Overall, fairly clean and mostly acceptable. Entry door did not seal very well which allowed several mosquitoes in throughout the night. My wife and I got bitten quite a bit. They charge 10 dollars a day for parking which was a surprise and made it quite disappointing to come back in the evening only to find no parking spots were open and was told to park at the hotel next door. The pool has been neglected and was quite dirty. Location was good and easy to find and return to. Probably will not return.

The stay was fine and what we needed. However, given the cost for the stay I did not expect the bathroom lock to be sawed and never repaired. And, extremely limited parking which was very inconvenient given that I had to pay $15/night and had it not been for the 2 electrical vehicle parking spaces, I would not have had where to park. Mind you, this is including the park of the Hampton Inn and Best Western because I was told to look for parking at the Hampton Inn.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was super friendly. Parking is $10 and fills up quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We only needed a place to sleep and shower since we were out and about and this was a good choice for that. The only negative thing is that the AC in the room wasn't the best.

The hotel was very clean . Staff was excellent. Close to downtown but offered different shuttle service for 5 dollars one-way which we did use. The only detail I was not agreeable with was the parking fee of 10 dollars each night. Usually parking fee was 10 for the stay but I guess times have changed . Definitely would recommend .

We really enjoyed the hotel but wish we were made aware that there would be a parking fee per day ($10). One night we came back and there wasn’t even any parking spots available. I had to park around the corner, which is dumb considering I had already paid to park in the parking lot! I got discounts though booking with hotels.com and in the end still ended up paying just over $350 for 2 nights. Also, we tried to get into the hot tub one night and it was unbearably hot! I’m talking, there is no way anyone could get in. The front desk said that maintenance was not there to fix it. Really bummed about it!

Property is conveniently located and very close to all the attractions. It is safe with a lot of families with young children staying at this property. The free breakfast is great! We got an early check in and late checkout which we appreciate. Two EV charging stations at the property were a major plus for us. The only negative point is the door to the bathroom is a barn door and is not comfortable when you are sharing the room with others. Overall our stay was very convenient and the staff were very nice.

For one night it was fine. The “hot” water was warm. The lady checking us in was short worded and struggled to be nice. No where I seen I would have to pay to park. They charged an additional $15 to park. Not happy about that. It was clean and clean sheets and towels. Economy breakfast.

Clean room cold a/c nice hot shower bed was comfortable and quiet at nights. Hotel has a pool but did not use it on this stay. Yes you have to pay $15.00 per night to park extra but in St Augustine you have to pay to park everywhere in downtown or near downtown. Good hot and cold breakfast in the mornings. Lady at the front desk was amazing she made us feel welcome. If back in the St Augustine area will definitely stay at this resort. We walked from downtown took us 24 minutes while looking and taking pics on route.

We booked a suite to accommodate two adults and a pet. The room condition was awful with remnants of pot outside the door entrance and actual dead roach inside the room. Floors were filthy and bathroom had mold in the corners. The odor inside the room was so awful we decided to leave the property and stay elsewhere. Very disappointed and different from the online reviews which rated cleanliness as "good" or "excellent". I suspect the suites are used for parties and such since it accommodates more guests than the standard room.

I stayed at this hotel from Friday to Saturday, and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The moment we walked into the room, the smell of humidity was overwhelming to the point that I could barely breathe. Still, I decided not to say anything and stay the night since it was only for one night and we were visiting St. Augustine. What truly caught my husband’s and my attention was how badly the beds were made. When I lifted the blanket, we realized the sheets had not been changed. The sheets were dirty, used, and stained with makeup. It was already 11 p.m. I went to the front desk, where there was a very sweet elderly lady, probably around eighty years old, who could barely walk. I politely asked her for two sets of sheets and blankets so we could at least make the beds ourselves. She came back with two sheets. There were no blankets available, so we had to spend the night uncovered. Breakfast was included, but I was so disgusted by the overall conditions that I didn’t even want to walk through the breakfast area. I know the hotel management will likely reply with the usual, “We’re so sorry to hear about your experience,” but apologies are simply not enough. You have all my information — I expect to be refunded for the more than $300 I paid for this stay. No guest should ever have to experience conditions like these.

We had to spin the shower faucet many times to find the hot water. Hot/cold is not marked on the faucet. I thought there was no hot water. The shower rod was bent so the curtain can't stay closed to keep the water contained. I used a towel to mop up the water on the bathroom floor to find it was filthy and visible pubic hair. You would be skeptical about touching the bathroom door in same spot that everyone else clearly did. The rest of the surfaces in the room were clean. I was comfortable with the bedding. We did have to use the wastebasket to keep the curtain against the window, or the a/c blew up under it. The staff is pleasant, the decor is updated, and breakfast was decent.

The continental breakfast every morning was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, however, I did have problems with the cleanliness of my room. There was a hair in the shower from the previous occupant. They did not wipe down the desk area with a sink area, and when I did complain they used so much bleach in the room I could not breathe and it still wasn't totally clean.

It was a lot smaller than I expected and we had the only suite available which appeared updated. It was clean and ready as soon as we arrived. Front desk attendant was quick and courteous. The room was great except for two things; we heard everything and everyone! It was difficult to sleep past 7am because of the sounds. Second the bathroom shower door only opened from one door so I would always get wet with cold water until I could adjust it. But very good stay overall and a little expensive

The sound barrier in the room is terrible. You can hear the road noise and people talking next door. The room is small and the beds are hard. You cant reach the shower handle without getting wet when turning it on.

The mattress and pillows were horrible. Was there for two nights could not sleep comfortably and woke up each day with a headache. The pillows were hard as a board, the mattresses sunk in the middle, and had my feet pointing into a missile launch position. I would not recommend this location until there is an upgrade of both.

The shower is set up so awkwardly there are glass sliding doors, but only one door slides meaning you literally have to climb into the shower to turn the water on and the spout would not allow me to move it so you will get wet turning on the shower water, you need to already be undressed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The walls were very thin, so I heard all the talking in the room next to mine. I'm not a fan of faux wood plank floors, but it appears Best Western is installing them in their rooms now. I felt I was walking on a dirty floor. When I spilled my water and cleaned it up, I was surprised how dirty the floor was. Finally, I was not happy that I had to pay $10 a night (plus taxes)for parking in the Best Western parking lot. Really?

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Fountain of Youth and the trolley depot. It is a little far when walking to shopping and restaurants. We did manage to walk though. The hotel was perfect for what I needed it for, a one night stay to see St. Augustine with my friend. The front desk staff was very welcoming, which I appreciated.

Always stop here on our way out of Florida. Great location great staff and always clean. Virginia at the front office is the nicest person. Lost my cell phone and I believe Ken found it and she held it for me for days till I could come back to the area and pick it up. Even waited past her shift to make sure she gave it to me. Great group of people !

Easy check in, personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and updated. There was a stain on the ceiling above the shower head but that did not affect my stay in any way. Breakfast was as expected. Only negative is that you have to pay additional at time of check in for parking, but it was stated on the website so not a surprise. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located near the historical district, but not in the middle of it. So it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great my first morning. The cheese omelette was delicious and fresh waffles with great toppings, second day was scrambled eggs. I’m not a big fan of the instant eggs, but these were good. Seasoned potatoes another waffle. My only complaint will have to be that there’s very little parking, but I was allowed to park right in front of the main entrance so it still worked out. my room look freshly renovated not sure if it was, but it looked very modern, clean and bright.

Very nice place and breakfast was great. Had two hot entrees, waffles to make , cereals , fruit , yogurt that you dispensed and could add strawberry, blueberries, peaches and nuts and granola etc. pastries and bagels, hard boiled eggs , four juices , milk , apples, oranges. Three select coffees. Jams, peanut butter , cream cheese. Great. Very clean , friendly and helpful staff.

The bed linen, and bathroom towels had hair from another guest on them. The room I had smelled like vinegar really badly. The breakfast wasn’t the best. The fruit loops were stale, the scrambled eggs were watery, and the corned-beef hash was soggy. The hash-brown potatoes, and waffle maker were fitting to eat. The parking gets full fast, but Virginia let me know that at the time of check-in, which I appreciated. Hopefully, if I decided to stay here again I would like to give it a better rating if they take my honest review into account. Thank you.
