It was great! We came into town for the INW Trade show and stayed at the resort. Me and my husband had a great time. We bowled for about an hour and then got some Papa John's and Cinnabon before heading back to our room. The smoke free casino and tower are also a plus!

Liked that it was a kid friendly casino. Lots activities for kids. I do suggest if you stay with kids to stay in the sky tower NOT Spa tower. We walked miles it felt like to go play the arcade. Kids were wore out.

The casino is great, smoking and non-smoking sides. They have all the latest games. The bowling and the movies are great. Pool is also very fun. The only thing we would change is : The food is overpriced and the tv in our room didn’t work.

My friends and I had a very frustrating experience here. When we first checked in, the lady checking us in was so kind and friendly. She had told us there were 2 pools and that we had access to both with our stay. So we checked in and then went to our room. There were 3 of us staying there, but only 2 of us had arrived so far so my friend and I went down to the pool until our other friend arrived. We had no issues getting into the pool. There was a guy at the entrance who let us in so we got a drink, then got a call that our other friend had arrived so we left the pool to let her into the room. Once we all 3 arrived at the pool, it was a different person checking us in to the pool and she asked where our wristbands were. We said we knew nothing about wristbands, and she said we had to have them for pool access and that we would have gotten them at check-in. We went back to check-in and explained the situation and how we checked in but nothing was ever mentioned about wristbands. They did not believe us that we didn’t get wristbands but said they could pull security footage to check. We said yes and then we went back to the room to double check that we didn’t miss receiving wristbands somehow. Once we confirmed we never received them, we went back and the manager said security showed that we received them, but only the security team had access to the footage and they could not show it to us. They offered to let us pay for “extra” wristbands but would never let us into the pool

Extremely clean and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable. Free valet :) quick bell hop Christmas decor is beautiful and elegantly done. Staff at bowling, movie theater and all restaurants were amazing! Friendly and happy to help. Casino is kept clean and all beverage machines were neat and working properly Had Thanksgiving dinner at buffet. Waiter was awesome and food was delicious! Better than what we make at home. 5 star experience!

There was lots of options for dinning and the staff for the most part was nice and friendly. There was a couple of things I didn't care for one was it was hard to figure out when we first got there which building we needed to be at and in the hotel the halls need to be vacuumed closed to the baseboards. It' was so dirty a completely different color than the carpet cause it was so filthy dirty.

There was no microwave in our room. Talked with customer service and they replied that they haven’t had them since Covid 2020. That was 5 years ago. Get with the times. It’s 2025.

From the moment we checked in, it was evident that the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite our early notification to hotel staff, who assured us that the room would cool down given time, the situation did not improve. Multiple calls to the front desk yielded similar responses, with representatives advising us to be patient. Frustratingly, even after a visit from maintenance, the problem persisted. It wasn't until the late hours of the night, after returning from our planned activities, that the severity of the situation became apparent. In an inconvenience compounded by the late hour, we were relocated to a different room at 4 am, sacrificing precious hours of rest. Regrettably, the hotel's attempt at consolation fell short. A mere $25 food credit was offered, an inadequate gesture considering the disruption to our stay and the limited time remaining before our scheduled checkout. This token gesture hardly compensated for the inconvenience and discomfort we endured throughout the night.

Room was not ready at check in, which was after 4:00 pm. I'd had this reservation since January. Was told upon check in that the room still needed to be inspected by a supervisor and I'd receive a text, should only be a few minutes. An hour and a half later went to the desk and inquired about room status and was given the key, which means it had been ready for some time. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

I arrived the night of my reservation around 10pm which I was told my reservation was cancelled because of non payment. I had picked pay at the property, so I was very shocked. The front desk worker then left to talk to the supervisor about it for about 5-10 min and said the reservation was fixed and I could still have my room. Then when I was inserting my card I was shocked to see that they were about to charge me over $400 more than the original price. I stopped the transaction and questioned the price which prompted the desk worker to have to go consult the supervisor for another 15 minor so. To finally have the correct pricing. The valet wasn’t friendly watched us unloading several bags and never offered a luggage cart which I only found out they had after we made multiple trips back and forth to get everything to our room. The stay wasn’t as kid friendly as it seemed upon booking. We stayed in the spa tower which there was only 2 working elevators. You could expect at least a 10-15 minute wait to find one you could actually get down in due to crowding. There was no microwave in the room which was disappointing and a tiny mini fridge. Beds were also not comfortable. It was underwhelming for the expensive price. Upon check out I was asked for my id and told that my price was $300 more than what I paid so I questioned that also which prompted to the supervisor. They were trying to charge me a cancellation fee after I already stayed for two nights.

Horrible check in. Stood in line for over an hour. Luckily they added a few staff members to help with check in. They are so strict with check in and check out times, but so poorly run with those processes. There are so many other casino/resorts that have much better customer service for the price. Will not be back

The check-in process wasn't very efficient. Concert day and they only had 3 people checking in a line of people. The king deluxe room is apparently just a standard room according to the front desk, so no, there are NOT robes and slippers with those rooms, even if you're paying around $300 per night. Even though hotels.com advertised the room as having those items, the hotel courtesy desk wouldn't make good for a one- night stay. Kinda pathetic and cheap. Not good customer service.

The hotel room was fine, we were on the 14th floor with a good view below. Passing through the smoke filled casino floor to get to the elevators was not cool and the dinning options were mainly located at the far end of the casino itself, a long, long walk. The walk, indeed, was long enough almost to need some form of ground transportation to get to the food court area, which, by the way, was also a smoke free section of the massive casino floor. My guess, having visited a number of casinos over the years, is that they have trouble hiring experienced workers, which also applies to the hotel staffing as well. Everyone seemed to be learning how to perform their tasks. Overall, a pleasant enough stay but not a great place unless you are a gambler and even then there were miles of slot machines and limited what are called "table games", cards and roulette.

It is a LARGE facility but everything is very convenient. I traveled with my elderly mother whom uses a walker and she had no problem navigating the entire property. We stayed (unknowingly) in the smoking side but our room had no smoke smell at all. It is a beautiful Casino/hotel and we plan on returning soon.

Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. An hour later, it still wasn’t ready. We took the option for a different room in another hotel on the property and were given $25 toward anything but alcohol. Our new room was very nice. We hung out by the adult pool for a bit. Then had a smoking and a non smoking casino. We saw The Doobie Brothers that evening. The concert venue is wonderful. Not too big and all seats are great. It’s only an hour and a half drive from Dallas. A great get-away! We will definitely go back.

If you're going to serve alcohol until 2 AM, have some places open to eat after that or at least a vending area with food. Grand Cafe is always slow and the only place open after midnight. Two people in front of me to order take out and 12 minutes later I still haven't ordered. Work more than one person. The back of the house is slow too. I left the line and went to the convenience store in the cold because I've been here before and didn't have 40 minutes to order & wait for food. I bet I was back in my room 30 minutes before I'd gotten any food there. The casino was busy for slots and tables. The poker room is no longer the place to play. I guess the Dallas & Houston card rooms have sunk it. The games are small but the staff & locals are nice.

Overall we had a great time. We live in north Texas and knew they had a new resort-style pool we wanted to try out so we stayed two nights and rented a cabana in the adults only section. One night we ate at their nice steakhouse and it was actually really wonderful. Service was outstanding and the food was incredibly good, as were the cocktails and the wine. Forgot we were in Durant for a bit! Very nicely done. The cabana was great with very attentive servers and great food. Even had a portable air conditioner which was awesome. Sadly toward the end of the evening someone I believe vomited in the pool and they closed it, so that’s a reminder of where we actually were (and yes this was the adults only pool not the kiddie pool). The clientele reminded us we were in small town Oklahoma but the servers was great. Room service food was terrible, burger was like a hockey puck on a bun, wow, it was bad, but at least it cost $35 haha. The room (Sky tower premium king) was nice overall, bring your own shampoo, theirs is terrible, but bed was comfortable. Cheap towels. I mean you are in a casino. The carpet in the hallways of the rooms is Willy Wonka-loud, I guess to hide “accidents,” was very dusty/dirty along the sides so that bugged me a little but the rooms themselves seemed clean. Overall it was a fun time even if you don’t gamble and had a lot going for it for a weekend of something else to do. We will take our college kids back, they’ll love it.
