Front Desk staff was amazing! Room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Wasn't expecting good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower! Could've saved some $$ by not buying my own. Free laundry machines! Decent workout room. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the tv. They have satellite tv, so when the storms came through the tv froze. Otherwise, for the price compared to other hotels in the area for the week I was there, couldn't beat it!

The elevator wasn’t working. Having a conversation with other guest that have been there the last few weeks said it hasn’t worked for quite some time. when asked about when it would be repaired the clerk stated tomorrow. Well tomorrow never arrived. Ice maker In fridge wasn’t working also and Room smelled very musky/moldy .

Had to change rooms first night because they put in a room that was supposed to be closed because the tv didn’t work. They actually admitted they should not have given me the room. Saw 2 cockroaches, no hot water and the only elevator was broken the night and next morning when I checked out( I was on the 4th floor) not a very relaxing stay after working all day! Would not recommend

Elevator was broken, queen mattress needs to be replaced and hotel store needs to be restocked. TV remote difficult to work. Desk unwilling to help when asked with said remote. Only reason bags were carried up was because I asked for a reduction in nightly rate. No help with departure. Disabled vet almost fell with bags going down with leaving. Holiday Inn hotels should be ashamed of this property. Would not recommend.

My first room had not been cleaned after the last person to stay in the room. Trash was left on the counter and the bed had not been flipped. I was moved into a new room and after 20 minutes of the bedside lamp being on, the bulb literally fell out of the lamp and shattered everywhere. When I went downstairs, there was no one to help and I was given a broom and dustpan to clean it up. There was also black mold on the ceiling above the shower and when I told the man at the front desk, he looked at me as if I was crazy and said housekeeping cleans all the rooms.

Our first rooms had roaches crawling everywhere (counters, floor, bed). We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The hotel has charged me for two extra days at $116.08 on top of the initial $175.41 for the one night I did actually stay. Not only that but they are refusing to refund the extra days as well as comp the original room which they promised to do because of the roaches. There were drug addicts outside around the pool area. The smell of marijuana is strong around the property and people are just sitting on tops of vehicles in the parking lot into the night. At this point, I’ve paid over $500 to sit in a recliner for 15 minutes before the neighbor got up and decided to start slamming everything around keeping all of us awake. Definitely DON’T recommend staying here.

The front desk person was real nice. The room was 7/10 for cleanliness. There was mold in the shower, little bleach would get rid of it. The shower floor was real slippery. The edges bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. Caked up filth in the corner. Handle on the refrigerator was missing. The rest of the room was fine although I only stayed one night so I didn't use the rest of the kitchen.

I checked in on 9/23 something after 4pm. We were assigned room 409 the room looked to be cleaned but had a wet moldy smell. So we turned on the Ac and we left to go get food come back and the smell is still very strong my daughter that’s 7 was asking why it smells so bad. Later that night I was sitting in the recliner and a roach comes crawling across the arm of the chair I get up and its two of them on the side of the chair. So I decided to call it a night. We go to bed at this point I’m checking for bedbugs couldn’t sleep comfortably the AC in the room didn’t cool the room off good so we were hot. After seeing the roaches I was paranoid there were more and was worried they would crawl into our stuff. In the middle of the night I get up to get something to drink and turn on the kitchen lights and roaches are running under the refrigerator. I go back to lay down and let my husband know there’s even more roaches. We tried to go back to sleep. I just couldn’t sleep knowing roaches are really bad in the room so we decided to just get up and check out at 4am. We stop by desk and waited and a lady name Porsha comes to the desk we tell her our issue and she told us she would write a ticket and get us compensated I asked her when could we expect to hear something she told us sometime after 10am that day. We haven’t heard anything unfortunately. I really hate to leave bad reviews. Our trip was ruined being that we wasn’t comfortable in the room due to the smell and roaches and AC.

Solid inexpensive room with a stove and a fridge. Satellite TV, and I was there during a storm so the TV didn’t work, but the Internet connection was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I would stay here again.

We were only there for one night. There was easy access to the highway. There were plenty of options for meals nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The only small issue we had was that there was no waste basket in the room. If we were travelling through the area again we would use this facility.

I have stayed at Candlewood suites numerous times and at many hotels in the Nashville area and this hotel is falling behind every hotel in the area. The color scheme is very old in soft yellow, the rooms have 32 inch tvs and compared to other hotels this is disappointing. Parking is a mess where 4 trucks too took up 14 car spaces. My second tv did not work

This was our second time to stay here and it was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so spacious and supplied well with everything. I especially love the kitchen area. The small store in the lobby helps our budget as we didn't have to go out for food. The only thing that would make my stay perfect would be to add a towel rack to the right of the sink in the bathroom and a couple of hooks for hanging clothes. We will be back.

The room was good for us, calm and quiet except when the person in the upper flor walked in the night it was really noisy. Recepcionist was very friendly and secured fast check in.

After making the reservation. I got to the hotel only for them to tell me they dont know why they let me reserve the room when they dont have any. Stood at the desk for over 5 min waiting for the attendant just to hear this. Told her to cancel the reservation and i went elsewhere. Never got into a room.

The Management and Front Desk staff are amazing. It felt like home staying there. The Housekeepers do a fantastic job as well. This is the best Candlewood Suites I have ever stayed in!

To begin, musty smells, rusted lighting fixtures and cheep Ikea like cupboards that are nearly facing apart. Lights that blew while I was in the shower...which of course meant that we'd have to wait to get repaired. To top it off, a complete refusal to provide a receipt at checkout. We had 3 rooms for a full week each, on a company card and now I have to hope that I receive an email with the receipt or I'll be responsible for those charges. How freaking hard is it to provide a simple GD receipt. This is a consistent trip for us...each month we spend a full week *Sun-Sat in the Nashville area. We had to make arrangements with Candlewood this time instead of our regular Marriott properties. This is the last time that will ever happen.

We book many hotel rooms for our hardworking employees who travel long hours. Upon check-in around 8:30 p.m., the desk associate said, “the card we hold for Expedia doesn’t work.” After trying again, he stated, “it went through.” Already anticipating they might attempt to charge our personal card, our employee requested a receipt, but was told, “we have to email it.” No email ever arrived. Sure enough, our card was charged, even though the stay had already been prepaid through Hotels.com. Mistakes happen—but the real problem came when I called the hotel for a refund. I was told, “you’ll have to call Hotels.com and have them pay before we reimburse you.” This should have been handled directly between the hotel and Hotels.com, not pushed back on the guest. After another 20 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com, the hotel finally agreed to issue a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. Travelers beware: check your statements carefully if booking through Hotels.com at this property.

Elevator was broken, queen mattress needs to be replaced and hotel store needs to be restocked. TV remote difficult to work. Desk unwilling to help when asked with said remote. Only reason bags were carried up was because I asked for a reduction in nightly rate. No help with departure. Disabled vet almost fell with bags going down with leaving. Holiday Inn hotels should be ashamed of this property. Would not recommend.

We were only there for one night. There was easy access to the highway. There were plenty of options for meals nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The only small issue we had was that there was no waste basket in the room. If we were travelling through the area again we would use this facility.

Nice safe neighborhood just outside of Nashville. Super clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and staff we encountered were awesome. Felt very safe coming back late at night. Went for an event. Took an Uber downtown for less than $40. Will definitely stay in the future.

It was an ok one-night stay. Room was acceptably clean- somewhat worn. No breakfast served- only coffee and tea available. TV remote needed battery replacement and I was too tired to take it down to fix. Just glad to get on the road and did not have to stay another night.

It was a very nice room, King suite. Ev charging stations right by the door. Coffee available 24/7 but i wouldnt recommend it. No breakfast because the rooms all had kichenettes. Staff was friendly. My biggest complaint was i couldnt extend my stay and had to change hotels. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was exceptionally clean !!! I love the fact that it is pet friendly and you do not have to pay extra !! I did not get her name but the young lady that was at the desk that evening was extremely nice and accommodating. Expedia had advertised that I had a king suite with a living room area which I planned one one of my children being in but when we arrived she let me know that they had been having issues with them stating that and that not always being the case . But she gladly upgraded us free of charge !! The only thing I. An say that I didn't like it that you do not get breakfast in the morning though they do have a " cubbard" in the lobby that does have a nice variety of items you can buy

This was our second time to stay here and it was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so spacious and supplied well with everything. I especially love the kitchen area. The small store in the lobby helps our budget as we didn't have to go out for food. The only thing that would make my stay perfect would be to add a towel rack to the right of the sink in the bathroom and a couple of hooks for hanging clothes. We will be back.

This was my second time staying here. The first room during this stay was dirty; second room less dirty. Then on check out day maids busted in before we got our stuff out of the room. They either ignored or didn't understand the hotelier's instructions that I had a late check out time.
