The staff are pleasant, but i wished they had a room on the main ground. We are on the second floor, with outdoor stairs and no elevators. I forgot to request this as we are elferly. Other than that, our room is clean. Thank you!

The office staff were very friendly and helpful. They will give you an extra towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap if you need it. The property has a laundry room and a soda machine next to the ice machine. Don't forget to get change for the washer and dryer. The laundry room needs a code to get in. It's nice to feel secure that way. They have a clean pool too. Walmart is just down the street. And the Casino is a couple minutes drive away. Waffle House is right next door and McDonald's and Long John Silvers is just a walkable minute away. I'm disabled so everything is so convenient and safe.

The front desk clerk was very nice, but asked for the property. There was not enough parking. Did get a little freaked out with a spider on my pillow when we got to the room, but other than that, it was OK for the price.

Since they are doing a revamp on the place, it was loud and dusty. The rooms do need a redo. The shower gel and shampoo were empty. Walls seem a little thin since I could hear conversation and bathroom visits of people next door.

We had to keep our shoes on in the room because the carpet was nasty and sticky feeling. The rooms seemed clean otherwise. I would recommend this place if it wasn’t for the dishonest housekeeping. My daughter left her headphones (sound canceling for her anxiety) in the room and we called as son as we noticed but “they weren’t found”.

Over all the staff and the rooms are great. There’s nothing to complain about as far as the motel and location. Room was very clean for me and my family. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. With it being by the highway it is a little noisy but that’s nothing that would keep me from staying here again and again.

This is a decent place to stay for a night if you have a show at the Choctaw Casino which is why we stayed. It's only about 10 mins from the casino and so much cheaper! Easy on/off from the freeway, too. The facility has been updated a bit and the room is what you'd expect for the chain and price point. It can be noisy, though. You definitely hear the people upstairs walking around and some TV as well. Overall, it was fine, clean, and what I expected.

It was fine, but the room temperature could not be regulated - either too hot or too cold. Also, no transportation to / from the casino.... this would be a great idea on concert nights. The room shook when we walked on it ... so I am sure our downstairs neighbors would've heard it. We could hear the people next to us and they were loud ...

Staff that checked us in was vey friendly and got us checked in quickly. The tv did not work, the property was dated, and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was suitable for a last moment choice since the hotel we wanted to stay in was booked but I would not seek out this place to stay again.

We had the “executive suite “ it smelled as soon as you opened the door to go up to the room which is above the lobby. The steps are “squishy” don’t know how else to describe them. The stairs desperately need a handrail. You can hear the traffic going over the overpass. I know there’s nothing they can do about that. I called the front desk to inquire about a ride to the casino. The person answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. It was like “ yeah” I said is this the front desk “yip” I said that sounds real professional and she hung up on me. There were a lot of sketchy looking people hanging around there

This was the worst check in I have ever experienced. I have never had a check in where they charged me twice. And blamed me. Said I was using a money card when I wasn’t I was using an online bank. I would not recommend this hotel if you don’t want to be swindled.

Hotel staff is completely incompetent. They didn’t have the room that I booked and so we never checked in, never gave identification, credit card, etc and yet when I contacted Expedia to receive a refund, this awful hotel staff lied to Expedia and said that we checked in! Complete fabrication! Now I’m out $160 for a hotel I never even stayed at! BEWARE!!!

It is an older motel but everything seems updated and is very clean! The bed was comfortable and they serve a great breakfast. They have cold cereal & yogurt if that’s what you want but they also offer a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage patties, home style fried potatoes and waffles! The staff was very friendly, we would definitely recommend it!
