For the price, the rate was good and I would likely stay here again. Pros: Nice lobby, great breakfast, mostly clean room and abundant parking. Cons: Deferred maintenance is everywhere. The hallway flooring was damaged and my hotel room door barely opened and closed. Hallways and doors are in need of repainting. A quarter of the gym equipment did not work. There were stains on my sheets. Breakfast area TV was broken. My bathroom toilet was from the 1970's (titanic sized rear tank) that would barely flush anything and was partially ripped away from the wall. Overall, this is an average hotel for the price. Management and maintenance are severely lacking though, so you get what you pay for. Just know what to expect.

Average at best for the price. Pool was shut down (I do Not recall any warning when booking) and the hotel was extremely noisy with dogs barking in rooms at 2 a.m. and Partiers come back all hours of the night from a EDM event and Metallica Concert. The place was somewhat close to downtown Denver but you always had to get on the main Highways to go anywhere which were always jammed. There was no real amenities in or near the hotel.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Place seemed to be an old hospital or something. Kinda creepy and there was lots of construction around the hallways and out by the pool. The hot tub was broken but the pool was nice.

Hotel is under construction, which was not disclosed. You get a room, nothing else. No breakfast, no pool, no restaurant. Constant noise from the work being done. Feels like they shouldn’t allow stays while this is going on.

This looks like at one time was a very nice hotel. It now has conference rooms full of carpet, chairs and other “things.” Fitness room is empty with an old water fountain on the floor. No restaurant at all. Good price but needs a big face lift.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel was under construction and was a bit creepy. Also there is no longer a pool. It seems the hotel is closing soon and repairs seemed to be completed as cheap as possible.

This is a zero frills budget hotel. The photos are old and misleading showing the hotel in better condition that it currently is in. The pool is permanently closed, there is no working restaurant or bar. The breakfast is as bare bones as you could possible make it and still call it a breakfast. They put car air fresheners in the AC units to make the rooms smell “nice”. The water from the pipes is not what I’d call clean. The elevator reminded me of a scene from the movie Saw. But if you need a cheap place to stay near downtown Denver it’s not the worst option. My bedding was clean, the internet and cable TV worked. The toilet flushed, the shower worked fine and the towels were clean. It’s just not a nice hotel by any means and shouldn’t be confused as one on Expedia or any other site.

Scam hotel. They don't have any amenities advertised available for guests and they won't tell you that unless you ask. The hotel is going thru renovation they said, but won't tell you that either until you pay them. Charged regular price, but no don't get want you paid for. Also, the hotel was empty and I was one only a few guests here and no you won't feel safe here. Also, they later tried to charge my card again for idk even know what reason just to get more money off me. Shaddy place do yourself a favor and stay away.

My room didn’t have hot water and the toilet had trouble flushing. My door also didn’t fit right in the frame so I had to use my shoulder to push it open on a few occasions. I think many doors don’t fit correctly as there was door slamming all night. I finally packed up and left around 6am as I had given up on actually sleeping after finding out I couldn’t even shower before I left due to the water issues. The gym and the pool/hot tub are also not available currently. Not worth what I paid. Kind of a bummer that this was my “me day” without hubby and baby and it was rather lack luster due to the hotel stay. Hotel front desk staff wasn’t very friendly but the room was very clean so at least there’s that

There were cockroaches in my room and bathroom. The hotel may have looked decent, years ago, but it is totally run down now. And it was incredibly noisy at all hours. Breakfast was awful too. Should have stayed at a Best Western.

It is very clean. The location very convenient to drive to where we want to go. The staff were very helpful also. Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday. I already told my husband that we are staying there again should be decide to go back to Denver.

We were very disappointed with the state of disrepair we found in our room. Although the staff was lovely and lobby and pool areas were pleasant, the room and hallways were musty, carpets were stained, and there were stains and small tears on the curtains, and the bed linens were also torn.

Presentation of the hotel was worn down and unkept. The cleaning staff did a great job despite what they were working with, My room appeared clean as well as the bed but the room had a smell of pet urine that I tried to make go away by cranking up the A/C. I checked in at 6PM and checked out at 1 AM AND left in my car rental. I ended up trying to get some sleep in the car near the airport in a random parking lot.

When we booked this that same day I called to get our family and another family's room next to each other and asked for pool side. The lady I spoke to assured me that she would put in the computer that we would be next door AND pool side. Upon check in we found out that neither of those accommodations were made and they said they would not make those accommodations for us! Our whole group was separated not only by room but floors. The the chair in the room we stayed in was horribly NASTY. The bathroom was dirty with glitter all over the place. The hallways were very trashy with unfinished patched holes in the walls.

Slow check in. Corridors look worn and somewhat haphazard. Entrance doors around the hotel don't work... must come through the front entrance. Room looks nice, but could use a small table. Otherwise, nice room. Bed could use a light blanket, as a comforter is too heavy for summer use.

the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.

I booked two rooms for business colleagues based on the online reviews of it being a good place to stay. From the moment we walked in the staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I'm still waiting for a call from the manager to discuss the billing. Front desk female yells at her colleagues and is dismissive to guests. The entire hotel smells like marijuana. We requested room service 4 times over 4 days and it never happened. Vouchers for breakfast were accidentally not provided for one of the days of our stay. When my colleagues were on their way out in the morning and needed a quick bite, they approached the breakfast staff about the missed vouchers for the day but none of the breakfast staff spoke English. Our group was in a hurry and didn't have time to go through the trouble and frustration of dealing once again with unhelpful staff. I called to work it out and was told that "our Radisson doesn't make any money off of the 3rd party vendors that you booked our stay through. So that isn't our problem and we won't refund the unused breakfast even if we didn't give out the voucher."

The rooms were filled with a bunch of temporary fixes for major long term problems, outlets dont work, door access from outside around the building doesnt work, front Desk help is rude and lacks respect. Call guest crackheads and are not properly trained.

Run down old Radisson hotel that’s been renovating for years now. Majority of the rooms aren’t even available. What little staff they have are not pleasant or accommodating at all. Called the front desk because very loud construction was going on at 9 am on a Sunday morning and they told me to piss off pretty much. Cheap and inhospitable overall

Stayed here 3 nights for an event going on at the Stockyard. Was able to walk there (I’m a big guy, wouldn’t suggest it at night if you’re not comfortable in sketchy areas). Area was very industrial like mentioned in previous reviews, but even with the trash, tagging, homeless people (like any big city), but my son and I never felt unsafe staying here. They are doing some work on the hotel, but we were not inconvenienced by it and could get past the visual imperfection’s. Paying for coffee was pretty ridiculous, and that was a first for me while staying somewhere. Overall, really good and convenient place to stay for us. The price was really good when looking at comparable spots in the area, and glad we stayed here. I was worried about staying here due to mixed reviews, but happy we picked this place.

When i got rhey hadcissues finfing the hotel credit card online at expedia. I had to wait for quite some time. I was very tired and just wanted to go up to my room and go to sleep. The door trim on the elevator had paint that was chipping off, and the door on my hotel room was quite small, did not look like it should have been the door to go on the entrance to my room. The bathroom door was to big for the framecso it didnt close all the way, there wasnt anyway to call down to the office for assistance with anything if i needed anything because the room phone was missing buttons. The breakfast was not free and the food was ot that great at al., they only offered orange juice and water to drink, if you wanted coffee that was a separate price and for a large coffee it was $3.75. From i could tell the dining was nice. But overall, I was not impressed. Therefore i would grade this hotel a D. It was quite though and i did get some sleep.

It was a good stay. The only complaint I have is when you get there they say you need to purchase breakfast seperately which is like $12 an adult. In the hotels.com app it says it's an included amenities. If it's not included in the price then hotels.com should say breakfast needs to be purchased separately but is an amenity to the hotel. This is misleading and will get lots of grief for this. Luckily the lady there that morning gave us the breakfast. No way I'm paying $12 a person for the hotel breakfasts.

Facility did not honor "included amenity" breakfast. Charged $12 per person. Said it was an inconsistentcy with 3rd partying booking. Had to tell them twice the toilet would not property flush. Still wasn't fixed. Had to use the lobby facilities. No blow dryer in room. Desk personnel nice, but ee were informed they had no power to really resolve problems. Were not offered a room change over toilet issue. Presumably because hotel had no vacancies.
