Never received my uber credit promised. Took 6 phone calls to ineoom dining to get a coffee. No water provided in the room. Never received fresh towels after 3 phone calls. Never received comforter after 2 phone calls. Was awoken at 8am on Sunday asking to allow in bc there was leak from our bathroom. Carpet was soaked and smelled. Shower handle took great force to turn. Lukewarm water never hot. Ac wasn't cooling properly. The hotel in general is outdated. The hours for room service are not convenient whatsoever. There is no in room dining menu provided. There's one on the tv screen which you must read in lightning speed. The location is great but really not a great experience.
