Room was not clean and had a strong chemical odor to it upon arrival. Carpets in hallways were filthy with stains everywhere. Broken glass shards were scattered in front of our door (must not have been cleaned).

Perfect seamless operation there. Every employee was excellent. Property was in great shape. Great food and service in the on-site restaurant. I had only one concern....connecting the TV to a streaming service. Tried for 2 days. Ended up connecting with the company that provides that service. They were useless. We spent over 20 frustrating minutes on the phone in an unsuccessful attempt to connect. The company providing that service is destroying Hyatt's reputation as a 5 star service hotel.

Lovely property, handy to Georgetown and White House area. Sort of weird I had to keep after them to clean the room, that was the only glitch
