Excellent service from front desk and staff. The property and portions of the hotel are a mess due to renovation. Elevator is under repair and does not work. Rooms have been upgraded and clean.

Great place for an overnight. Staff were very pleasant. Has washer, dryer and ice machine. Neighborhood looked fine. Condition: the room was great.Lots of room, clean,bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room. The only con was that there weren't many choice for breakfast but there are restaurants nearby.

The room was clean, however when we pulled in there was a get together from the staff. It made it feel unsafe pulling in. You walk in the lobby and all of them were just staring at you while you check in. The second night it sounded like there was a party going on all night by our window. Staff was on his phone the entire shift the 2nd morning. The breakfast was very bland and not hot. Pool looked molded. I would not recommend staying here.

The bed was super squeaky, every time I got up to use the restroom it made a terrible sound. Walls were super thin and I could hear everything going on at breakfast time, kept the constant fan running which helped. Didn't get our original room that I paid for, but got "upgraded" to a suit which didn't have a bath tub. I prefer bathtubs. Hot Tub was shut down....

This place was awesome! Check-in was smooth, everything from the breakfast area to the rooms were incredibly clean and they have a brand new elevator. There are several highly rated restaurants just down the street. If we ever overnight in Salina again, we would definitely chose Sleep Inn.

We checked in late after a long day of driving ready to go to bed. Discovered dry blood on one of pillows. So we went and got a new pillow. Fast forward 2 hours we found more blood all over the sheet on the other bed, no apologies from front desk he just kinda looked at me like I was stupid and said “that’s not blood that laundry soap” I don’t know what laundry soap they use that’s red but this place is an absolute joke. We had to demand and new room or we would have had to stay in that room. Tried talking with the general manager and he had nothing to say. I will never stay here again I’d rather had slept in my car for that matter

We were in town for the race that weekend. We were not allowed a late check out despite many others staying for the race that weekend. A late check out would allow runners to get showered off after their race. In our case we had to settle for being soaking wet on the drive home since it rained the entire day. We later found out after the race that the Y was graciously allowing runners to use their facilities but only after a long check in process with them. There were piles of hair on the floor in the room which lead us to believe the room wasn’t cleaned well or at all. The walls were very thin and was hard to sleep. The elevator was under construction.

Overall the stay was ok. When I got to my room there was a stale smoke smell and I noticed that there was a Walmart bag duct taped over the smoke detector which seemed odd. It was also evident that the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to arrival. I’m normally not a complainer or the type to leave a review but if I would’ve known these things I likely would have selected another hotel.

Pretty standard hotel room and experience. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned, the shower being particularly nasty. House keeping ignored the DND sign on the door. No highway noise and the check in/out process went smoothly.

I was pleased with how comfortable the beds were and soft sheets. No carpet is a plus too. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee. The employees were all pleasant.I will definitely choose it on my stay next month.

The property is small. We had a first floor room which looked directly into a fast food restaurant drive through lane. Seriously a vehicle width gap. The walls are thin so you can hear everything - anyone checking in, moving in corridors and over course all doors. The property allows pets. During our 1 night stay a dog barked at every noise, most of the night. Honestly the low price was not worth the inconvenience m.

Our room steadily smelled like a sewer. Front desk blames it on a nearby ditch but nowhere else inside or outside smelled that bad. He did move us to another room. I chose this based upon ratings. No way on earth those were legitimate ratings. This is not an 8.6 facility. Rooms are tight, dining area very cramped, pancake batter cups were the only options to drink from. Food was average to below, lots of pre wrapped bread, minimal fruit. Parking lot was full the weekend we stayed. Bright spot was the seemingly understaffed employees were nice.

Comfortable bed, rooms were spacious but our check in took much longer than needed. The hotel had called to ask for an arrival time and we had told them we would be a late arrival. Checked in with the night guy and took 10 mins which is long, but especially long when you’ve been on the road and it’s late. Our bathroom door didn’t shut, door would wedge itself shut but wouldn’t actually shut flush and water leaked out between the shower doors so the bathroom floor got soaked.

Property was tired looking, electrical problems breaker kicked off twice and toilet first sluggish then stopped up. No response from desk and our phone calls. we had to buy plunger and fix. Very disappointed. We were excited to be Rocky Mountain Nat PK we just tried to be positive hate to leave bad review but we use them when we travel.

You walk in the lobby and all of them were just staring at you while you check in. The second night it sounded like there was a party going on all night by our window. Staff was on his phone the entire shift the 2nd morning. The breakfast was very bland and not hot. Pool looked molded. I would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful. Beds comfortable with full down comforters. Breakfast was average with scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. Hotel was quiet and pool could have been cleaner. Would stay again!
