Close to everything West Yellowstone has to offer. Great continental breakfast. Hot tub worked but needed a cleaning. Pool was a bit chilly. Beds were comfortable. New carpet in room and hallway. Ice only at far end of hotel on second floor, thankful for elevators. Front desk clerk that checked us in and out the next morning was very personable and pleasant to chat with. Always nice to be greeted by a friendly personality after a long day traveling.

Absolutely a fantastic location to get in and out of the Park! Elevator was broken but the back 1 worked. We were on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was fair, continental style.

We had a great two night summer stay here with two kids. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite good. There were towels available for use at the pool/spa. We used the washer/dryer in the basement; note that it is coin operated ($2 charge each) and there is also a $1 charge for dispensing a single load detergent. Staff can give you coins if you don't have them.

Saw some things the first night. In the morning I found an acrylic nail in my bed, obviously not mine. No apologies from front desk. Run down in parts of the room, bed was not comfortable, and old.Thedoor didn't seal so there was light all around the door. For the money and location would have expected more

Great location, good bed, hot shower, AC only okay. Our experience was only okay because we discovered the window was open, a used towel on the back of the bathroom door and a bag of trash that had been forgotten on the sink counter outside of the bathroom - looked like it was left there by the cleaning crew. Too late in the game to ask for a new room which I don’t think they had anyways, BUT did make us wonder if the beds had been stripped and remade properly, surfaces cleaned well, etc.

The room was fine but there was a strange odor. We found out getting into bed that the carpet was damp. We hoped from a recent cleaning. Would have tried to change rooms but it was late after a long day. Otherwise room was fine, bathroom was outdated and the TV was internet only and froze all the time.

Interior was run down and both rooms our family reserved were dirty. The bathroom was also very dirty. Almost like it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest.

We really enjoyed our time at the Lodge. At night it was quiet. The room was cleaned each day and clean towels replaced the used ones. The breakfast was generous and kept stock from 6 am to 10 am. The staff were very helpful.

Rooms are very dated and could be cleaner. I like that there is a sink in the Bathroom and outside of it. It’s nice to have a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and continental breakfast was decent and the danish was good. It’s nice that they have coffee, tea and juices out all the time. There could be more plugs by the nightstand for phones etc. I had to pull out the bed to plug something in behind it. Shower head is really low but water pressure was good. Poor Internet. Overwhelming cleaning smell and the air conditioner would clank on and off when it was running.

Coffee available 24/7 in the lobby was a huge Plus for early risers. One major negative was the bathroom fan which was so loud it actually hurt your ears. While the water pressure was good, it burst out of the sink with such force if you weren't careful water splashed everywhere. Refrigerator froze my bottle of water. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. However we did need to request a repair to the bathroom light which was handled quickly. There could have been information in the Room regarding WiFi numbers, placed to eat etc. also an anti slip mat for the bathtub would have been helpful. The walls are thin and we could hear others talking and tv’s playing.

When we checked in for our reservation at 8pm, they were not sure if our king bed room had been cleaned but gave us the keys anyway. It was not. That appeared to be the only king still available. So they gave us keys to 2 queens and the promise of a discount. Guess what, not cleaned either. They checked two other rooms that were still dirty. So the manager on duty and facilities cleaned the king while we went to eat dinner. *Two other notes; one, the manager on duty doesn't work weekends even though her name is the one on the wall and she lives there in the first room. Two, the gentleman helping us said that a reservation there only guarantees a room not specifically the room you reserved for.

On arrival we were struck by the dated decor. On checking in we were given 2 key cards, which didn’t work. Returned them to desk, the keys were reprogrammed and, again, didn’t work. Went down again to reception and he gave me a ‘master’ keycard which worked. The room was next to an elevator, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine, the fridge sounded like a motor engine. I asked for another room. We were given the key to another room. Upon entering we found the room was occupied, the occupant was in the shower! So… back to reception. So now,completely fed up with the whole experience we asked him to find us another hotel in the area. Unfortunately all hotels were full. So we were stuck with this place! We were then given keys to another room, happily this time an unoccupied room, guess what? Keys didn’t work! They were reprogrammed again, still didn’t work! This time the receptionist came up with me, tried the keys and they didn’t work! He then used his master key. I asked him to stay with me while I checked the room, the fan was as noisy as in the previous room. I asked him to disconnect the fan, which he did. I turned off the fridge and air conditioning unit which were unbelievably noisy and decided to make the best of it. When we returned in the evening and heard the noise and we discovered the room was above the pool ventilation fan shaft which comes on at night. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Made reservation in May for August stay. Arrived for check in at 7:00 PM and was told I had no reservation. Earlier in day they had hit my credit card for room charge which was then reversed several hours later. They claimed they had a computer crash in May that lost my reservation, but how did they have my credit card information? I suspect they were over booked, but wouldn’t admit it. I had to drive over 30 miles to Idaho for a room that night. Very frustrating for a traveler to experience this kind of service.

Our room was fine but the problem we had was with the woman taking care of the breakfast. I mentioned, kindly, that there were no paper plates for the waffles and she said “use the bowls -make do -or go buy your own paper plates”. I said “you want me to go buy my own paper plates? At first I was stunned at her comments to me. Not only did she say that to me but I heard her repeat that to others. The comment she said to many others was “make do.” She could have very nicely said - the supplier hasn’t come, I’m sorry-we only have bowls or placed a sign above the breakfast items that explained what happened.

This property wrongfully charged us for extra two nights when we had left Yellowstone and landed in Georgia. we called the front desk but they were not helpful. they refused to help us. so we had to take the help of Expedia and our credit company to lodge a complaint. be careful with your credit cards with this lodge!!

This was in West Yellowstone, but a block or two away from the crowds. Good location with close access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, great for good rest between busy days. Breakfasts were very good. The desk staff were very good at answering questions and offering excellent advice.

Very convenient to Yellowstone, staff was wonderful & hotel was clean. It was great having an additional sink with a mirror outside of the one in the bathroom. We had the pleasure of staying there four nights, close to restaurants & shops. The only negative aspect was no hot food at the breakfast bar. Items could be toasted, but no eggs, bacon, etc.

Room was clean and spacious. Would have liked for breakfast to include eggs and meat (sausage or bacon), along with the other food options. I went to McDonald's two of the three mornings for breakfast, rather than eat at the hotel, which was an extra expense. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay for access to Yellowstone N.P.

Honestly, the stay was really good, but with internet issues, pool and hot tub out of order, and running out of multiple breakfast items I cannot give 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and forgiving/upfront regarding the issues. The property is very nice and one of the best parts was waking up to the wolves howling at the discovery center down the street.

Decent motel with friendly staff and complimentary basic breakfast in good location within walking distance to numerous restaurants, Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center and other local attractions, convenient driving distance to West Yellowstone Park entrance, but breakfast was very busy and food got depleted of fast, some staining on sheets & towels, could use some renovations in lobby and pool area
