Went to a Basketball tournament, was very tired and when we get there they tell us that the pool is not available??? It's 110 ten degrees outside!!! Very upset!! Called Expedia for a possible refund to go somewhere else and they said they can only return 50.00... Done with 3rd party bookings.

We were traveling with our well-behaved and perfectly house trained dog. I had called ahead to make sure we would have a pet-friendly room. The room had carpet which apparently had been previously visited by not so well trained dogs and the smell was horrendous. The carpet needs to be torn up and replaced with vinyl flooring like most pet-friendly places. The check in happens in one building and the rooms are far away. Directions given by staff were not helpful and the path to the rooms is not clear. We had to drive around, stop, get out, check room numbers and finally figured out how to get to our room. It was near the pet relief area so that was a plus. This facility is not accessible friendly. There are a lot of stairs in various places. The breakfast was good, fresh with typical variety. Breakfast room is down a flight of fairly steep and sometimes wet stairs. There is a ramp but it is exposed and also was wet and a bit slippery. All in all, tolerable for a single night budget stay with a pet but barely. Breakfast kept this from being one star.

Liked the heated pool and hot tub. Liked that they provided towels although they did not have any out at 8:00 at night. We had to use room towels which made it uncomfortable to use same towels to shower.

I wasn’t made aware that there are no elevators snd was given a second story room. I do not do well with stairs it was very inconvenient.

Overall I would have given it a 5 star if it weren’t for the pool being closed. We were there for a family trip on a 115 degree holiday weekend. And no pool. Upon check in we were not even informed. So that was disappointing. Also breakfast was not as good as it usually is when we’ve stayed in the past.

When I arrived I found out the pool wasn't working and was very disappointed. The front desk lady upgraded my room to a suite, no extra charge. It was big and amazing. Lots of room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good too. The eggs had a nice buttery flavor and the rest of the food was hot and fresh. The pool was fixed the next day and I was able to enjoy a nice swim. I will definantly return there again.

The blinds were so dusty, and there was spider webs on the window inside the room. Wires hanging from the ceiling. The bathtub was disgusting as there was paint spots all over the tub. The shower curtain had a rip in it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The overall appearance of the property is quite dated and in need of renovation. One of my main concerns was the door lock—it felt loose and not very secure, which made me uncomfortable during my stay. We stayed only one night, while traveling through Yuma enroute to Texas. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included free breakfast was good, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles, along with assorted cereals and fruit. Encountered a few problems with the room, but they did not otherwise hamper our stay. The toilet was loose on the floor (rocked side-to-side), the exhaust fan did not work in the toilet/shower area, the sink drain pipe was leaking water on the floor, and the the shower head was loose and not adjustable (these problems were reported to the staff upon check-out). Otherwise, not a terrible stay.

I have stayed here multiple times and each time I've had little to nothing to complain about. Only complaint I can think of is that two out of the three TVs I have had in my hotel rooms have not had any internet connection, so I was not able to watch YouTube.

Staff was very nice the Room was little bit outdated I didn’t have no curtains. It only had one clear white curtain. That actually can see through my window. A/C unit was outdated, and was not allowed me to change temperatures

The check in was unacceptable. I am a ride manager for a motorcycle riding group and we selected best western. At 3:45 pm we arrived to find the rooms weren’t ready. What the staff should have done is taken our names, phone number and type of room reserved (1or 2 beds) and as the rooms became available, call them and issue the rooms in the order arrived as best as possible. Instead the two ladies were issuing rooms to parties arriving after us. We were outside or in the lobby waiting and it was not good for us to see them issuing rooms to parties and their response was “well you need to keep coming in to check” Sounds like that should be there basic job description. I did provide them my name and number and never got a call. I did not get my room until 7pm. The employees should be empowered to offer discounts, or other concessions for my trouble. I would love for the manager to give me a call to discuss and offer a concession. I paid full price for not a full stay and that was due to failures by the hotel staff. Ralph.bautista66@gmail.com

We were NOT able to check in at 3pm as informed by hotel. After riding for 8 hours on motorcycle we had to wait well over two hours and that was unacceptable.if check in time is listed by a hotel it must be honored..

I didnt like the way I was treated at check in. I reserved 6 days but when I got there I found out I only needed 3 nights stay. I hadnt paid for the room yet and tried to ccancel 2 days off my stay and she told me I couldnt do that even though Im a Best Western member and that she was gona charge me for 6 nights regardless if I stayed there or not..This pissed me off to no end. I will never stay there again because of her.

It was very nice to walk into a clean smelling room & just clean period. The best part of my three day stay was the great breakfast. Fresh eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes & pancakes, hot coffee & a very good selection of cold cereals & juices. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked like it could use some cleaning but overall my stay was very satisfying.

We booked this hotel because it said it has a bar onsite, but were notified it was not open the time during our stay. We liked the layout of the rooms and amenities, but my curtains would not stay closed, and the bed was right by the window. As a single female traveling alone, this was very uncomfortable.
