Lovely hotel and very helpful staff . Good breakfast provided

We loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to get around and find our way. The garden for breakfast was so peaceful! The main issue we had was the shower. I fell because it was so slippery. There was no way to pull myself up from the floor without crawling out of the shower. I could have been injured severely. Luckily, I only twisted my knee. It did hinder some of my mobility on the remaining part of our trip. When I talked to the desk staff, they were very apologetic, but they didn't seem to think it was a problem for the future. They indicated that because of hygiene they were unable to use a mat in the shower. There are only two rooms with grab bars in the shower in the entire hotel. They did comp our breakfasts and helped us across the canals with our luggage when we left. I would stay there again if this situation were rectified.

Everything was perfect including kind staff, beautiful room, and location.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I thought the rooms were outstanding. The decorating is impeccable. Location is a great spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast and a bar was a plus . I definitely recommend this place.
