The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was crazy hot and they offered us bottles of water while we were waiting for our room to be available. We had a 2-bed studio in the adjacent building and a member of staff walked us over and made sure we knew how to use the code to access the building. Above and beyond. The beds were doubles - barely - and were pretty tight for two slightly larger adults. Shower was roomy and had great water pressure.

First time I ever went to a hotel where the bathroom and shower were down the hall, not in your room. Shared bathrooms and showers. As a single woman I did not feel great about having to go the bathroom in the middle of the night, leaving my room, go down the long hall, to use facilities. This WAS NOT INFORMATION available on Hotels.com.

We were on the second floor and the music was very loud until 12 pm. Then it was fine. This hotel (lower floors) is not for people who want to go to bed before midnight.

They overbooked the hotel. Gave me someone else’s room. When we walked in there was clothes and suitcases all over the place. So they cancelled our reservation to “refund” our stay. Front desk customer service was unprofessional to the point of her hiding in the back office to avoid speaking with us. No empathy…no apology.
