The hotel was clean .employees were nice, lobby closes after hours so only has a window to talk to front desk, no washer or dryer on property for guests. Nothing fancy but affordable & clean

Hotel overall good for overnight stay while traveling on I20. Room not fancy but adequate. Bed comfortable. Parking lot well lit was a positive and negative. Even though had blackout curtains light shone in all night. Our room was facing highway so there was a lot of noise despite having a fan blowing to drown out. Biggest complaint was sleep interrupted due to a domestic incident next door. Police called out but started back shortly after they left. Had to call office and police back out. Disruption lasted until close to 4am. We only got about 3 hours of sleep before having to travel again. Upset that this issue was going on when I checked in at 9 and clerk placed us next to room anyhow or issued not resolved sooner to respect the other guests subjected to this situation. Felt very unsafe! Clerk needs more training.

The staff were super nice! The cleaning lady was a sweetheart. The front desk people were very accomodating and helpful. I like that they had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion available. The breakfast could have been a little better, at least some protein available and until 10a instead of 9a. The cover spread on the bed and the small chair in the room were extremely dirty. We asked for a sheet to put over the chair and they provided one. The pool was nice and clean. Since daylight is late, maybe add an extra hour to stay open though. Overall I'd stay again.

Property was clean & cozy. Check-in wasn't ideal, the front desk attendant literally spent the whole time complaining to me about checking in late and not saying how late I would be, and how someone from a past stay was so late it could've been considered a no-show. First off, I received a courtesy call and I informed them I would be checking in later in the evening, and they said it was ok. I arrived before 10pm and ALL he could talk about was my late check-in..smh. Other than that, my stay was cool. Parking well lit. Breakfast was minimal, but good. Worth a stay due to price & cleanliness.

An undisclosed $40 deposit was required to check in. The surrounding area was sketchy to ghetto. Not safe. The lobby was closed at 8PM when a sign clearly stated it was open until 11PM. The booth for check in had a bullet hole in the window. I do not recommend this property to anyone

The employee was extremely kind and friendly at check in. The check in process was easy and quick. But that’s about all the positives I have for this hotel, the room was so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were black from walking on the carpet. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and bath. Pulled back the sheet to find more hair. Disgusting. Breakfast was a joke. Literally just bread, two plain cereals, and fruit.

Packs of Donor blood was left in my fridge, behind the bed tables was food and trash. Not properly cleaned at all which left me frantic especially when I seen the packs of Donor B blood left in the fridge bit knowing if it was contaminated or not. Worst experience ever.

The room booked was suppose to be non smoking but had the odor of long time smoker. There were cigarette buds on floor. Carpet was so filthy. Bathroom had mold and mildew everywhere. As a mom I’m mad I even stayed as long as I did before checking out. The hotel gives the vibes of a red light district. Not worth it. I appreciate the employee who tried to offer me another room but all hope was lost with the lack of cleaning done in the first.

Good room, clean, no frills but comfortable. Breakfast was fine, good waffle maker. Check-in was friendly. The in-room air conditioner controls worked better than most places (it didn't turn on and off all night) and wasn't too loud.

Do not go if you are LGBTQ!! Man at the front desk was disgusted that 2 women were sharing a one bed room. Tried to force them to switch to a 2 bed room. Then 30 minutes before check out they started banging on the door asking them when they were leaving and then snatched their keys when they walked out the room and followed them out the door. Then kept the $40 deposit claiming the room was dirty despite the fact they had stayed in the same hotel a month before and had no issues with the cleanliness of the room.

They didn't have variety for breakfast. What you seen on picture is what they had. Waffle, Coffee, Apple and Juice. I don't recommend staying there. The bathroom was not that clean the sheets had cigarettes wholes.

They have terrible breakfast. No eggs or sausage, not even oatmeal. The worst breakfast I have had at a Quality Inn hotel. The rooms smell old. The cleaning staff and the Indian man at the reception are not warm, but cold, and lack good customer service skills.
