30 minutes more to get a new room. once we finally got a room, the key was not working so we had to wait a little bit longer for someone to open the door for us we didn’t get a new key until next day. No housekeeping no one came to clean the room. If you want any extra towels, you have to go get it yourself. Bad experience

I reserved my room days before taking my road trip, upon arrival about 3:30 p.m. I was told my reservation got canceled, no one notified me, no email, no text, no phone call, I received 3 check in early notifications, when trying to click those links I received an error, probably because my room got canceled without me knowing, when I approached the desk I was greeted with a “What’s Up” the worker then asked me my name and said hold on let me call someone because I dont see your name, after showing him my confirmation he said oh yeah you used Expedia thats third party to us so we dont see what you see, I use Expedia every single time I book a hotel and my room has never gotten canceled, when he made the phone call the person on the other end said yeah we canceled the room because we started to sell out and we started running cards, when I booked my room I clicked Pay at the HOTEL, as I do most of the time just in case something were to come about, he again told me yeah there is nothing I can do. I recommend Expedia remove them from their site since everything is blamed on them not doing things the same through third party, if you have a rsvp with this hotel I advise you call before you go to be sure you still have a room, we drove 4 hours from home and was stuck searching for a place to stay which put a halt on my plans causing me to spends hours looking for a place to stay and having to come out of pocket with extra money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS JANKY HOTEL

Had problems checking in and out of hotel. Bare minimum in rooms. TV did not work and no one at front desk to help. Bed was uncomfortable. Will not stay again nor do I recommend.

This is a newer hotel in a great location with many things within walking distance from grocery stores to food establishments to clothing stores. Everyone whom works there are helpful and nice. The hotel is clean and still feels new. Love it here!

It was an amazing stay! Perfect place for a trucking family (hubby, the Rotti and I) to reset, it definitely felt like a home away from home and had the amenities to match! The staff was helpful and it is in an amazing location with lots to eat (across the street from a Publix). Not a lot of space for an 18 wheeler but they do allow truck parking (I recommend dropping your trailer at the pilot 8 min away in la Vergne and bobtailing) and plenty car parking. My favorite part about the suites has to be the kitchen but be sure to inquire about utensils and tools (or purchase from the local dollar general). Lastly I did notice that you can receive packages at this location as well which is super convenient for extended stays. I will definitely say that I appreciate the discount provided when booking through hotels.com but even so it’s worth every dime. We will be back and supporting LivAway in the future!

It's not on the main road. It's tucked behind home Depot. It was good for a night Clean sheets!

Great propert but no in room coffee pots, utensils or ironing boards.

Arrived after midnight and there was trouble checking in on the self check in computer, but the lady at the desk came out and assisted me. Property was exceptionally clean. It was nice to have a full size fridge for the weekend. Didn’t appear to have any utensils, etc in kitchen area but we didn’t need any. Price was fantastic and it was a 30 minute drive to Bridgestone. Room was bare bones, sheets and comforter were thin, but overall great experience and would stay here again
