The Memoir Warehouse Hotel is a wonderful place! Even their smallest rooms were spacious and adorable. Having a washer and dryer came in clutch as well. The food and drinks were top tier. The rooftop is legit and worth the hype. The staff from the front desk to waiters were extremely nice! Highly recommend staying here while visiting NOLa!!!!

The studio suite exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, clean, with plenty of space and nice coffee and toiletries. The hotel has an amazing fitness center and pool. The neighborhood is walkable with a variety of restaurants nearby.

The area and hotel was great. New Orleans is very walkable, and walking to the French Quarter takes no more then 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. Access to the Common House is an added bonus, specifically the social area and rooftop pool. The only complaint I have is that the key cards continously stopped working, and had to be reactivated at least 3 times. Additionally, the elevator's card reader stopped working at a point, and even though the front desk quickly sorted it out, it was another clear sign that the entire card access system is flaky.

The property certainly is presented a little better on the photos than in person. Don’t get me wrong, the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms lack the same artistic appeal. The pool area was really dirty. The floors needed to be pressure washed, the lounge beds were moldy. It looks like the place started off with great intention but there’s a lazy feel about how they are keeping up with everything. Parking is ridiculous at times if you don’t know the area well. I hope that you all can turn things around and provide better service and take care of the property properly. Nobody wants to visit an aesthetically please but dirty facility.

Our room was very nice. Tv in living room did not work properly but we were barely there to use it. Overall pretty great. Common house breakfast was good and pricing was good as well. Pool hours were nice as my sons loved the water late at night Only downfall for me were the rugs in the hallway were not very clean and the color did not hide dirt well

Rooms were spotless and exactly as advertised - quite literally a fully-furnished studio apartment with all amenities, including a washer-dryer that I actually used. Fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I've ever used, and all staff were helpful and courteous. Adjacent Common House all-day lounge space also unique and comfortable (am writing this review from there now). Highly recommend.

This is now our go-to spot for stays in New Orleans. The bar in Common House, the pool and the vibe were all outstanding. We honestly could’ve spent the whole time at the hotel and had ton of fun. Great views from the roof. The location is fantastic surrounded by galleries and restaurants. The room was spectacularly decorated and extremely comfortable. The washer/dryer made it easy to dry clothes post-pool. The rates are outstanding for everything you get. I didn’t want to leave!!! See you next time.

The property itself was gorgeous. But our room was not very clean. I had a friend w me and didn’t want to complain. But a dirty robe wadded up in the closet . Sticky drink rings on the furniture surfaces. A black sock underneath the beautiful chase sofa, tissues crumpled beside the tv stand. There was not any laundry detergent inside the room. The shower had mold and hair in the bottom. The toilet was very loose when you sat down on it . The TV not being in the bedroom was an inconvenience. I feel like minimal cleaning is done. Late night staff was nice. Others were on phones and didn’t acknowledge when you came inside & were not engaged at all. Only had 1 room key. I probably won’t stay there again, so many other better options . Should have rebooked the Ponchartrain Hotel .

First impression, a very nice property with nice accomodations. After our first night, we were awoken early due to impolite people using the gym. Water pressure for our shower was great, unfortunately, no hot water. We went to the front desk to see if we could be moved which they accommodated. The second room appeared to be nicer than our first. Although gym noise was less, it was replaced with an extremely loud HVAC system that would wake you from a dead sleep. We did have hot water in this room but little water pressure. Finally, housekeeping was less than ideal. There was trash outside our door that was never vacuumed and our room was only cleaned twice in eight days and that was after having to ask twice…carpet in hallway was filthy as well as elevator floors. I think this could be a nice place to stay if the property issues were addressed. Concierge staff was polite and helpful and pool and bar area was nice.

Great place to stay for an extended stay. The only drawback is they do not do daily housekeeping but the pros of this place far exceeds the downside. Lovely environment and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!

I always stay at the Memoir when I travel to New Orleans for business (about once a month). This trip the room was not as clean, there was dirt on the floor and trash under the couch. I also could not find the remote control, which I found under the couch, and the bathroom was missing a bar soap.

Overall we had a nice stay. Check-in and out was easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We dis not like that the only television was in the living area and to watch you have to cast from your phone. The instructions for casting were not clear, but we dis get it working. This is certainly a perainal preference but we would have liked a tv in the bedroom area. We did find the bed to be comfortable and appreciated the extra blanket inthe closet. Inthe afternoon/evenings there was a lot of noise from the event venue below us and at times we could even hear the music and party at the pool area. The pool area was really cute! It was very crowded in the evenings and the bar tenders were unorganized and slow. The hotwl has a signature scent that i swear they piped through the vents. It was a nice scentbut very heavy perfume. It was so strong I could smell it outside the front of the building. We were ok with it but for those that are sensitive to perfume, be aware. The location of this was nice. It was outaide of all the big hub bub but still close enough that we walked to many things with ease. We felt safe for the most part, but we did witness a drug deal beside the hotel. They didnt linger. Parking was in a lot just slightly down and across the street from the hotel. I was worried about that, but lots of camaras there and it was fine, but you do pay per day to park. Overall, I would recommend.

The unit itself was much more spacious than I expected, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, and the bed was really comfortable. Parking was surprisingly easy and cost friendly, which is not always the case in New Orleans. What really stood out to me was the overall vibe and design of the property but the pool was my favorite part. The pool bar and lounge setup was perfect for relaxing, and I loved the ability to order food via QR code and have it delivered right to my chair. Even better, no children at the pool and no public day passes, so it never felt overcrowded or chaotic. This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed in in terms of quality and value. The rooms was in greay condition. The location is perfect for a quick commute to the convention center and everyone at the property is very nice. The gym is also great.

Far exceeded my expectations based on the rate - definitely would stay here again. Pros: Everything was new and clean throughout the entire property. The common areas were bright, well decorated and smelled wonderful. The room itself was a larger than expected and had a separate sleeping area from the kitchen/living room area, despite being described as their smallest “studio” option. (Pleasant surprise) Kitchen was fully kitted and then some with all utensils, cookware and dishes needed to make any meal. Really nice Nespresso machine and appliances as well. Queen bed was very comfy, high quality linens and plenty of pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Maybe the softest bath robe I’ve ever felt. FYI for work trips - the $20 resort fee includes full access to the conjoined Common House coworking space AND THE ROOFTOP POOL! Cons: No dealbreakers below, sharing everything. The parking can be a little tedious, depending WHEN you are coming and going. Street parking MAY be available, if not it’s $26/day for the lot AROUND the immediately adjacent lot. The TV is “chromecast only” so if you want to watch anything at all, you have to use your phone/tablet/laptop and send it to the TV over WiFi. I would have liked basic local channels at minimum, for news and weather. Depending on room location, you can hear hall/elevator/gym noise pretty well. Last but not least, the couch is mostly decorative and not comfy at all. It inspires you to go enjoy the city. :)

FYI for work trips - the $20 resort fee includes full access to the conjoined Common House coworking space AND THE ROOFTOP POOL! Cons: No dealbreakers below, sharing everything. The parking can be a little tedious, depending WHEN you are coming and going. Street parking MAY be available, if not it’s $26/day for the lot AROUND the immediately adjacent lot. The TV is “chromecast only” so if you want to watch anything at all, you have to use your phone/tablet/laptop and send it to the TV over WiFi. I would have liked basic local channels at minimum, for news and weather. Depending on room location, you can hear hall/elevator/gym noise pretty well. Last but not least, the couch is mostly decorative and not comfy at all. It inspires you to go enjoy the city. :)

New, modern and unique accommodations in the Warehouse/Arts district. My room had a small balcony, full refrigerator, washer/dryer and everything needed for a nice stay for a week in NOLA. Could use better kitchen supplies like a baking tray, or more than 1 coffee cup and 2 spoons. Extra points for the luxurious robes included with the room. Has an attached restaurant that offers room service. Staff always very quick to respond to my requests. Lovely stay in this great area, thank you Memoir!

Rooms were spotless and exactly as advertised - quite literally a fully-furnished studio apartment with all amenities, including a washer-dryer that I actually used. Fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I've ever used, and all staff were helpful and courteous. Adjacent Common House all-day lounge space also unique and comfortable (am writing this review from there now). Highly recommend.

Room was clean. Nice layout. There was no dining table in the room as photos indicated at time of booking. The bed was the size of a double, not a queen. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to the point where the small living room was unusable.

This was a much needed staycation from the moment of checking in everything was pleasant the front desk staff was amazing Ms.Amber was so professional and polite with a great attitude hotel is beautiful. The only thing I recommend is before you enter a room please knock and knock hard so you want come in on someone who is not dressed appropriately. That was my experience the last day my husband had left for work and I was checking out at check out time just trying to catch a little nap before my journey home but I was woken by a enter of someone coming in the room. So I decided to leave early because my mind just wouldn’t allow me to go back to sleep but other than that it was great I recommend to anyone and they did apologize

The area and hotel was great. New Orleans is very walkable, and walking to the French Quarter takes no more then 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. Access to the Common House is an added bonus, specifically the social area and rooftop pool. The only complaint I have is that the key cards continously stopped working, and had to be reactivated at least 3 times. Additionally, the elevator's card reader stopped working at a point, and even though the front desk quickly sorted it out, it was another clear sign that the entire card access system is flaky.

Very quiet neighborhood and very walkable. I walked to restaurants, cafes, galleries and a nail salon. Communication wasn't the best. One staff member would tell me one thing and then I would go to another staff member and they would tell me another thing. I was told there are no towels on the rooftop and to ask the front desk. I came down and asked the front desk (young black woman). She was unfriendly and lacked hospitality (also not responsive via the message system. Took her hours! to respond). I avoided her after that interaction. She said I had to get a towel from my room to use at the pool lol. The next day I was told there are towels on the rooftop and to tell the bartender my room number. I did so and had to pay a $2 charge for a towel which I was fine with but the communication was confusing. It seems like they just say whatever depending on what they think of you (based on your appearance) or how they are feeling that day. The black male at the front desk was the best and should train the young woman. He was friendly, kind and helpful. I loved the food from Common house. I highly recommend the burger, blt, skewers, pumpkin pasta, fish over rice with butter beans... The cocktails are also yummy and cheap (range from $8 to $12). I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues that want a great experience but don't have super high expectations. The rooftop bar is quite nice. The room was clean and well furnished. The negative aspects were no daily housekeeping, no basic cable or easily accessible tv and an unbelievably rude staff person at the desk during check in. Service was top notch. Property impeccably clean and well appointed. The use of "The Common" was a wonderful treat. Too cold to use the rooftop pool, but looking forward to it next time. The room was not serviced during our visit, so we had to request additional toiletries, and we struggled to get a second key, but otherwise a perfect visit.

The door to the room had to be shoved to close securely. Usually no one is in the room while I’m there but sometime during the day on Sept 17, someone came in the room, plugged in an air freshener on the bathroom and left all the lights on.

What a pleasant surprise to find this place. Close enough to the craziness of the French Quarter, but not too close. My only fear is that this place will get so popular that I’ll never be able to get a room there again. Great staff as well, especially Jessica at the front desk. A real gem.

My girlfriend and I booked a cruise sailing from New-Orleans. The hotel we initially planned to stay at was fully booked so we found this rustic hotel in NOLA, a 7 minutes drive to the port. We spent 2 days there from Feb 21-23 so exactly during Mardi Gras. The hotel location is perfect. It is far enough from all the crowd and parade to not hear it too much from our room but close enough to walk it (a 7-8 minutes walk). It is close to great restaurants such as Sofia ($$$$), the grocery store, pharmacy, etc. The room is a great size. Lots of spaces. We had a king bed, separate living room with rustic couches and a TV with Chromecast capabilities, kitchenette with a full size electric range, Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Please note that the TV doesn’t have the cable for regular TV so you need to stream everything from your phone: Netflix, Prime Video, your local TV app, etc. The room also has a dryer/washer in the same appliance. This is pretty cool. I had never seen that before. Basically we would just put our “dirty” clothes in it and start a full wash and dry cycle and leave for the day. We would arrive with our clothes clean and dry. Pretty cool stuff especially when you don’t want to pack too much stuff for the cruise. You can just wash some before onboarding. The only 2 things I’d say I didn’t like about the room is the shower. The size is good but the bathroom tiles are at the same level as the shower floor so the floor was soaked wet

What a Gem! I was a little hesitant at first to book because it seemed a little far from the French Quarter and I was afraid their wouldn’t be much to do near by. The location ended up being perfect! Close enough to the French Quarter to walk but far enough to enjoy the clean streets and silence at night. Still plenty to do close by, Ceasar’s was close as well. The hotel it self was perfection! Looks exactly like the pictures, beautiful, clean and all the staff was amazing!

Rooms were very large and comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on our patio. The hotel is located near some great restaurants and is a 20 minute walk from the French quarter. Quiet and nice bedding. No desk in the room. The pool was always packed and this is a residential hotel with a very young clientele. I had some billing issues between Expedia and the hotel.

The Memoir Warehouse Hotel is a wonderful place! Even their smallest rooms were spacious and adorable. Having a washer and dryer came in clutch as well. The food and drinks were top tier. The rooftop is legit and worth the hype. The staff from the front desk to waiters were extremely nice! Highly recommend staying here while visiting NOLa!!!!

Great hotel, kind of a wework space and social club with bar, pool area, gym, work spaces and food available but quite “self service” where much is done through qr codes and figuring it out yourself. Room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to some great restaurants and museums, not too far from French quarter and music. Highly recommend!

Originally booked this stay for myself, but work had other plans. So I called up the parentals and passed along the reservation. They were pleasantly surprised by the property (they’re total hotel snobs), and even more impressed by the phenomenal service. Mother dearest is still raving about the aesthetic and finishes throughout the property—and they left a few days ago! The décor, comfort, and on-site food and drinks were all major hits. The gym? “Fire,” according to Father (retired Marine). The pool deck? “Peaceful paradise sans screaming kids,” per Mother. Their only critique? Room service. New, modern and unique accommodations in the Warehouse/Arts district. My room had a small balcony, full refrigerator, washer/dryer and everything needed for a nice stay for a week in NOLA. Could use better kitchen supplies like a baking tray, or more than 1 coffee cup and 2 spoons. Extra points for the luxurious robes included with the room. Has an attached restaurant that offers room service. Staff always very quick to respond to my requests. Lovely stay in this great area, thank you Memoir!

The common house was an excellent place to work, eat and relax. It was a respite for me during our busy conference week and a great "third space" away from my room and work. The wait staff at the restaurant was also just top notch!

Excellent hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. The use of The Common House was a great perk. The food and drinks there were fantastic, and the daily/nightly activities were an added bonus. The hotel felt more like a resort. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room. We didn't have to take dirty clothes home. The location is ideal. It was close enough to walk to most areas but far enough away from all the craziness and noise. And the hotel smelled great! We would definitely recommend others to stay.

Beautiful property. Staff was unhelpful and frankly disengaged. For example, asked how to get to the pool but failed to tell us the pool towels are in the closet of the room NOT at the pool. Had to go back to the room only to find one towel. Back to the lobby where we were offered a small gym towel and no apologies. You can’t charge to the room at the pool or the bar. Pool bar staff spent most of their time walking around vaping not behind the bar. Room had maintenance issues as well. Blind leading to outdoor space wouldn’t roll up; tv didn’t work, ice maker didn’t work, handle to freezer broken. Told staff; they said they would put in a ticket. No apology- never fixed.

This was a fantastic place to stay - it’s close enough to the French Quarter, for example, that you can walk or get the street car. It’s also well located for museums and getting out to other parts of the city. As a solo traveller this place was amazing. The apartment had everything I needed for the few days I was there to be able to do my own meals. The space in the apartment and the finish of the accommodation was fantastic. I also loved the access to the gym and sauna, plus the rooftop pool. These were all great places to relax and get a work out in. I didn’t use the coworking space, but that was so well equipped. I would recommend this to anyone looking to keep their normal routine while travelling, while being close to all the key attractions.
