West Yellowstone Hotel

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of West Yellowstone!! Lovely town, and lovely staff! If I am ever back in the area I will be returning to this hotel!!

The bunk beds were a lifesaver. They lost my reservations so we had to downgrade to a smaller room. With a family of 5 that’s not the most comfortable thing. Thy charged the wrong card even after explaining we needed another card to be the card they charged. The air conditioning was all messed up. We called on it and maintenance was supposed to come look at it but they never did. The pool was amazing it had a water slide and was probably the highlight of the hotel, also the game room was so much fun.

Great property with a very friendly / knowledgeable staff. Ony complaint is the HAVC. Like many big chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) some corporate accountant thought it would be a great idea to automatically turn off the entire system at 2am?? Some of us like to have air circulating all night long I had to get up to restart the unit around 3. Certainly not a ""local" problem just a corporate edict

Overall 5 star! I highly recommend anyone here for the Yellowstone stay! Great location spot. The customer service is beyond my expectations from the hotel staff from desk (Lori, Jona, Matthew), dinning experience (Justin and Rezan) last and least housekeeping beyond attentive. Super clean room and hotel, food is amazingly delicious, love my entire lovely experience I booked 2 additional nights. Perfect pool for kids. Convenient parking. HYDRO massage for the long drive, YES! Thank you! Fireplace lobby and outdoor patio YES!
