Clean, easy to find hotel. Location very good. Reception tried to help out with info getting to Pompeii and organising guide to tell about the place. Unfortunately he was not too helpful and suggestions were all using expensive guide services. By doing search and buying ourselves we (2 persons) saved 60-70€! Hotel room temperature panel did not work all night (outside temp was below 10C) even reception person tried to fix it! Didn’t sleep too well in cold room.

What I liked: Fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, close to the Spanish quarter and to the Palace and harbor ! Great coffee at breakfast! What I didn’t like was the following: The Room is a little shabby and does not appear to have been painted in a long time! The room we had was next to the bar/kitchen area and we were woken up early every morning as you could hear everything through the thin walls! No mirror or hot water kettle in the room. Not enough outlets in the room. Noisy A/C. No view as the room overlooked a roof with barred windows! The breakfast was less than basic, the only hot food item they had was hard boiled eggs, which is perfectly fine except if you did not get there in time and they ran out then they did not boil any extra and you were told that there are no more eggs! Minuscule selection of cheese and cold cuts, lots of pastries and breads though!

A lovely family-run hotel in a quiet residential street in Ischia Porto Very well located, 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the harbour We had a large room, very simply furnished, and the bathroom, which had a shower, was somewhat old-fashioned but worked well We had a very simple, typical Italian breakfast, of cereal, fruits, bread, cheese, meat and various Italian sweet items There is a very nice swimming pool and a constantly replenished thermal pool So, a lovely hotel, we would certainly return to

This is our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to next year. The location is great you can do so many things in the surrounding area but what makes it perfect is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful and really sets you up for a day exploring Naples. Do not hesitate to stay here.
