Locks on exterior doors are difficult. Not easy to get in with key card. Hotel is still using tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash and tiny bars of soap. Room was relatively clean and spacious. However, we found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor our day of checkout. Told the guy at the front desk about it. He could care less. Don't understand how this place can still be a Best Western. I thought the chain had higher standards.

The property was good. It was clean. The person running the front was very rude. My husband requested a 1st floor room because he has a lot of health problems and walking upstairs is difficult. He said they couldn’t do that. They were full. I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think they were full at all. I don’t see why he couldn’t accommodate his request since we had a reservation and checked in at 3:00. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.
