The rooms were super clean. We haven't stayed in a hotel this clean in a long time and we were really surprised by the cleanliness. The pool and jacuzzi were working. Pool area seemed a little dated but it wasn't too bad. The fact that it's indoors is nice. Staff was super friendly. Great place to stay!

We have stayed in a lot of Super 8s and this is the best so far. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent amenities and well maintained site. The staff were all lovely and really cheerful. The breakfast was excellent and the indoor pool and spa were the icing on the cake. We would definitely book again if we are in Flagstaff Thanks

The pool was great I liked it was indoors but they should watch chlorine levels closer. Water was burning all our eyes. Also curtains should be washed they were disgustingly dirty. Other then that everything else was perfect and would definitely stay again.

The pictures online are deceiving... First, it is a motel not a hotel. I chose this location based on the pictures of the pool area... it was less than satisfactory. The first of two nights the pool was luke warm and the hot tub was cold. I am glad to share that the second night the hot tub was indeed hot. Thank you for that. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was alright. As for the room, I guess you get what you pay for... we were not impressed.

Beautiful property. Well decorated. Great use of space. Super clean. You can see the pride that the staff have. The check in process is great. The staff is informative and kind. Old property, but partially updated. Floors were dirty, but otherwise room was clean. Coffee maker didn't work, and ice machine was off, requiring a trip to the office to get ice. Traffic noise was especially loud. Will try a different hotel next time in Flagstaff.

The lobby and room were very clean. I despise loose hair. Its just a thing...I always check inside the sheets and the bathroom. The room was very clean! Nothing fancy, well worth $ it. What a great price! Easy and fast checkin. Easy parking. Good complimentary breakfast! And my 8 yr old grandson LOVED the indoor heated pool!

Checkin was easy, breakfast was good, very clean, and the staff was great and very responsive… our tv remote wasn’t working in our room and they quickly came and replaced it. However, we were staying in 2 rooms and both TVs we had the volume up as high as could go and still could barely hear the TV. Also, the heater/AC unit is quite loud which made it very difficult to sleep as I’d wake up every time it came on.

The soundproofing in this hotel was non-existent. We were able to hear people coming and going all night, even with earplugs. There was constant noise between 11:00 PM and 3:30 AM. Additionally the room would shake when someone in a nearby room was walking around inside their own room. The room took 4-5 hours to heat up to a comfortable temperature. We were pretty disappointed in our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone that’s looking to get a restful night of sleep. It was walking distance to downtown which was the only positive part of our experience.

I would say the room was average to below average. Room was obviously renovated but you could tell it was still old (2nd floor) room had tons of soft spots in the floor that felt like you might go straight through the floor, room smelled horrible, AC took hours to cool the room down. Beds were extremely cheap mattresses, no boxspring just a platform so mattress felt very hard.

Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. She went over the amenities the property offered and gave me a choice when it came to selecting first or second floor. The room was clean and everything in there looked as advertised. Parking was available even late at night upon returning from dinner. Location was great as we were surrounded by nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The guest above us were somewhat loud until about midnight, but thats not the hotels fault . Would stay here again. I wish we could have taken advantage of the heated pool but we were short on time. Breakfast was simple and basic but it served its purpose.

My friend and I were blown away by this Super 8! The front desk staff went above and beyond on check in, bringing more blankets, giving us information about the property, and making sure there was enough food at breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and covered so you can enjoy them all year. The hotel was located in a central place to get to all of the things we wanted to see. We were actually so sad to be leaving this hotel to go on to our next location!

Breakfast was good with auto pancake maker, cereals, oatmeal, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, honey buns, coffee, tea, tangerines and orange juice, The room was clean and comfortable beds. Heated Indoor pool and spa was nice after a ski day. Great location.

The team was wonderful upon check-in. I asked about the pool hours and about towels and they not only answered my question but, went above expectations by offering to double check the towels and restock, if needed, since they knew I’d be going to the pool area. When I arrived in the pool area, the towels were empty BUT, true to her word, she restocked the towels before I needed to get out. Room was simple, clean, and comfortable.

We used the hotel as stop for accessing Grand Canyon and Horse Shoe bend. Hotel (rather motel) was easy to find. Located in walking distance from historic Flaggstaff downtown. Rooms were clean. Good place place to stop for few days as partoif the road trip. Breakfast for pancakes or cereal. Would recommend

Spent 4 days in Flagstaff at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to downtown and NAU. Convenience, however, does come at a cost. It is noisy here because it is located right on Route 66. The room was basic but clean. It appears to have been updated within the last few years although the mattresses were not super comfy. I loved that it had both a microwave and a refrigerator with a small eating space because I don’t like eating out for every meal. There is a small pool that was frequented by others but not me. They did have breakfast available in the mornings although the choices are limited; but it was nice to have coffee available all day. Also, loved that I was able to bring my dog with me. Overall, it was a good choice and I would stay here again.

Mid Oct 2023 . Flagstaff college Band Day so TOWN WAS CROWDED. Only thing at Hotel I didn’t like was amount of ROAD NOISE . Route 66 yes but maybe some better windows to curb some noise . Overall it’s OK and super close to NAU.

Great service, decent place, clean. Literally my only complaint was that they dont serve bagels at breakfast, but they had plenty of other stuff! We went up for daughter's orientation to NAU and the property is really close to the campus.
