The WiFi disconnected every time we left the hotel and it wouldn’t let us reconnect so we kept having to call IT support in another country to remotely reset the wifi. The hot tub was only warm once out of the many times we checked and so when we went into it, a guy went into a closet in the pool room and turn on a water flow that pumped cold water into the hot tub as we were sitting in it. There was gum stuck to one of the nightstands in our room. All the towels were stained.

Rooms are always nice!!! I stay here becuz its near ballong park for festivals . Uber is cheap. right near I25 breakfast is good. pool and hot tub always working. carls jr near by along with Circle K gas station.. Front office older guy is always friendly and ready to help. only thing is they need a soda machine. but everything else GREAT!!!!

Breakfast is limited but it was fresh and warm. Pool was nice but so much chlorine smell and the floor is pretty slippery and it remains super wet probably because it's an inside pool with a hot tub next to it. Beds are way too soft and if you move, the mattress start to roll out of the base. Overall it's nice for resting and getting some breakfast or if you are visiting town for any event and just need a place to crash. The area feels secure like a 3 out of 5. Service was great.

Room was good but lack of electrical power at two lights at bedside was never fixed the whole week we stayed there. They offered to change room, but rest was good and we anticipated they could fix it. We were wrong. Breakfast was the most varied of the three Quality Inns that I stayed in this year.

The pool had stuff floating on top and the water was cloudy, the hallways were dirty. I did like the breakfast was good, and counters where clean. Ran out of syrup, I ask the front desk for more, the girl who filled it took her time (probably because she was talking on her cell phone)

Front desk Luke very nice and professional but this Grossest hotel I have ever been to I do not recommend. Moldy bathtub, pull out couch was covered in food, hair, and red and yellow stains. The main bed had hair of all sorts.

The room was very dirty, one of the beds had bloody sheets. I had to go ask them to change the blankets, even after that I was very uncomfortable sleeping in that bed. The carpet left the kids socks black l had to make them wear shoes the whole time in the room. It says it’s under renovations but it was disguising. I don’t recommend and definitely won’t stay again.

Check in was good, nice staff- but the longer we've been in this room the dirtier i realize it is. There is blood drops on the celing... White stuff down the walls.and on the chair..food around every inch of the corners of the floor..sheets need a hell of a bleaching, one has a footprint on it. Ive worked hotels and housekeeping before, these rooms are due for their deep clean. Not a 100$ a night room, feeling gross. Its too late to move, we are exhausted.

The carpet was stained and wasn't vacuumed. The bedspread was stained as well as the comforter. One of the towels in the bathroom had a stain on it, looked like old blood. Trash in the parking lot. I see you can post a photo wish I would have known sooner.

Rooms were filthy dirty, hair all over the bathroom. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Crumbs all over around the bed I had to ask to be switched over to a different room. That room wasn’t any different. I don’t think they sweep their floors or clean just do bedding.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The ceilings were nicely painted in the room. But our bathroom wasn't cleaned and had hair all over and the soap was left from the previous tenant in the shower. floor in our room had food from my hoping the last person that stayed in that room. The beds were clean and it was comfortable.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was not an elevator and the stairway was quite long. Another customer helped me get down the steps with my luggage. Also, kinda funny, but the body wash was by the sink and not in the shower where the shampoo and conditioner were. The internet code did not work.

I wanted to preface this by saying that I have worked in the hotel industry and I have been a head housekeeper, so I know the dos and don’ts of hotel management. I Stayed one night at the property. Check in was easy and the guy was very friendly. However the room was not the cleanest. The bathroom smelled awful and the shower did not drain. I asked for a late checkout and the front desk guy said that was totally fine. However at 11:35 there was banging on my door and the manager screaming that I had to get out. I explained that I requested a late checkout and he told me that the latest I could be there was till 11:30. He told me very rudely that I had to leave right away. I understand the need to clean the room for the next guest in a timely manor but I was never told of a specific time and was treated like I had committed a crime even after I explained this. I am very noticeably pregnant and the front desk clerk who was screaming management was very unpleasant and impolite with his answers. I will never stay here again. The location of hotel was very nice and safe. Parking was great. But was not worth the rudeness of the one staff member.

The room was great and when the TV didn't work the staff came to the room to fix it. Still had trouble finding any news channels. The bed was very comfortable however the bathroom counter could have been cleaned better. The breakfast was very good, one of the best .

Front desk person was brand new, she was really sweet. The person training her? Not so much - Albert, per his name tag, just stood there while 3 people were waiting for help. Not until someone asked him directly did he give a "we'll get to it," answer, being kind of rude. We booked a non smoking room and were given a smoking room initially, which when we went back to the front desk was quickly corrected and we were given a new room. Breakfast isn't anything spectacular, basic cereal, milk, yogurt, prepackaged muffins and honey buns and make your own waffles. All in all the beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, hallways are a little shabby, but we'd consider staying here again if we needed to come back to this part of Albuquerque.

Thanks to Jessica,she turned everything around for us. This was not a vacation but highly personal. She really cares about us and making everyone comfortable. Thank you Jessica. Jerry is very attentive of going ons, when i had and reported an issue with the matress he cheched it out immediately, changed our room and new mattress was ordered for that room. There was a young lady in housekeeping who took so good care of us ,above and beyond. I am soory i didn't get your name.

They didn’t see two rooms on the reservation and only gave one room yet charged us for two the initial woman at check-in was very rude. However, the next day the manager tried to fix everything.

My stay was ok, rooms needed upgrading for the price I paid. My vehicle’s gas was siphoned out! I had a full tank of gas and when I reported it to the motel clerk all I got was I’m sorry! Unfortunately they need to invest in outdoor cameras! Albuquerque isn’t what it used to be!

I stayed here for one night because it was so close to the Balloon Fiesta Park. The prices were 4-5 times higher, like all the other hotels. The guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful, told us they have a shuttle in the morning that will take us to the festival , complimentary. That was such a great idea as the traffic was insane and the driver knew some shortcuts and got us there in about 5 - 7 minutes. The room was a little outdated but clean. The bathroom had clean towels , hair drier and toiletries. The room had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The air conditioner was set on 66, however the temperature felt like 80. They also offer free breakfast in the morning and during the festival they were serving it starting at 4 o'clock am. I personally did not like the snell that came up to the second floor so I got no food . There were many people eating though. They also have a pool and decent size parking lot. The hotel has two floors and no elevator.

Booked because of its proximity to the Balloon Fiesta and its shuttle service. Price during the Fiesta were way above the normal but what can you do. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was minimal. Would stay again, especially because of its convenience to the Fiesta.

Check in was smooth, customer service great. The location had several homeless around and one laying in front of the entrance upon arrival. Not the hotel’s faulty but not the best feeling traveling alone.

we love to stay here, indoor pool and hottub the kids love!!! close to interstate- but quiet. breakfast is good green chile with biscuits and gravy. carls jr is near by plus a conveneint gas station with beer! sandia casino up the road. balloon festival 2 miles away! good location

The overall issue we really experienced was the toilet in our room. I let the site/desk manager know multiple times it was slow (sometimes requiring 3 flushes). Finally, it completely backed up. Told the deal we would be gone all day (that was at 730am); returned at 4pm and was exactly as we left it My only other complaint was the breakfast... No protein aside from eggs. No bacon or sausage all week long

Overall the stay was good. I was not impressed with the cold eggs and cleanliness of the eating area of the Inn. Getting free breakfast is a search quality for me so I was a little disappointed.
