Sicuramente non vale le stelle che dice di avere. Parcheggio non disponibile (se non per strada) come invece viene detto sul profilo della struttura. Inesistente anche la convenzione con la palestra menzionata sul profilo dell’hotel

Was upgraded to a double when checking in, but the room was decorated totally in a depressing grey and looked tired. The Banksy-style wall art was seriously menacing for a woman travelling alone! Asked for a corkscrew as the bar didn’t seem to be manned at any time, but there was none available, and when I asked where I could get coffee (no facilities in room) concierge waved his arms towards the door saying that there weren’t plenty of coffee shops in the locale - unhelpful. On the bright side, breakfast at an adjoining building was plentiful with scrambled eggs, bacon bits, mini croissants and cake.

Under construction? Only sheets on the bed, used the spare blanket in the closet. No power to the already locked safe. The fixtures in the bathroom still had tags and stickers. No towel or tp holders, just stored on the floor of the small shower. Construction dust and particles in the corners, at the base of doors and on the tiled bathroom walls. Quiet enough until construction crew started up before 8.

Honnêtement, une grosse déception. À notre arrivée, la chambre était dans un état horrible : odeur de moisissure, toilettes et draps sales, couvertures vieilles, coffre-fort bloqué… et il manquait même des serviettes. Heureusement, l’agent d’accueil (très sympa) nous a changé de chambre le lendemain, mais même la nouvelle chambre restait médiocre. Franchement, cet hôtel est très loin de mériter ses 4 étoiles – il n’en mérite même pas une. Le petit déjeuner inclus était infect, à part le café, et nous sommes tombés malades dès le deuxième jour. L’ambiance générale est froide et humide, le chauffage n’était pas disponible alors qu’il faisait très frais dans la chambre. Le ménage est fait en surface, mais dès qu’on soulève les draps, la poussière s’envole. Le personnel est globalement agréable (merci à la réception), mais une dame, petite et très speed dans le restaurant (le matin au petit déjeuner), a été franchement désagréable : elle ignore les demandes, parle vite en italien sans aucun effort d’anglais et donne l’impression de mal parler aux clients. Bref, un hôtel à fuir. Les photos et la notation 4 étoiles ne reflètent en rien la réalité.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel per due notti. Appena arrivato (verso mezzanotte) ho segnalato che la presa, incassata nel bellissimo tavolo in vetro che sostiene il televisore e funge da scrivania era rotta. Inoltre non funzionava la lampada sul tavolo, unica fonte di luce di una certa potenza dal momento che la camera è illuminata da luci molto fioche (per creare un'atmosfera bella ma se non si ha anche un'altra fonte luminosa alcune operazioni a tarda sera possono risultare complessa). Nessuno è venuto a sistemare la cosa durante il mio soggiorno, nonostante il portiere notturno ne avesse preso nota su un blocco di carta. Il tavolino accanto al mio lato del letto, su cui poggiava il telefono era traballante. Altra segnalazione, nessun effetto concreto. La mattina del check out ho anche dovuto fare la doccia fredda, dal momento che non c'era acqua calda corrente. Segnalazione fatta, ma dovendo lasciare la struttura, non so se abbiano fatto qualcosa. La colazione era ordinaria senza niente di particolare. Un punto a favore però la pulizia, sia della struttura che della camera e anche delle parti comuni. E il personale che è sempre stato molto cortese e si è molto scusato per gli inconvenienti. Però se si pubblicizza una struttura come doppia DELUXE penso che si dovrebbe essere più attenti ai dettagli. Il posto è bello e in una posizione molto comoda. Ma questo viaggio è un'occasione mancata, perché con poco sarebbe andato tutto bene.

A localização é boa, o pequeno-almoço é bastamte diversificado e grande parte do staff muito simpática e atenciosa. A limpeza é fraca, o ruído exterior é imenso sobretudo ao fim de semana, o duche é péssimo sem pressão de água suficiente e o autoclismo a verter.

The worst I've ever had in my life. An unclean room. A bed they slept in and the sheets weren't changed. A shower and toilet that smelled of sewage. Air conditioning and heating that didn't work. And worst of all, a staff that wasn't willing to help and didn't care about anything.

The place needs maintenance, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning, hot water not available for one day and other small things such as few water coming out of the shower. The personnel, on the other hand, especially Domenico and his colleague at breakfast, are great and compensate in good for the lack of investment.

Le zone comuni dell’hotel sono ben arredate e con un buon gusto per il design moderno con contaminazioni etniche. La nostra stanza, una matrimoniale, era pulita ma con i segni del tempo e richiederebbe una piena ristrutturazione. Il bagno, in ordine e pulito, andrebbe ripreso completamente. Zona centrale per Torino, siamo a Crocetta.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, il personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza era spaziosa e ben pulita. Unica nota negativa la finestra del bagno: essendo la stanza all'ultimo piano era presente una piccola finestra sul tetto la cui apertura era comandata tramite pulsantiera. Il motorino era però inceppato e non si riusciva ad aprire. Per il resto struttura consigliata

This is a very basic 4 star hotel about 20 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station. The personel are very nice and hospitable, but the bedrooms and bathrooms need investment as they're old. In our room, the handle was coming off the window and the electrical socket was coming out of the wall. When you turned on the bathroom light, it made a loud noise. The shower head needs to be cleaned very well or better yet replaced. The breakfast was average and could be upgraded a bit with a minimum of effort. Ottima posizione, prenotato per la vicinanza al pala alpitour in occasione delle nitto atp finals, si è invece rivelato anche stearegico per arrivare al centro di torino...mezz'ora circa di comminata e sei alla stazione porta nuova...hotel bello con stanze molto spaziose. Il servizio colazione va migliorato nel senso che l'hotel era al completo e il personale addetto alle colazioni non sufficiente..una sola persona al servizio di preparazione caffè cappuccino te ecc..e nessuno alle pulizie dei tavoli e rifornimento di quello che veniva consumato

Was upgraded to a double when checking in, but the room was decorated totally in a depressing grey and looked tired. The Banksy-style wall art was seriously menacing for a woman travelling alone! Asked for a corkscrew as the bar didn’t seem to be manned at any time, but there was none available, and when I asked where I could get coffee (no facilities in room) concierge waved his arms towards the door saying that there weren’t plenty of coffee shops in the locale - unhelpful. On the bright side, breakfast at an adjoining building was plentiful with scrambled eggs, bacon bits, mini croissants and cake.

Nôtre séjours à été formidable, l’accueil est au top et les réceptionnistes sont vraiment au petit soin, aussi bien la journée que la nuit, nous on avons vu 3 et ils ont étaient tous au top des tops et très très gentil. Merci messieurs, nous, nous rappellerons grâce à vous de notre séjour dans cette l’hôtel et nous reviendrons sûrement. Nôtre chambre de luxe côté cour était excellentes. Par contre le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, nous avons déjà vu mieux dans des 2 à 3 étoiles, ils faut vraiment que vous fassiez un effort pour améliorer le pti dej. Par contre la dame qui nous accueille pour le pti dej est vraiment gentille et très serviable, un grand merci à cette dame

The worst I've ever had in my life. An unclean room. A bed they slept in and the sheets weren't changed. A shower and toilet that smelled of sewage. Air conditioning and heating that didn't work. And worst of all, a staff that wasn't willing to help and didn't care about anything.

L'hôtel est proche de la gare de Porta Nuova mais éloigné des sites touristiques. Il faut prendre le tramway pour s'y rendre. La chambre donnant sur cour était calme. Petit déjeuner à prendre dans une salle exigue attenante. Le restaurant était fermé le soir contrairement aux horaires précisés.

Le zone comuni dell’hotel sono ben arredate e con un buon gusto per il design moderno con contaminazioni etniche. La nostra stanza, una matrimoniale, era pulita ma con i segni del tempo e richiederebbe una piena ristrutturazione. Il bagno, in ordine e pulito, andrebbe ripreso completamente. Zona centrale per Torino, siamo a Crocetta.

Honnêtement, une grosse déception. À notre arrivée, la chambre était dans un état horrible : odeur de moisissure, toilettes et draps sales, couvertures vieilles, coffre-fort bloqué… et il manquait même des serviettes. Heureusement, l’agent d’accueil (très sympa) nous a changé de chambre le lendemain, mais même la nouvelle chambre restait médiocre. Franchement, cet hôtel est très loin de mériter ses 4 étoiles – il n’en mérite même pas une. Le petit déjeuner inclus était infect, à part le café, et nous sommes tombés malades dès le deuxième jour. L’ambiance générale est froide et humide, le chauffage n’était pas disponible alors qu’il faisait très frais dans la chambre. Le ménage est fait en surface, mais dès qu’on soulève les draps, la poussière s’envole. Le personnel est globalement agréable (merci à la réception), mais une dame, petite et très speed dans le restaurant (le matin au petit déjeuner), a été franchement désagréable : elle ignore les demandes, parle vite en italien sans aucun effort d’anglais et donne l’impression de mal parler aux clients. Bref, un hôtel à fuir. Les photos et la notation 4 étoiles ne reflètent en rien la réalité.

This is a very basic 4 star hotel about 20 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station. The personel are very nice and hospitable, but the bedrooms and bathrooms need investment as they're old. In our room, the handle was coming off the window and the electrical socket was coming out of the wall. When you turned on the bathroom light, it made a loud noise. The shower head needs to be cleaned very well or better yet replaced. The breakfast was average and could be upgraded a bit with a minimum of effort. Ottima posizione, prenotato per la vicinanza al pala alpitour in occasione delle nitto atp finals, si è invece rivelato anche stearegico per arrivare al centro di torino...mezz'ora circa di comminata e sei alla stazione porta nuova...hotel bello con stanze molto spaziose. Il servizio colazione va migliorato nel senso che l'hotel era al completo e il personale addetto alle colazioni non sufficiente..una sola persona al servizio di preparazione caffè cappuccino te ecc..e nessuno alle pulizie dei tavoli e rifornimento di quello che veniva consumato

The aircon was not working. I was not told in advance. I got an automated email less that a few hours (11:00) before check-in (14:00). It was not at all what I paid for, I should have in review not stayed the two nights but I had already committed to plans. Had the aircon been the only fault at the time it may have been tolerable but the shutters on my bedroom window didn’t work, along with a host of other switches in my room, the taps didn’t work and the mini bar was not stocked. The foyer and snug were by far the best l’art of the hotel however there was building works everywhere and wires hanging whilst work was taking place.

This was no where near a 4* hotel as advertised. No water or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, cheap toiletries, very tired room with multiple scuff marks on the walls and missing tiling in the bathroom, and only lukewarm water in the shower. The free breakfast was very disappointing, with cured meats clearly out of date, and yogurts which were out of date from a week earlier. We arrived at 9.30am (breakfast was advertised as finishing at 10am) to find most of the food had already gone and were told it was not going to be replenished. The only saving grace was that the bedding and bathroom were very clean.
