Very nice room, remodeled showers, big fridge, nice tv. This might be the best 2 stars hotel I have stayed at. We were driving through and has our 8lb chihuahua with us snd I called to ask if they accepted pets and they saved me a room when I told the front desk lady I was 3 h away. When I got there she told me she had saved me a pet friendly room in the first floor. I will definitely stay here again

The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were absolutely incredibly kind. I was very impressed with them! The pool was ok, it was pretty cold and needed some maintenance. The rooms were nice and clean. The water pressure was good. The area was pretty good and we felt safe. We were a family of 4 staying in the double queen bed room.

Bathroom Toilet: poop in and on inside of lid, also urine, trash in floor, hair in the sink, thankfully I carry cleaning supplies everywhere I go. Bed was nice and comfortable. Window was open. Stayed here because of reviews. I took a picture of the toilet

First issue, our TV didn’t work and the front desk clerk had to spend 30 mins in our room trying to get it to work. Eventually it did, but not without affecting our stay. Also, I could have done without the large cockroaches. Multiple. In the room, in the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I made multiple complaints. And no apology. No offer of compensation. Very disappointed.

The rooms smell horrible. They smell musty and moist. I had a horrible headache during my stay. The crazy thing about it is that the headache would go away while I was away from the room. Highly recommend looking into this and getting rid of the carpets. They are so disgusting

I want to give 2 star but staffs were nice. Parking is easy and safe. The room I slept in was so bad, it smelled so old, not clean, and I found dead cockroach on the floor. I didn’t bother to change the room because I checked in so late.

Lobby and staff were outstanding. Very fresh and clean. Our first room was musty and there was standing water in the bathroom floor. They moved us to the third floor and the hallway was sweltering. The room smelled better. But one pillow had makeup on it and the ac didn’t work well. We couldn’t sleep with blankets because it was too warm. The floors definitely needed a cleaning. My socks were black after just a few minutes.

We stayed here as a halfway point between Illinois and Florida on our way back home. The pool was warm which my kids desperately needed after a long car ride. Comfortable linens and nice rooms. Breakfast isn’t anything fancy but our family of 4 were happy and enjoyed it. Cereal, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, grits, bagels etc.

Floors were/are very creaky. Someone checked in directly above us later in the evening and every step, bump, creak was clearly audible. TV channels available were very limited in comparison to other similar hotels we frequent. The air conditioner continuously cycles all night from either too cold to why the hell is it so hot in here. But, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Great access to main freeway. Double- or triple glazed hotel room windows provided excellent sound proofing. Room prices most reasonable. Clean and spacious rooms with good facilities including fridge, kettle and microwave. Staff were friendly but quite new. Breakfast was modest but hit the spot just fine. Overall a good experience! Docked one point due to no plug in bath or wash basin and toilet needed some plumbing work as the water ran constantly. Lack of plugs meant bathing and wet shaving were challenges but had shower backup option at least.

The mattress was like concrete. Staff was nice and switched rooms for our second nights stay but it wasn’t better. Staff was friendly but there was no sleep at the sleep inn cause of the mattress. My back hurt horribly from the mattress which was very dirty disappointing. I won’t stay there again.

We had an ok stay, a bit noisier than we would have preferred with people running and talking in the hallway and outside near outside near our window at a time we were trying to go sleep to wake up early to continue our travels. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, especially if you are on the road this might not be your top choice.

Everything was going pretty good until the assistant manager was being rude. i was there for 2 days and I wanted extend my vacation for 3 more days. I told the guy will be out going to the airport to extend my contract with the rental car company and I might be back before 11 am, so It took me more time than I expected and as soon as I stepped in the hotel, Greg the assistant manager started raising his voice about the money in front of my girlfriend. I told money wasn’t an issue for me just let me go inside to get a card to make the payment. He said no, you went out and you supposed to have your wallet with you. I had like $500 and change cash on me I ended up paying him with cash for a night. A few hours later i went on Expedia to book the 2 extra nights. I started tapping him and other staff members since day one at the hotel. This guy seems nice but he’s very rude, unprofessional. I’d take my business elsewhere next time.

The hotel is undergoing renovation... I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm there were remodeling people drinking beer in front of the main entrance where they were working... and one of them urinating behind some plants... the hotel was all dirty and the People at the front desk were not very friendly.. I honestly thought everything I looked at was Terrible.

Room was nice. Check-in was bad. Clerk assigned our room to another family. We were also handed that family's debit card along with our room key cards. One of the family members entered our room while we were unpacking. Very scary moment. Highly recommend better training and security.

It was cool. No complaints. Well actually the gravy on Saturday breakfast was very watery, not tasty at all. Also didn’t love having to notify them that I wanted housekeeping every day. Otherwise, great stay.

I liked the staff, they were very courteous. The breakfast was subpar. The toaster only toasted from one side. No real choice on tea. No available coffee or tea in the lobby. No extra goodies like a choice of fruit or sweet roll. It would be better to do a few things well rather than more things in an acceptable way.
