Excellent hotel and restaurant. All the staff were wonderful and the room was spacious and clean (bath, mini bar and safe). Ivan and Valentino in the restaurant, in particular, were exceptional and catered to our needs very well, (we're interested in wine and have various dietary requirements including a nut allergy). The breakfast stood out, with a wide variety on offer and high quality. The hotel is well situated for sights (but our of the bustle of the people) and the airport (esp. if you use the water taxi). This hotel is located on the fanciest street in Venice where all the high end couture shops are. We stayed in a quadruple family room with a separate room of twin beds for the boys. The room was great. My only suggestion is to bring converters as they don't have many USB or other charging areas in the rooms. The hotel has its own water dock if you want to come via boat.

Hotel has its own private dock which made transfers from the hotel to the airport seamless and stress-free. We wished we would’ve utilized this for when we arrived in Venice from the train station. Definitely a unique property and very central to St Marks Square and other landmarks in Venice.

Amazing hotel! Loved the staff, all staff from concierges to breakfast staff, every person was so helpful and informative. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and offered so many fine amenities like roof top lounge, jacuzzi, taxi service from hotel, close to main attractions, nice area of Venice, great bar, and excellent, Michelin rated restaurant, La Caravella on site with all homemade pastas and baked goods. We will recommend this Hotel to all friends and family and will stay again on our next visit!

We paid the most for this 4 star hotel and it was expensive for our stay. I expected to have a cleaner room and more security around my stay. We had a friend meet us at the hotel and the front staff willingly gave my room number away. As a female traveler, safety is my 1st Priority. Secondly, in my first evening of showering the shower had hair floating from the drain because it was backed up. I didn’t even wash my hair so I knew it wasn’t mine. Overall? Hotel is old and dingy. For the price you pay, the only good thing is location. Everything else was not worth the value and price.

The best things about this hotel: location & the staff, especially in the breakfast room & the concierges. The rest needs work. My shower had a lot of mold (even the emergency pull cord had black mold on it!), a/c leak left watermarks on the wall and ceiling, minibar leaked, in room safe didn’t work, rug was dirty, barrel chair in room was filthy, the shampoo/soap is a single made-for-hotel brand and cheap (wouldn’t ever use on my hair as it’s drying) and one day my room wasn’t cleaned with no apology or explanation given. In no way is this a 4-star Superior property; you’ll be disappointed as I was if you are expecting a near 5-star experience. Kudos, however, to the staff.

I can't say enough good things about Saturnia Hotel. It is conveniently close to two vaporetto stops (Giglio and San Marco), so easy to reach with luggage. Our room was very clean, warm and spacious, with a sitting area and a desk. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent. plenty of options and wonderful, attentive service. All the staff were very professionnal and friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The concierge was especially helpful, taking the time to walk me through everything on the map. Our room was very clean, and we loved that it had two full bathrooms and three sinks—a huge plus for a Triple room. Breakfast was included and offered a nice assortment of breads, fruits, and beverages. We also opted for the door-to-door taxi service; it was pricey, but definitely worth it since we were traveling with elderly family members. There were plenty of outlets in the room, but since it’s an older building, make sure to bring your own converter; I didn’t notice any USB ports. A great plus for shopping: all the high-end stores are right outside the building as soon as you step out. Cons: – The hair dryer wasn’t great, so I recommend bringing your own. – No USB ports available. – Our room was on the 1st floor, and it was very noisy at night due to crowds outside near the shops. The room was spacious enough to relax in, with high ceilings and a luxurious feel, including the furniture.It was also canal-to-facing, so we could enjoy the gondola traffic from the balcony.The bathtub was a big plus for us Japanese, and it was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city of Venice.

The rooms aree very nicely appointed. Some rooms even have USB ports for charging eliminating the need for a charger. The front desk staff are terrific. Shout out to Mirko. Quarto bom, com exceção da temperatura que estava alta e sem ar condicionado funcionando mesmo não sendo inverno. Pedi na recepção para ligarem a ventilação do quarto, mas não fui atendida. Dormimos as duas noites de hospedagem com a janela aberta. O café da manhã é espetacular com funcionárias muito simpáticas e prestativas. Check-in e Check-out rápidos. Como era viagem de comemoração de aniversário de 70 anos da minha mãe, fiz pedido de algum mimo especial para ela na chegada, mas não deram atenção… sem nenhum tipo de menção ao meu pedido. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice. Ideally located just off St Marks Square. The staff were fantastic as was the room a junior Suite which over looked the canals. Breakfast buffet was really nice as were the serving staff and reception staff. there was a real family feel to the hotel.

Our stayed at the Saturnia & International was absolutely fantastic. From arriving to leaving, every member of staff were always very welcoming, friendly and only to happy to offer any help or advice you might need. The reception, bar area, restaurant, A La Carte restaurant, all the hallways and the room were exceptional clean and well maintained. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, offering a wide, plentiful choice of continental and hot dishes. The hotels location is perfect for the main tourist attractions in Venice whilst still offering a quiet location to relax. The roof terrace offers a great view over parts of Venice with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The Saturnia hotel is certainly a great choice to stay.

Loved loved this property! Walkable to everything in Venice and water taxi if wanted to go further. Terrific breakfast included and bar if you wanted to chill after a day of sightseeing. We took advantage or the direct water taxi to the hotel. Was a great introduction to Venice. Mirko set this up. Mirko also gave us a coupon for a tour at the glass factory and we saw a demonstration of the Murano glass blowing. He is fabulous! Friendly and very helpful. He did get a bit frustrated with me as I wanted to use my phone directions to get to the water taxi. He encourage me to put down the phone and listen to him. Thanks for trying Mirko but I was nervous about navigating the streets to get to our tour in time. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beds very comfortable !! Ciao Robin T🇮🇹🍝

Staff service was exceptional. Beds were super command rooms were very very clean. There were many choices at the buffet breakfast from cold to hot foods. Above all, the service we received from the concierge Gianluca who provided us with recommendations to amazing restaurants for dinners and other advice. Also at breakfast, Valeria went over and above making sure we had our cappuccinos super hot as we requested and ensuring that we were happy with breakfast. Ensuring that our needs were met. Overall the smiles and enthusiasm for their work made out stay at this hotel seamlessly comfortable. Location was perfect. Set in the high end area and walking distance to canal, shops and Piazza San Marco. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We recently stayed at Hotel Saturnia & International in Venice and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from St. Mark’s Basilica and right in line with the designer boutiques. The hotel also offers a unique bonus: a private boat dock in the back, which made our trip especially convenient. We booked a private water taxi directly from the hotel to the airport, and it was seamless. They even offer a complimentary private boat ride to a Murano glass factory – no pressure to buy anything, and the boat waits for you to bring you back. The service was excellent. When we experienced a noise issue on our first night (our room was located above their restaurant where music and guests were loud late into the night), I unfortunately developed a migraine and couldn’t sleep. I called the reception during the night, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us immediately. The next morning, they relocated us to a quiet and beautiful room, which made the rest of our stay perfect. Tip: When booking, request a room not located above the restaurant if you are sensitive to noise. Breakfasts were delicious, the staff was attentive and professional, and the overall experience – despite the first night – was truly memorable. We would gladly stay here again.

As a lifetime Marriott Titanium member, not only do I stay in a lot of hotels, but I stay in a lot of nice ones. Saying that, I have to say that I was exceptionally happy staying at this hotel. Not only was the room very nice and well appointed, but even more importantly, the people that work there are nothing short of excellent. They truly go beyond the call of duty in providing an exceptional experience, and are really nice people. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Venice. We actually had to depart at 6 AM in the morning to catch our flight. Not only did they give us a wake up call and had the water taxi waiting for us, but they also had a boxed breakfast for both my wife and I. I truly give this place a grade of A+, and it will be the only place we will stay at when we are in Venice.
