The carpet in the room was very dirty and old. We were on the 9th floor, but could barely hear the noise from the ground. All night long we heard an alarm and beeping sound from outside.

I've stayed in various Novotels, and they tend to vary considerably. This hotel was more on the budget end of the scale, and in need of some updating. When I was booking it, it looked quite close to the centre of Turin. However, it is right on the outskirts, and even the tram service doesn't go there any more (since August 2025). There is a 15 min walk to the next tram stop. There is some free parking spaces, but they do offer paid parking too. The breakfast was OK, but the layout of the restaurant was awful, with long queues trying to get drinks. The room itself was very basic and in need of updating. The air-conditioning was really noisy all night. The bathroom had lose panels that needed fixing and the sink needed unblocking. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel, as it is too far from the centre of Turin and is in need of updating.
