Manager was awesome they offered efficient new washers and dryers. For us on the go truck drivers that’s important.

Had a short notice job interview in Yuma, found this hidden gem while looking for an economical place to stay. Clerk was super helpuful and friendly. Very close to good restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking under cameras. If I am ever in town again will stay here.

Rooms were small. Kept light on in bathroom as a few bug issues, being ground floor, maybe expected? Pool was closed as out of season. Quiet place, lots of parking. Some updating of rooms would be good. Liked the fact had microwave and fridge.

The staff was great friendly and helpful just needs upkeep especially outside the landscape and parking lot dirty.but the rooms were good clean the pool is better then 5 star hotel in Yuma just people need to pick up after themselves the pool area dirty ..

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Even though it was as a mix of locals and travelers. The hotel has washer and dryers food nearby and a convenience store/gas station nearby.

No coffee as advertised, When I asked , they said they weren't offering it in the lobby "because of COVID, and none in the rooms "We should update that". Yes, you should, and also tell people the pool is closed, there really is NOT internet in all the rooms, etc etc etc.

The hotel was very clean and had very good air conditioning. There was also a very nice pool outside. At this price, we were positively surprised. We recommend for other travellers.

I expected worse when booking one of the lowest rates in Yuma, but it was fine for.our needs. The room was small but had two very comfortable double beds. Parking is close to almost all rooms, and the pool was open for business. There's 1 fast food restaurant right next door. We did have a problem with a couple guys blasting their car stereo when we first got assigned a room. We asked the nice young guy in the lobby and he quickly gave us a better room location. It's an easy on, easy off from I-8, with gas stations nearby and tons of shopping just across the freeway.

Góod deal . Extra courtesy when I needed something. Laundry/vend/ ice altogether. Coin change in office. Housekeeping prompt every morning. Some scratches on headboard; no coffee. Needs recycling bins especially for the size of property.

The Facebook page for this place is wildly inaccurate. They make it so look so nice, but it's just a cheap motel. The pool was closed and no reason was given...the desk clerk clearly did not care. The air conditioning had no controls to adjust the temperature. The maintenance man came quickly but told me that the temperature is controlled by the hot and cold water system....WTH? He removed a ceiling tile to turn the valve from hot to cold. Consequently, it was freezing in morning, (no heat) and hot in the evening. I could only run it for a few minutes at a time because it got so cold. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling on both upper corners. The towels were cheap and thin, there were no tissues and all of the outlets were loose and would not let my phone charge. I give this dump zero stars due to the issues mentioned and the lack of concern. It was cheap and it lived up to that.

there were other people's hairs on the bed and many bugs walking on it that were biting me all night and made skin lesions, I have photos and videos that can prove it.

Terrible, they have coach-roaches. Place is so loud and it certainly felt unsafe. Never again.

Water leaking from the toilet because it was broken. The shower was not clean and had mold. Needs a better housekeeping service

The room was a bit outdated, headboard leather was all cracked up and beat up, hair from the previous occupants was all over the bathroom floor, shower, and room floor. It was on my clothes mostly my socks. Could use updated appliances and some paint for sure.

Room floors made my socks Black. Had to kill cockroachs, no coffee, people pounding on doors, and kids were out at 4 am roaming around

Terrible rooms. Dirty, Air conditioner didn’t work. Smelled of stale cigarettes even though it was supposed to be smoke free. Bathroom door wouldn’t close entry door was difficult to ope. Don’t stay here!

There was little roaches there and I don't like living with roaches, the shower broke, the heater didn't work.

They have roaches ,dirty smells like cigarettes all rooms are smoke allowed and they allow drugs and everything when I call front desk to said my room has no ac/heater they said all are the same and we are smoke friendly

Checked in and immediately found the room crawling with bugs and cockroaches. I went to check out or get another room but was denied. Called the next day to explain but was again denied. Avoid, they do no cleans their rooms!!!

room smelled really bad like cigarettes, even though it was a "non smoking " room. There was roaches, and rhe shower was dirty.

First room (2nd floor)faced the street, room we were given was not yet cleaned, given another room on same floor, still facing the street, VERY NOISY. TV did not work properly, springs on mattress squeaked and mattress sunk into center. Bed was close to wall and floor between bed and wall not clean. Headboard old and torn, bedspread showed serious signs of wear and did not look very clean. Second room on first floor was a handicapped room, much cleaner and away from main street, so also much quieter!

Ac unit was not in working condition room was so hot

I went to Yuma for work relate. The heat was horrible and as soon as I get to the room the AC was not working 😒 I told someone from the office they told me they where going to check it out or they where going to change me of room that day they never show up. I when to work an thinking they were going to fix it and they never did. I was ignore completely. I was going to cancel my stay in this hotel but they don’t have refunds. Just think twice before staying here when is summer time because sleeping with no AC it was the most horrible experience

Bed was comfy, towels better than most, internet very slow((( freezer in fridge did not work((((

Room was very old and small and smells very bad and the shower was beyond small.

The property it self is fine but every other room Ive gotten there has no working or barely working AC.

Rooms were pretty run down. AC didn't work well.

Every other time I stay there I get a room with an AC that doesn't work. And they don't accommodate for it. They tell u wait fifteen minutes and they can help. But don't tell u that after fifteen minutes of ur stay there's nothing they can do and no refund!

How very rude the check in lady was,& very unhelpful, and the outside handle of the room was broken and there was hair in the shower

Checking inn was not that great, staff was not friendly at all straight to the point. The A/C in the room was not working was hot, there was a part of the ceiling that was was falling down. The thermostat was very old and did not work, I called the staff to let them know. She said a maintenance man will be going to the room to check it out. She did not offer to change room, nor to give a fan while we wait. One hour passed and nothing. So called again and she said he is in another call. So we packed our things and check out. Very bad service did not care. She told us that we did not asked her to move rooms. Last time I checked that's her job. Please don't go there its cheap but i guess that's what you get. This was at 9pm and i had to go to work early morning. We also ask for a refund and she said no. Very rude talked back defending herself. What happened to Customer service, Hospitality ?

Check in very smooth. Staff very accommodating. Had trouble with key card and one of the staff came and assisted. When I needed an extra pillow for my husband the check in person immediately found the housekeeping staff and I was given one. They were also very friendly asking about our plans and where we were coming from.

Hotel itself was OK - no complaints, and continental breakfast was pretty varied, even though they had run out of milk for the coffee and I was told 'they had no more', which is something that should be addressed. Also no leeway at breakfast - as soon as the clock chimed nine the desk lady got up and put everything away. Didn't find the desk staff friendly at all; no smiles, greetings, hello's or good mornings. All of local native descent so maybe a cultural thing, though I doubt it as the cleaning lady was smiley and helpful. All in all a fair place to stay for the price, though some staff customer service training seems to be required.

We have been coming to that hotel for about 20yrs now. I went to check in and had forgot to book a room and asked if they matched the Hotels price- they did not unless we use the app. Which is fine so I did that and Bernadette seemed off put by that and started to get flippant and rude, so then she said it would be an hour before it comes in- I have done this before and it never has before- so we went to dinner. Upon returning she proceeded to continue being pretty rude about the booking so we left and went to the Howard Johnson’s in town- it was the same rate, better hotel, and free breakfast!!

First the check in lady - didn't seem to care about guests. Had a friend visiting when first walked in, asked for a room far away from the busy street - just a blank stare. Got to room - the door handle was hanging on by a thread. The adjoining door didn't close all the way (we were not adjoining to anyone0 - it was held closed by a swinging door lock (like the main doors would be) and the actual deadbolt wouldn't engage due to the alignment. they had the fridge sitting in front of the door (it should have been in the useless dresser - there was space for it.) The window - which this is an all outside access - didn't lock closed. The "good" things... the sheets/linens seemed new and clean. The bed surprisingly comfortable. So while super cheap... it wasn't even worth the cheap price.

Able was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me during my stay. It had been a very long day for me, and I am disabled. So, the extra help and attention he provided went a long way! Thanks for hiring Able!

The room door key card mechanism was defective on the first room the assigned me. They called a maintenance worker who showed up with in 10 minutes. I was moved rooms after the mechanism was irreparable. Since I had already unpacked, this was a huge inconvenience since i had a tight schedule. Once i switched rooms i didnt experience any other issues. Its called budget inn for a reason. If you stay here keep in mind things like this are highly likely to happen. On the bright side its 10 minutes away from Downtown Yuma. Theres alot of restaurants and markets walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Not to mention the 8 highway is also about 5 minutes away. If you're looking for something on the cheaper end, this isnt a horrible option. Just stay open minded and flexible!

Location was perfect for our visit to Yuma

Property was located near several places to eat. The furnishings older.and the environment didn't feel safe.

We arrived to lots of people out and about which was fine. People doing laundry, getting haircuts, just being outside. Our room was not as pictured. It said 2 queen beds but it felt like fulls. My bf is 6’5” and our friend is 6’8”. We needed the queen beds but decided to make do since it was 1 night. We left for dinner and when we returned the vibe and feel was completely different. There were people lingering around a truck beers in hand and one guy sitting on a rock in the parking for hours. There was another man who kept walking in front of our door and window for 30 min while we were trying to sleep. I went to get something out of my truck and a guy was leaning on my truck drinking a beer. I went and grabbed what I needed and he just stared at me while I went back to my room. I went inside and told my bf and our friend to pack up and we were leaving. I felt so unsafe and was afraid my truck would be broken in to or vandalized. We couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy. I told the lady at the front desk and she said ok and that there are a lot of day laborers. I said no these aren’t the day laborers. These guys were sketchy and it felt dangerous. We saw the red flags and wanted to get out of there fast. I had to book another room at another hotel. When we told the front desk guy at the new hotel, he told us we weren’t the first group to say this. Also that they’ve had the day laborers stay at their hotel & they can’t drink or they lose their jobs, never had a problem

Ive bren there many times in the past. Centrally located & decent pricing/cold A/C which is a must.. 👍👍👍

I didn't have a bad stay. Place is clean in the room but outside surrounding has a getto feel about it. Ok place for a one night stay and then leave.

Please Seniors beware. The room is not secure. The lock is broken, the headboards on the bed look like a lion attacked them. The floor is gross, The ac was leaking and water puddle on the floor, had to watch where we stepped. There are no amenities in room or lobby. No coffee machine, refrig. And Made crazy noise. I have filed a complaint with Expedia. I also let the front desk know of the problem. The entire floor by the pool for handicap was supposedly being fixed. Yet they sold reservations for it. Beware it’s not even a 1 star. I would have slept in my car before I ever returned to this place. Major drugs, hard drugs. Lots of traffic and rooms are being used by farm workers.

No coffee on site. None! Least expensive room in town so a good deal but lacks any amenities, even coffee.
