The staff was friendly. The front desk system was having isssues checking us in and out and ended up with a $307 pending charge on my card that froze up my cash. That was annoying. The beds were really comfortable, but the pillows sucked. They sank in too much. The courtyard pool was nice but there wasn’t any hand rail for someone with a disability to use . The room we were in was infested with ants. Idk if it was from food left behind from previous guests, but our bags got infested with ants We were on a fourth floor room( top level) and had a nice veranda space but the wall was so high, you couldn’t see views of the river. Parking was easy on-site , but at $49 a night, Location of hotel was prime. I give it 3/5 stars. Could have been better. But overall a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially the front desk staff, were extremely accommodating to our myriad requests. The hotel itself is a solidly 4 star facility with an antique / shabby chic vibe that perfectly matches the city it resides in. The hotel however is thankfully run much more efficiently than the city it resides in. Many Michelin worthy restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was very hot from the moment we arrived. The lady at the front desk when we arrived and departed was not very helpful, but they other days the staff was amazing.
