Personnel were friendly but the cleanliness of the room was questionable as the walls and doors and shower were very dirty. The comforters on the bed had burn holes and definitely need to be replaced. The parking lot was being worked on and it caused little to no parking for those staying at the motel. It was completely inconvenient. They offered parking in the back area but there were multiple people acting shady in that area, so we chose to squeeze in the front to keep an eye on our vehicle. We will not be returning to this motel in the future.

Just a quick stay when we had a family member in a local hospital. The hotel is very dated and some decor issues, but well worth the stay. trim loose, small hole in the wall, but overall i'd definately stay here again. great for the price. No breakfast, looks like they are remodeling and eventually will have a breakfast area.

Remodeling and that wasn’t disclosed in the beginning, there was a used pad outside on the ground, construction tools laying around on the patio deck when you were trying to get into the room specifically a box cutter was the most off putting item. “Breakfast” was supposed to be served however there was only coffee and no food put out anywhere. Cigarette Burn holes in the comforter. Maybe it’s new owners and they’re trying to get established, not really sure but for over $100 and the conditions it really wasn’t worth it. We would of preferred to sleep in our vehicle.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly. It looks like they’re remodeling, there were workers on one end of the property, but it wasn’t disruptive. The room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend you turn your a/c way down (at least in the summer) and then go somewhere for a few hours, the rooms are stuffy when you first go in. All in all, worth saving some money by staying here instead is paying more for the big name hotels nearby.

My room was around the back of the property. Being a single female I did not feel safe due to the many construction vehicles parked. In addition my door did not close and lick tightly. The location of my room at the back of the building only provided one way out of the lot and if I was blocked I would not have been able to get out.

We were only there for half an hour before we saw a cockroach crawl across our bed. We left immediately and returned key and told front desk. The room was very dirty and there was a cigarette burn on the blanket. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Crickets everywhere, very rundown property. It was ok clean but the glue to something around the tile floor kept oozing up to the surface and the floors were incredibly sticky. Could see daylight under and around the door. Would not stay here again!

The room was dirty you can tell it hasn’t been disinfected mopped or anything. I went to buy a mop and bucket and disinfectant I cleaned everything myself even the doors had splatters of something looked disgusting they said no refunds so I had to make the best of it the next day coming back the room still has the trash and our dirty towels so they never even entered our room

The room was …..well i had to wash my feet. There was so much dirt on the floor, bottom of my feet looked like I walked bare foot on a dirt road. It was nasty. Doubt I stay there again.

Bed bugs! The property refuses to refund my money. Pictures were taken to show proof of the bed bugs. The property admitted bed bugs before and yet they still have them.

Felt like everything was old and dirty. Floors were gross. It is easy to tell when no one cares about these motels. The bathroom fan was broken and hanging. The shower head holder was broken so i had to hold it over my head while showering. It just hung down into the tub. I guess you get what you pay for!!

The staff was very friendly, the room was decent, but when we took our shoes off and walked on the floor the bottom of our feet were absolutely black, I don't think that floor has ever been mopped, the bed was comfortable but sheets had some stains, for the money it was ok but the floor does need a good deep cleaning

They didn’t have my room ready at checkout had to drive around for an hr waiting on room to be cleaned. Water was brown for a solid two seconds when you turn it on in the shower. And beds are harder than a rock literally.

Everything wasn’t too bad. The last morning of our stay there I found few dead bugs and one live bug which I got ahold of And the remote. We had to get off the bed to get closer to the tv to flip Channels. Until the manager figured out and got it fixed and we enjoyed staying in bed flipping channels which we wished we had done sonthe first 2 nights ..

The door to the room we had was very visibly warped, had to put the spread at the base of the door to stop the draft. Walls were dirty, room needed to be dusted. There is a sign in the front office that says pet friendly only to dogs, no cats allowed. That really bothers me. If a place is listed as pet friendly they shouldnt discriminate. Cats are inherently cleaner and less destructive. Wont be staying there a second time.

I liked the convenient location of the property in terms to food availability, and other needs. I did not like that my room smelled like cigarettes, there were dead crickets throughout the carpet, the internet did not work.

There were dead crickets in the floor in the bathroom. The room was so hot it took hours to cool down and there were burn holes in the covers and we did not get a smoking room so shouldn’t have been burns Front desk lady was very nice

I booked online and when I arrived and checked in, I was told-it looks rough, but it’s safe. I was put on the back side, and after walking in and seeing a man peering over the balcony-I didn’t think it was safe at all. I was NOT refunded and was on the premise for 5 mins. I paid for 2 nights. I had to find another hotel.

It's a good value for the money. Very convenient to everything that you need. Staff is nice and welcome. Having a Fridge and microwave in room is great too.

It's a good value for the money...sheets and towels, and bathroom are clean. And you have a microwave and small fridge in the room too. So you can save even more money by eating microwaveable foods, soups, etc. There is a Jack in the Box almost right next door and a restaurant. McDonald's, Wendy's, KFC, Whataburger, and a Walmart really close-by too. The management is really nice and helpful too.

This property is just a place to stop and sleep. You get what you pay for. If looking for updated rooms or quality, this is not for you. But it is next to all kinds of restaurants , Walmart, Walgreens,any store you can think of. Never had any security issues, as many times as I stayed there. But like I said you get what you pay for!

I was pleasantly surprised at the Express Inn, where I stayed one night over New Year’s Eve. It was impeccably clean, quiet and convenient. The room contained a flatscreen TV, a nice-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a very comfortable king-size memory-foam bed. There was also a desk with rolling chair; a separate easy chair; and ample drawers, shelves and storage spaces. My room was well-worth the $82 I paid (taxes included). Express Inn is conveniently located just 3 miles north of Choctaw Casino in Durant, OK.

Got there and being first time there they would at least greet me but nope and she never said any of the usual things like what time was breakfast or if you need towels call here. For this motel to be a older one it was being renovated And the rooms were clean
