The hotel was super clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable. I really enjoyed the amenities and the robes in the room were a nice addition! We traveled with kids and they appreciated the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!

Beautiful hotel walking distance to everything. Best adult type hotel lap pool, hot tub and dry sauna with blues music playing in background. Restaurant and bar are great too!

Location was perfect - easy to walk to French Quarters. I wish the pool was outdoors, though. I'm sure an indoor pool is convenient during winter months, but an outdoor pool would be of more use during the summer.

Nice indoor pool, hot tub, sauna Not easy to find parking so we used the valet option for convenience. Got room view upgrade. Spacious room. Good for families. Good breakfast options.

We were disappointed since the description of the services provided by expedia were not accurate: 1. Our package supposedly offered free breakfast, and it was not the case. We only received a small credit/day/room refund. 2. We expected self-parking at the hotel, and it only offered Valet at overnight charge that we had not expected.

I arrived at 2 AM due to flight delays. Check in was quick and the attendant was friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean, and had all expected amenities. Nice fitness room with good selection of cardio equipment and weights. All staff friendly. No issues.

Our room had mold. The carpet area where the air conditioning was soaked in water. I have pictures of the wall with mold. We arrived at 8pm and got out to dinner , we were driving back from Houston and at 12 am I was not going to request a room change.

The tub needed to be deep cleaned with a magic eraser bc of all the grime on the tub floor and inside rim. The shower caulking was dirty and black with mildew. We felt gross-out showering in this location.

The room was large but not very clean. There were stains on the walls and windowsill. The room furniture was badly worn and upholstered chairs had stains on the fabric. The beds were comfortable at least. Luckily, my family only stayed for one night. This room was not worth the price. We also stayed in a comparatively priced hotel in the same area and it was much better overall.

There was a ton of sticky goo all.over the floor in our room. Other than that it was an ok spot. They offered to refund a small \'resort fee" of our payment but we still had to have towels all over the floor all night.

Public areas were becoming of the Loews brand, however, fixtures within hotel bathroom were rusted and I am unsure of the cleanliness of my bathroom as there was substantial dust build up just under the sink. It couldn’t have been wiped for weeks which was gross to visibly see how not thorough of a cleaning job done within the rooms. I took a picture to share with management.

The Suite I had was extremely spacious and well appointed. The bed was amazing and the shower was the star of the show. The front desk service was pleasant and well informed The breakfast was amazing and is filling - the only minute gripe is the price. At $30 per person the menu needs to be a little more upscale.

The room was ok and the amenities were not bad. But their wifi was spotty and sometimes unavailable for whole evening. The TV was pathetic. The signal for most channels didn’t work. When we asked for an extra pillow, they said they couldn’t give it to us. When we checked out, they said there’s a “destination fee” of $30 per day. Initially they said it was a resort fee, but then clarified and said it was for the WiFi and I should have seen the small print.

Hotel was great, exceeded all of my expectations. The valet attendant was extremely helpful, the front desk lady was super friendly, sweet, and efficient and of course the room was great. The bed was super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet when I went to sleep. I also ate my dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and both were delicious.

I was disappointed to check in and have our room that was confirmed for two double beds changed to a queen bed. They said they oversold the hotel. They put us in a room with a sofa bed. But that’s not what we paid for. We booked this room 9 months ago so it’s annoying that we got bumped.

Property was very clean and room was comfortable. The only issue we ran into was after our stay - we left our iPad in the hotel and called to ask for help looking for it. The front desk staff was unhelpful and kept transferring us to security who was unavailable in helping us. It took us over an hour just to get someone to agree to help us to look for our missing item.

Shannon brown who ran the front desk was awful. My chip didn't work in my CC. And she told me there was nothing she can do about it. First she wasn't even nice or said hello entering in the hotel. She should not be a front desk person. ( she told me that she was the manager). I travel all over the world and by far this is the worst employee of a hotel( high end) that I ever dealt with. I will never stay or recommend Lowes hotel to anyone. Hotels.Com was fantastic in handling my refund and ended up at Marriott.

The inside was nice. The hotel was very under-staffed. On the evening I was there, I walked into the restaurant and there was no one there. It took me forever to find a staff member, and they very rudely told me that the one waitress that was hired had to go home so the restaurant was closed. They acted like it was insulting that I had showed up. They were very rude. It's crazy to hire so little staff and also for staff to treat visitors like that. The valet parking is also way too expensive.

Great walkable location near the Riverwalk Outlet malls, Cesar's palace and the French Quarter. Located in the warehouse district and walkable to the Garden district. There were many great restaurants nearby. The staff very friendly and helpful and it had a doorman and nice security measure in the hotel itself.

Our stay at Loews was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to all the amenities like malls, restaurants, casinos, parks, and more. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning again.

Staff was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and tried to help. We stayed at another hotel across the street and the customer service was horrendous. It was a breath of fresh air when we arrived at Loews. The bar and restaurant were delicious and relaxing. Great Stay!

The rooms are dated and in need of a refreshing and makeover. I only dined for breakfast but that was all the experience I needed. I was not happy not satisfied with the food or the service. Breakfast is set up buffet style. The chaffing dishes did not do a good job of keeping the food hot, only warm. The grits were not warm enough to melt cheese. I had an omelet made fresh but the bacon was old left a funky taste in my mouth. Informed the cook and he questioned me over and over telling me it's the same bacon from the buffet but it was obviously not. He made it over but, again, it was not edible due to the off taste of the bacon. Also, there were gnats all over the fresh fruit. The server never addressed me to ask for my drink, to refill the drink the hostess had initially brought me due to the wait being the server was missing. The server did not served me but she managed to bring my check midway into my breakfast...I will not stay at this location again.

Overall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update. Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. My only complaint was breakfast. When I stayed here in January there was a lovely Sunday brunch. That wasn’t available this time and the food from the menu was so-so for the price. The service was not anything special either. I would have gone to a local spot outside of the hotel if I had known how it would go.

Loews offers the perfect location for a visit to New Orleans. It's an easy walk to the French Quarter and the WW II Museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but could have used a more thorough cleaning after another user likely made a mess of it. The restaurant and bar are first class, but could use a more flexible, morning breakfast option.
