Stayed 2 nights

Looked on various websites to compare prices for a two night stay. Description varied between sites. I took a ground floor room. The carpet could have done with a hoover. Bed was a metal frame /spring assembly which moved, creeped on each turn. There was a very long possible female hair on the bottom sheet. A loosely assembled metal bedside table with no bedside lamp so you either had the main light on or off. The walls were terribly marked and scuffed requiring a paint over. The cistern on the toilet was filled with hot water when being filled (excellent plumbing). The sink was backing up as you ran the tap. No rubber/plastic shower mat available. The worst part was, on turning on the shower, the overhead square shower rose was spraying water in all directions. I brushed the rubber spray nipples with my hand and was immediately covered in round beads of black mould. This is obviously not getting the attention it requires. Noisy out side as window adjacent to one way street. One website described all rooms having fridge and tea making facilities. The truth was that there is a communal office type canteen kitchen where all residents could share. Parking was approximately 100m away in a church yard. With a swipe card operated barrier which had to be returned each time. Had the description been more accurate I would not have stayed there, however I had chosen to accept a non refundable option on booking on the phone. The whole complex looked neglected. Not for me.

Stayed 1 night

The place is clean. The staff are really friendly. Stayed there quite a few times but last night was really noisy. Didn't get any sleep. Because of the residential. Which lived ther in the smoking area all night And somebody banging on the main door At 3 o'clock for a long time.probably because The room was back. To back with the smoking area. Usually a very nice stay
