All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and adequate. It was a very quiet location. The breakfast had a variety of items and the staff was visible and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport and the Free shuttle to and from the train station each day so we could explore Boston. The pool was closed for the season but looked like a nice spot to relax in the summer months

Room was great, bed clean and comfie, everything worked well. Hallway a bit shabby. Nice to have a pool. Communication about shuttle very confusing. I was told to call 5 times (24 hours prior, when my plane took off, when i landed, when i got my luggage, when i was in the pick up area). Any ONE of those is fine, but please coordinate your requirements to ONE call! Also told there were only bi-hourly shuttles to airport, but other people arranged custom shuttle times with 24 hours notice. PLEASE GET THE STORY STRAIGHT. Traveling is stressful. Miscommunication like that adds to stress and it is controllable.

It was fine. They try hard, but it was not quite as nice as it looked on the website. They advertised an airport shuttle, but neglected to mention that it only runs until 9:30PM. Since our plane was late, we wound up getting an Uber for $65 instead of the promised $10/person shuttle we planned for. Calling the hotel was an exercise in futility. After that, things got better, but it was still frustrating.

The air-conditioning was very effective. The pool was covered. We did not use it. The staff were all very friendly. The room seemed clean. The shower, it took a considerable amount of time to wait for the hot water. The shower was the worse part. It flowed like it was being suppressed. We had to stay longer in the shower to wash the foam of our entire body.

Staff were amazing and pool was very clean and welcome after a long day in Boston. Rooms are dated and upon arrival we couldn’t get the shower to work. Had to call the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up straight away to show us. Quite expensive for what it was but guess thats what you get for being so close to the city.

This should not have a 6.6 rating. The workers are doing a great job being friendly and helpful. However, the room we were in had a gap under the exterior door that didn't even touch the threshold and needless to say there was a mouse in our room that nibbled the crackers we had on the bureau while we were out to dinner.

The hotel was extremely dirty in most areas. Staff other than the kitchen staff was unfriendly. Online pictures definitely are not up to date. Hallways are extremely cold and seem to never see a vacuum. The roof has a lot of water damage, no variety on the breakfast. The only good thing is the beds were confy. Online showed Fenway Park close which was inaccurate and transit is a far walk from hotel. Shuttle to airport is a charge and not explained properly as couldnt get shuttle back to airport.

No water to purchase, you have to walk to the gas station to get anything to drink. The room did not look like the photos listed at all and was dirty and smelled bad. Stains on the wall and carpet, sticky stuff on the desk, dusty and smelled like mildew. Find a better hotel for a few extra bucks.

We stayed for two nights while we attended a convention near Boston Common. While it felt a little outdated, the room stayed cool and even cold(my husband like it’s freezing), the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very professional the entire time. Overall, for the cost and the location I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely disgusted. WILL NEVER stay again. Checked in, dropped our bags and ran to get dinner. Had difficulty using our room key and the door staying locked.. We came back from dinner and we weren’t even there 5 minutes and someone came barging in our room with a key (that wasn’t with us, nor should have had access to our room). Later found out it was housekeeping coming to get a “machine”…. No knock or anything- just used a key to walk right in our room……. Toilet wouldn’t flush. We go to lay down…. The sheets come off the bed to reveal blood all over the mattress cover… not sure how this place can operate…

Checkin in was not a pleasant experience!We tried to request an early check in, but because we couldn't get a definitive answer,we decided to arrive close to check-in time, 245pm.When we got there the lady said the 3pm checkin front desk person wasn't there yet and she was finishing check out and something else?! T6here were 4 guests waiting in front of her, but she didn't bother to call her manager or ask someone else to help?Then we see the checkin employee come in with his bike at 255pm and took another 20 mins to come out to help us!Another man came out, to help, when i asked about why we're being charged $10/night parking, when parking was on their property and we were staying there already, he said that's their contract with the towing company???!!! We have no business with the towing company,and we are there parked legally, with our pass! I find it very suspicious they are doing this!When we checked out,we were not provided any receipt or explanation about room charges or parking charges??!!The front desk girl just said, you're okay, you can go..really?The rooms smelled bad, the bathroom curtains smelled like wet rag, or something that didn't dry well!The mini closet where the fridge was in had rusty handles!The elevator was dirty, and had lacking buttons,and indicators.We headed back midday to rest,the fire alarm started to blare a high pitched sound for several mins! I called the front desk they said they were testing the alarms!We were never informed ahead of time

It’s well situated, not so far from downtown. Close access to the beach. It was very noisy, as the traffic was relentless, beside a highway. Water pressure was insufficient from the showers and water temperatures was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and the experience was far below acceptable standards. The condition of the property and the service quality reflect neglect, lack of care, and possibly greed from ownership. This hotel urgently needs serious improvement or even demolition. Major Issues Noticed: • Bathrooms are in shocking condition • Bathtub is bulging and water spills directly onto the toilet floor • Shower curtain is short and leaves the floor wet • Faucet is cheap with very low water pressure • Entire building looks old, run down, and long overdue for major renovation • Breakfast is disgraceful • Scrambled eggs tasted fake, clearly mixed with something • Once oats were gone, they were never replenished • Low quality food served daily with no effort to improve • Coffee was watered down with very little coffee powder • Kitchen staff acted as if they were doing a favor by putting food back on the table, showing no hospitality • Front desk often unmanned or slow to respond when help was needed Summary This hotel feels like it is cutting every corner possible. You can easily slip in the shower tub. No accessible dining area for meals (lunch, dinner) after breakfast. We arrived at the hotel noon and we were very hungry. Also, we called for airport shuttle and was kept waiting for a long long time for a live person to answer.

Honestly was a rough looking hotel and set up was weird but the service and breakfast provided as well as shuttle offered at an affordable cost made it balance out.
