Very comfortable bed! The spa and pool are indoors and so their hours are better- closing at 10pm! Wow! So nice after a long trip to soothe the aches in the hot tub before resting in bed. The breakfast was decent with a great coffee and tea bar! No microwave in the room but the water from the tap was hot enough to make my own hot tea in the room. You have to go to the lobby for basic tea and coffee.

Good stay for the price, although way too much chlorine in the pool, my eyes were burning 5 sec I walked into the pool house. Disappointed we couldn't swim. Another guest said she was having trouble breathing. So I hope they consider fixing this issue.Staff were friendly otherwise, beds were comfortable, coffee was hot and fresh.

Although older, this is a really nice motel. They had a great breakfast with local coffee and yogurt. There are nice EV chargers on site, however there is a $15 fee to use them. Just something to know ahead of time.

Excellent stay. Clean spacious comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good, location was great. Kids loved the heated pool and spa on a snowing day. Overall would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The sliding door for our bathroom did not work well. The pillows were too fat. We could easily hear noise from the hallway. The room had a slight odor. The parking lot is tight and limited. I would advise against anyone pulling a trailer. With that said, the staff were nice. The protein breakfast was okay. We didn’t try the pool.

Room smelled horrible. Ac barely pushed any air with the filter they had on it. Power shut off around 6 am day of check out so had no choice but to try and grab breakfast while still hot. Came back to the room and smelled like something had died in there

My first impression was no way. The room was not clean. The carpet was squares that don’t actually attach. The shower just wasn’t clean. I wouldn’t choose this one again.

The room was dirty. There were blood and other bodily fluid stains on the beds. The floors were nasty. The room smelled like smoke. There were huge gaps in the door that you could see through. There was trash and debris in the parking lot. We ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel because it was so gross. Best Western used to mean something but this place ruins it’s reputation.

There were constant trains, with train tracks next to the hotel and traffic noise from Rt 66. The a/c was also noisy. Our room had not been updated in many years. There was no coffee maker in the room. The shower had good water pressure and sufficient hot water.

Suites were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Never had a hotel room with 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. A must have with a family of 4. Very dog friendly as well and the grounds and pool very well maintained. Pleasant stay!!

The property was fine. Not great. Not bad. The location is on Route 66. It’s next to a strip mall with a few interesting local shops and a convenience store. Starbucks and Dunkin are about a 2-mile walk. Walgreens is about a mile. Fat Olive’s Restaurant is about a mile and a half. The sidewalks aren’t great but they’re there and walking along the highway isn’t the most pleasant thing ever. From a driving standpoint, it’s just far away enough from things that you’ll drive but close enough to where you feel like you’d rather have walked except for the road noise and sloped sidewalks. It is convenient to 66, 89A, and I-40 though. The rooms are very dated and in need of refreshing. The bathroom faucet only gave me a trickle and the shower head didn’t feel secured in the wall when I adjusted the shower head. The staff were friendly enough. If I came back to Flagstaff, I’d stay here again but I’d look for other options first at this price point. Like I said, it was fine.

Parking is not bad.The receptionists are friendly. The check in process is a breeze. I like the lobby. They need new hall and room carpets though. The walls are thin. I can hear every constant moves and bumps from the next room. I was able to sleep comfortably though. Our room door in 209 need some wd40 or some tightening of the screws. The room has the basic amenities, thanks for the hair shower cover and makeup remover. What I love most is the breakfast. It is amazing. I thought there'd be just donuts and coffee. The breakfast area is also spacious and relaxing. There are a number of places to eat at around. Walmart is close too. Overall, our 1 day stay was great. I can definitely stay there again.

We got the room that we had reserved. It was just what we needed. The staff was very available and helpful. Complementary breakfast was definitely worth it. They checked on us everyday and cleaned our room when it was needed. We will definitely go back again!!

VERY NICE WELCOME FROM BEKKI AT THE FRONT DESK. THERE WERE VERY MANY PEOPLE CHECKING IN AT THE SAME TIME. SHE WAS WORKING ALONE THAT NIGHT. AND YET SHE MANAGED TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND, AND KEPT US ALL CALM AND PATIENT AS SHE VERY EFFICIENTLY WORKED THROUGH THE LINE. DEFINITELY A PRIZE EMPLOYEE!!

We got there late and we didn’t get a great parking spot. We had a little difficulty finding the proper door in the back to enter through. But I was tired and unfamiliar with the property and am terrible at directions, so it’s more on me than the staff. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient in getting back on the interstate.

Bekki at the front desk was so helpful and kind! Made the stay so much better! The hotel location is also pretty close to downtown which is nice but far enough to be away from rowdiness of the city. Will definitely stay again!

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and had all the things we needed. Our only issues were breakfast was cold (and pancake machine didn’t work two of the days) and the train that went by all night. Otherwise we don’t spent a lot of time at the hotel- it was a place to lay our head and we are grateful for that.

Room was clean and simply furnished. Bed was too soft for my preference, it sagged some on the side closest to the TV, so I slept on the opposite side which was firmer. I could hear the trains coming and going, however it wasn't disruptive for me. Breakfast was ready at 630am and had variety of hot and cold food to select from.

The room was extremely musty smelling, no windows to open. The bath mat had hair wrapped around the suction cups. The breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. Dried omelette style egg with only cheese melted in the middle. Dried out mini muffins. We probably won’t be back

I am renting Best western from last 10 years. I have noticed that the standard of breakfast gone down too much. No fresh fruit. Cold boiled egg. Over all breakfast is cutting cost and labour. For me it’s now low standard

Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, the pool was nice and warm in the winter and was a nice place to relax after a long drive. The breakfast options was excellent--especially appreciated the mixed fruit and pancakes and my gluten-sensitive husband appreciated that he had more selections to choose from than normal.
