Hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff were very nice and front desk super helpful. We loved Enzo at the front desk but truly all the staff was helpful and very pleasant. Walkable to train and bus. Safe but you are in a city so I wouldn't walk around by myself after 9. Good breakfast and can eat on the rooftop. Can also have a drink on the rooftop in the evening.

The property is very close to the train station if that is what you need. It's a little longer walk to the main attractions, but definitely doable. The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky. The bed was firm and I like a little more cushion/softness. The patio was lovely and opens at 6PM for cocktails/lounge and 7AM for breakfast. The breakfast was a typical continental and was appreciated.

Perfekt läge. Varm, genuin och engagerad personal som hjälpte oss så mycket. Bra parkeringssrvice där bilen hämtades upp och lämnades av utanför hotellet. En vacker takterrass där även en frukost i världsklass serverades. Vi kommer absolut bo här igen!

I would never stay at this hotel again. Trust me we had bed bugs !! they wouldn’t even move us out of the room into a new one. Tried to talk to a manager and they were never there.

Good cooperative and friendly staff. Near to city center. Fine breakfast. Bad water drainage causes bad smell in front of elevator door at GF (sorry), also bad water drainage in shower room. Property is well reinnovated but infrastructure needs some work. Thank you valentina and all other guys for your kindness and patience ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir waren aufgrund einer Städtereise im Hotel San Pietro und können dieses mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Ganz netter, auskunftsfreudiger Service. Das ganze Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig 10 Minuten zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt. Mit dem Bus kommt man in 15-20 Minuten zum Flughafen.

We had a phenomenal stay at Hotel San Pietro. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was pristine and the areas inside the hotel are lovely. The breakfast was especially impressive. The one drawback is that the streets immediately surrounding the hotel are quite gritty and rough. This has nothing to do with the hotel but coming to and from the hotel was undesirable. Once you are in the hotel, everything is beautiful and safe.

Lovely, quiet property, yet only steps away from the train station. Hottest water I have encountered, so shower/bathroom was excellent. Wifi in the room was weak, but overall the hotel vibe is great and staff friendly and engaged.

We had something more like a suite instead of a room, amazing. With the modern design the toilet was in the bedroom within a glass room so took a bit of getting used to being a couple. Everything else was amazing but the breakfast quality wasn't as good as we would have liked for healthiness

The standard single room was small and basic. There was no luggage rack and no drawers. For a 3-night stay, this was inconvenient. The surrounding neighborhood is sketchy: on one side were loiterers but on the other side one is only a block from the main street. It is also very convenient to the historic center with churches and museums. The staff were very attentive; the front desk was always serviced by a helpful person. This enhanced the sense of security. The internet was spotty, but the staff encouraged me to phone the front desk at any time of the day or night to reconnect. This was an economical choice; not luxurious, but the advantages outweighed the challenges. Tip: Luggage racks are a necessity.

The hotel was ok. It was very near the train station which was nice. The shower was awesome. However the room was just ok- pretty small and not that comfortable. The linens weren’t great. The area around the hotel was a bit overwhelming.

L’hôtel est bien situé par contre si vous êtes sensible au bruit il n’y a pas de double vitrage aux fenêtres donc bruit de la circulation toute la nuit. Et la chambre est très bien sauf si vous y séjournez à 3. La 3eme personne se retrouve à dormir sur un canapé-lit avec un matelas de très mauvaise qualité.

I was treated with so much kindness as I was welcome very early before my checking and Enzo at the front desk accommodate me so I could get my room ready very informative a super nice gentleman as well as the rest of the hotel employees The Night Shift front desk excellent as well. The hotel is in a fantastic area nothing but positive remarks about this hotel which the employees go about and beyond to make you feel welcome and care for congratulations on this. Blessings

The staff in the breakfast room and for drinks were professional and friendly. The front desk clerk was not very warm and she only gave minimal information, like where my room was and what time breakfast was served. She didn't tell me about evening drinks available (I knew it from reading reviews) and didn't offer any additional assistance, like directions, maps, etc. The real positive of this hotel is the location very close to the central train station. I would stay here only if you need to be close to the station or are staying for a day or two. At night, the area is not the best.

The service was absolutely the best. The man at the front desk told us where to get food. Helped us with our luggage and made sure we had transportation to the airport at 4am and was there to help us load our luggage. This hotel was very close to the airport and the train station which made it super convenient for us because we came in by train and left by plane. The room was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect choice for us.

Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them. I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them. I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. We booked our room six months in advance, received a confirmation email, and even got a message just two days before arrival stating the hotel was “expecting us.” But upon arrival, we were told: “Sorry, we’re overbooked.” That was it. We arrived in Naples, exhausted, with a two-year-old child and all our luggage only to be left stranded with no room, no support, and no solution. My wife was in tears, panicking, as we were left to walk around a foreign city with a toddler and nowhere to go. It was chaotic, stressful, and deeply upsetting. This wasn’t just poor service it was a complete failure of basic professionalism and human decency. We will never book with this hotel again, and we will absolutely never use your platform as a third-party booking service. This was supposed to be the start of a special trip instead, it turned into a nightmare of mismanagement, emotional distress, and total disregard for our reservation. Booking in March and being turned away in September is unacceptable. Confirmations mean nothing if you don’t honor them. Shameful.

A lovely hotel unfortunately in a terrible slum type area. The hotel couldn’t have done any more for us. However the area didn’t feel safe and was frankly horrible.

Excellent location just off the main street. Nice and quiet, very smart and welcoming, lots of eating places nearby. 5 minute walk from bus, train and metro stops. Excellent breakfast included. It's just the best place to stay in Naples.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and all the staff were very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. We were disappointed with the bar, which was just the understaffed dining room and there did not appear to be any bars or many restaurants in the area.We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station but this also meant it didnt feel the safest of areas.

The hotel was perfectly situated for the train to Herculaneum and Pompeii but also near the metro and within walking distance of everything in the historic centre. Despite that, it was very quiet too!

Hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff were very nice and front desk super helpful. We loved Enzo at the front desk but truly all the staff was helpful and very pleasant. Walkable to train and bus. Safe but you are in a city so I wouldn't walk around by myself after 9. Good breakfast and can eat on the rooftop. Can also have a drink on the rooftop in the evening.

The property is very close to the train station if that is what you need. It's a little longer walk to the main attractions, but definitely doable. The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky. The bed was firm and I like a little more cushion/softness. The patio was lovely and opens at 6PM for cocktails/lounge and 7AM for breakfast. The breakfast was a typical continental and was appreciated.

Excelente estadia. O hotel é bem localizado, seguro e próximo dos pontos turísticos do centro histórico. O estacionamento é terceirizado. Localizado próximo a estação central ferroviária de Nápolis e 2 estações de metro. Fica a 1 quarteirão da Corso Humberto, com várias lojas, cafés e restaurante. Também fica próximo da Pizzaria História Da Michelle. O café da manhã não é muito variado mas tudo muito gostoso. Nosso quarto foi confortável e com sacada para a rua. Os funcionários do restaurante e da recepção são educados e simpáticos e nos deram dicas de passeios e restaurantes, inclusive reservando tour para Herculano e Pompéia, especialmente o Francesco que nos recebia sempre com sorriso e cordialidade. Recomendo.

The staff were excellent in getting me where I needed to go-even last minute.
