Che dire, una struttura da sogno, con affaccio su un panorama da favola, sembrava potessi toccare il mare e il Castel Dell'Ovo. Servizio di alto livello, da grande hotel di un tempo, comoda anche la possibilità di lasciar loro l'auto, che poi provvederanno a parcheggiare in un loro parcheggio convenzionato ad un prezzo abbordabile per la zona. This hotel is fine. The valet situation is impossible it took nearly an hour for them to find our car upon checkout. Additionally when we checked in they did not have the room I had booked with two beds so we had to change rooms for our second night. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite and it’s possible our issues were singular but I wouldn’t stay again as a result.

Rooms were lovely. Spotless and large. We found the staff at the front desk to be sadly lacking in “service with a smile”. We got no concrete help with concierge questions. In fact they appeared to be rather fed up with tourists in general which was a great pity as the hotel was beautifully appointed by the sea so a wonderful place to have a gelato gazing at all the boats and very safe.

I had one night in Naples and decided to try this hotel. The location is fabulous - right on the water, Vesuvius looming. My room was expensive — $440 or so. I was on the ground floor facing the airshaft. Nice room but small and dark and $400+? The lobby is nice, the included breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were bored verging on surly. I’d just spent 2 weeks in other Italian hotels, for the most part a happy welcoming experience. This one was a disappointment.

Amazing location by the water and walkable to the historic center of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, stowing our bags and making a reservation for us for lunch at a great sit down pizzeria. Our room was ready early which was nice. And it was well appointed from comfy beds to a shower with great pressure. With an eye on saving energy the AC will not go on if the window is not completely closed. Something I discovered after being boggled by the lack of cool air and calling the front desk who explained it to me and all was fine. The breakfast was great too. All the usual buffet items including all the Napoli sweets which I ate much too much of

This hotel is amazing and it’s truly a five star hotel. The rooms are huge with marble floors. There were two showers in the room with six different shower heads. Breakfast was excellent and included and very convenient to do our tours to Capri and Amalfi. You should write the con the name, Anthony Anthony my name. Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter had lost her Invisalign in the room, and the maids found it after we checked out. They went the extra mile to get the Invisalign returned to us - something they did not have to do. The staff also helped us weigh our bags when we left to make sure we were not overweight at the airlines. The location was great, overlooking the water, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Saint Lucia. Our room on the front was excellent and we could not have wished for better. The bed was super comfy with additional pillows provided if required. Our only negative experience was we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for us through reception and were advised it would be 30 Euro fare to the airport. On arrival the driver demanded 50 euro and said he told hotel porter to relay this to us, which didn't happen. As you can imagine not impressed. We would definitely return to this hotel and request the same room but would make our own arrangements for transfers and would highly recommend others do likewise (it is for this reason alone that I have scored 4 and not 5, everything else was perfect!)

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel that is located at a promenade near the old Fishermen’s quarter, where there are many restaurants and pizza places. Great location, walkable to many sites attractions. The hotel staff are every accommodating and friendly Rooms and bathroom are clean.

The Grand Hotel Santa Lucia Napoli was excellent in every way! The hotel is beautiful and the location is near many restaurants and sights to see, all just minutes from the hotel! The entire staff was wonderfully accommodating and professional! The front desk staff was great! Our room was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast is so delicious with many choices and the servers were really gracious and accommodating! The Grand Hotel Santa Lucia Napoli is an all time favorite!
